I was able to speak with a resident by chance and that was helpful. The tour and information provided was clear and thorough. I liked some of the new changes for example no point system regarding food. The addition of having to sign a lease and the amount to be on a wait list I think is high and more like assisted living. I understand the need for the provider to expect basically some collateral, however I think some of it should go toward the first month of rent. My tour guide [name removed] was excellent. She was pleasant and supportive of whatever I requested. All of the amenities I saw were very nice. I haven't gotten to sample the food yet, but I am sure there is something for everyone. I do really like that the apartments are modern with upgraded equipment unlike some other places. I like that I can cook in my apartment if I want. That's all for now

We liked this facility as it was smaller than other facilities we saw and seems best suited to my dad's needs. What struck me the most, and what I did not see with the larger places, was how the staff knew the residents by name and their individual needs, likes, dislikes, etc. Whatever questions I had, [name removed] and [name removed] were able to answer easily and with confidence. The staff were all friendly and appeared to like their jobs.

Beautiful modern facility, lower costs, lots of activities exercise opportunities, residents commensurate with my friend's physical status, worship/Bible study, large outside garden, lots of support on sliding fee scale. Excellent! everyone involved was very pleased.

I recently went with a friend to visit his grandmother, and I have to say—I wanted to move in myself! She doesn’t have to cook or clean, transportation is provided, and there are different activities every day to keep residents engaged and active. The community smells wonderful, nothing like the typical elderly facility stereotype. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I feel like I met almost the entire team because so many people came out to say hello. What stood out most was how happy everyone seemed. The residents were smiling, engaged, and genuinely enjoying themselves. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place for themselves or a loved one. Too bad i’m not 55 yet.

I found in[Date Removed] The Monarch of Henderson. I had a very personal/emotionally releasing interview with Managing Facility Professionals of what I was in need of, to safe guard my then 90 year old mother with diagnosed Dementia/Alzheimer. I immediately felt heard and validated. Took the tour of the entire facility and selected a private unit for my mom. Four of the Managing Facility Professionals came to our home to meet my mother. It was a joy to see my mother interact so freely with each of them. The Monarch of Henderson accepted my mother and we accepted them for a Residential Memory Care Home. The facility offers everything I could think of on site: all meals, laundry service, medical professions to include podiatrist, primary care, medication distribution, daily vitals, beauty salon. My mom’s unit is personalized with her own furnishings. The planned field trips and weekly In House Entertainment is Above & Beyond. Every holiday, every birthday is recognized in a festive way.

They have a responsive staff, and it is a clean environment. The rooms are nice-sized. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Still very early on in our relationship, but so far so good. Mother just arrived there this morning so we will know more as time continues

The professionalism, the personal attention given to the residents and true concern for the residents. I would absolutely ?? percent recommend this facility to anyone.

Over all 5 stars. It is very clean, the nursing staff is great. They could use better food, but all facilities could. I would very highly recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I am satisfied with the care my husband receives at The Glades at ChamptionsGate.

Where to begin... The staff are just so delightful and are very kind to our special needs brother! They gave us great move in deals which honestly never occurred to us to ask but [name removed] from your org told me to ask for things like no move in fee which saved us $$$. When they found out we would have to pay 1 month of rent at his apartment after his move out they gave us 1 month free AND they honored the rent price of the previous ownership which saved hundreds per month. When he got hurt on a solo walk the ladies in the office helped him clean up-contacted us and set him up immediately with a visiting nurse/ Dr so we didn't have to constantly drive him places for wound care. They arranged for someone to come in and clean his carpets which he bled all over for much cheaper than any outside business wanted to charge. Our situation is a bit different as our brother has Autism so his social needs are very very different. I'm sure all the classes and outings to casinos are fine for everyone else but not in our situation. That said he has taken 1 trip he enjoyed and today is going out to a restaurant so fingers crossed. The staff especially [name removed] the concierge goes above and beyond to make sure he's ok and happy. She's also always available to answer questions as she provided us with her cell number. We also adore [name removed] the PT who helped us set our brother up with services. More an excuse to get him out of his apartment 3x's a week and have some socialization. This week he's helping him sign up for Empower360 to help him have a successful independence. We aren't sure how long [name removed] will meet his needs but right now he is very happy there and we are happy with them .

I visited Sonata on [Date Removed]. This is a very welcoming and pleasant assisted living facility. The staff is very friendly from the front desk (Coach) to[Name Removed] who was my guide. She was able to answer all of my questions and gave me valuable information on the whole process. The dining room staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I met a number of staff people who were very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a lunch in their dining room, and given a tour of the facilities and apartments. The residents were friendly.

The staff at Addington Place was super nice. They were responsive to follow up questions. The place felt like a good choice for our mom. She has been there for 'just over a month and she really loves it. I would definitely recommend it to others

I was very impressed when I first went to look at the facility. It was newer, so bright, clean. Everyone said hello even the residence. They have worked with us to make this a happy place for my mom

We love Addington Place at College Harbor. Their staff is very warm and go to great lengths to help residents adjust. I'd rate them 11 on a scale of 1 to 10.
