Staff was friendly and knew all the residents. Residents had their doors open, leading me to believe they feel safe and welcoming of others. Clean and no bad odors. It was a small community & inviting - not overwhelming. Homey feeling…lots of staff around in all areas with the residents.

Despite a mix up about the day of the scheduled tour, I was well looked after and had a chance to see the facility. All my questions were answered.

The Glades is like a five star resort. There calendar is filled with activities and the staff is wonderful. Always smiling and always anxious to help. They get to know the families. At night about 8p.m. the staff is terrifically busy but, still accommodates the residents with warmth. [Name Removed] and go on dates Friday and Saturday. Friday to a social and dinner and Saturday dinner and a movie. Some times they have crafts at 3p.m. and then we do dinner. Wednesday morning eggs Benedict is served so, we eat together. I take our dog in almost every night. The facility is top notch and I am paying less than Spring Hill. The room size is adequate in memory care.

Apartment size is perfect! We're in a LARGE one bedroom. Staff is absolutely amazing!! We've never had a single interaction with a staff member that wasn't STELLAR! We'd recommend Sarabella to everyone! We chose Sarabella, as opposed to the larger options we saw because it was a much "homier" environment and EVERYONE was (and still is, after 5 months!) so pleasant!! We don't have a single regret!

I moved my husband in, it has a good vibe. The staff is friendly and very informative. It has a very inviting atmosphere.

Beautiful place, very clean and upscale. Accommodations are nice, good size rooms. The fact that they are EEC certified is a huge plus.

The people are friendly and extremely nice. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Modern, clean, with a very friendly staff! Apartments are beautifully updated with full kitchens. The activity schedule is jam packed with trips/games/movies etc.

This was a first visit at the facility. [Name Removed] was excellent and very informative. I appreciated her taking the time to explain and answer many questions.

Cleanliness - the staff is who supposed to clean my mom's room, it's not always cleaned. The room size is perfect and the facility is nice because it small so residents can get around easier. Nice cozy facility nurses could be more helpful, the activities people and kitchen ladies are great also!

Very friendly staff. Residents appear well cared for. Facility neat and clean and well-maintained. I said that the roast beef sandwich on that day's menu made me hungry and one was on the desk to take home!

It was wonderful how they were so kind and let [name removed] interact in with the residents and the places was absolutely beautiful and people who get to go there is so blessed to have such a kind snd beautiful folks to help them ! [name removed] was a wonderful sales lady and was a very helpful and personal in all of her explanations of the facility! It didn’t work out for my friend with his money situation but if we are asked we would give your place an A plus rating ! Thank you for all you do!

We were very pleased to see the size of the living space and the shower/bathroom as this would be a very new experience for my mother who now has dementia. The care staff was friendly and engaged with their residents. This is very comforting to see. Also liked being asked specific questions that would tailor greatly to my mother's care.

We found a home for mom. Staff was very knowledgeable and feel comfortable having mom be a resident.

Residents seemed very happy. Very clean and beautiful facility. I visited twice and the staff and the management were very informative and actually understood my concerns regarding the need to get my brother closer to family.

The administrative staff was informative, knowledgeable and kind. The staff in the Valeo Unit were helpful, compassionate, welcoming and took us all in as family. Everyone made sure my husband was taken care of and treated with respect. They showed the same concern and kindness to our entire family. The facility itself is lovely and homey.

Serenades is very clean and I like that it is strictly memory care. My tour was led my [name removed] who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Very impressed with the facility as well as with the staff, and I feel it would fit my needs whenever I am ready to move on.

5 on all! Everyone from admin to staff to residents are incredibly friendly and caring. Food is great! So many activities to choose to do. Definitely keep the residents busy . There is a gym and physical therapy right on site. The apartments are beautiful and well cared for. In fact the entire facility is beautiful, clean, and built for seniors!

Nice facility that seems to offer everything important including caring staff and a safe warm environment for their residents. I think the grounds are beautiful and the atmosphere friendly, and inviting. Having all amenities available such as doctors, barbers, exercise equipment and activities, plus a welcoming atmosphere for dining and socializing make this a really nice place for a loved one to consider.
