Where to begin... The staff are just so delightful and are very kind to our special needs brother! They gave us great move in deals which honestly never occurred to us to ask but [name removed] from your org told me to ask for things like no move in fee which saved us $$$. When they found out we would have to pay 1 month of rent at his apartment after his move out they gave us 1 month free AND they honored the rent price of the previous ownership which saved hundreds per month. When he got hurt on a solo walk the ladies in the office helped him clean up-contacted us and set him up immediately with a visiting nurse/ Dr so we didn't have to constantly drive him places for wound care. They arranged for someone to come in and clean his carpets which he bled all over for much cheaper than any outside business wanted to charge. Our situation is a bit different as our brother has Autism so his social needs are very very different. I'm sure all the classes and outings to casinos are fine for everyone else but not in our situation. That said he has taken 1 trip he enjoyed and today is going out to a restaurant so fingers crossed. The staff especially [name removed] the concierge goes above and beyond to make sure he's ok and happy. She's also always available to answer questions as she provided us with her cell number. We also adore [name removed] the PT who helped us set our brother up with services. More an excuse to get him out of his apartment 3x's a week and have some socialization. This week he's helping him sign up for Empower360 to help him have a successful independence. We aren't sure how long [name removed] will meet his needs but right now he is very happy there and we are happy with them .

I visited Sonata on [Date Removed]. This is a very welcoming and pleasant assisted living facility. The staff is very friendly from the front desk (Coach) to[Name Removed] who was my guide. She was able to answer all of my questions and gave me valuable information on the whole process. The dining room staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I met a number of staff people who were very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a lunch in their dining room, and given a tour of the facilities and apartments. The residents were friendly.

The staff at Addington Place was super nice. They were responsive to follow up questions. The place felt like a good choice for our mom. She has been there for 'just over a month and she really loves it. I would definitely recommend it to others

I was very impressed when I first went to look at the facility. It was newer, so bright, clean. Everyone said hello even the residence. They have worked with us to make this a happy place for my mom

We love Addington Place at College Harbor. Their staff is very warm and go to great lengths to help residents adjust. I'd rate them 11 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Very homelike with a fire going in the living room fireplace every day. Sparkling clean facility. Nice outdoor space. Manager was terrific although he was terminated for some unknown reason. Staff were welcoming and pleasant.

They were quite informative but the location of the rooms would not work for my sister but a very nice facility.

My wife and I moved here from a 2500 square-foot home due to a memory problem with my wife in [date removed]. We have checked out many other facilities, but fell in love with this facility after an exhaustive journey to find a home with lots of love. The staff here go above and beyond their job titles to make you feel like home. The food is good and also very nutritious. The rates are reasonable compared to other facilities in the area from the time that you walked through the door you are met with lots of smiles and love from most members of the staff. Current residents that have been here for a while, also made comments about the wonderful feeling they had when they first came through the doors. If you are looking for more than a normal senior living facility check us out as you won’t be sorry!!

Everyone was courteous and friendly. The facility looks to be very nice. However, I have chosen a different facility because the cost is not variable based on how much assistance my brother would need, and the cost is locked in for life.

The facility is fantastic! The staff is very friendly. Everything was nice and clean. I felt like everything was explained to me in very understandable ways.

Sonata has the most home-like feel & design of all facilities we toured & we toured at least 15 assisted living facilities. Administration & dietary staff are wonderful. Nursing & PCP communications have not been as smooth. There are holes in communication between shifts & inter-disciplinary roles...relief staff vs regular staff vs. home health agency staff providing care on-site. General organizing and collecting of medical records between facilities/hospitals could also be improved. Families should not assume things are being handled or watched closely just because they haven't heard otherwise. This generally applies to any care facility.

After reviewing/touring several places, we decided to place our loved one here. It appears to be the safest and most suitable facility for her and her needs.

Honestly, I give them a five on everything. We've had nothing but a great experience all around. The overall friendliness and care of everyone there is impressive and reassuring, from administration all the way to housekeeping and transportation. I've also been impressed with their communication with me as the responsible party, with updates on their condition and medication needs.

The tour was very thorough and informative. I was treated very well. Loved the courtyards and flowers.

[name removed] had great energy throughout our tour. She was kind, considerate, and patient. I would be comfortable with her being my grandma's advocate. I didn't have to ask about what stands out compared to other places, which has been a breath of fresh air.

Staff was friendly and knew all the residents. Residents had their doors open, leading me to believe they feel safe and welcoming of others. Clean and no bad odors. It was a small community & inviting - not overwhelming. Homey feeling…lots of staff around in all areas with the residents.
