Addison Place is by far the best facility I checked on line or visited in Pinellas County. The management cares about the patients; the staff is excellent and the food is very good. The apartments are spacious. I have never met someone who hasn't been friendly. The organized activities are excellent. I enjoy the green walking paths. It is located near convenient shopping and 10 minutes from downtown Saint Pete. I highly recommend Addison Place as a facility for independent living, assisted living, and most likely the memory care is equally as good.

Every staff member is friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The Glades is phenomenal. Today my mother went a one day cruise. The food is excellent and every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. Very clean, updated, there's a monthly calendar of activities. My mother would like more card games but overall it's excellent. I would like to see a shuffleboard court. My mother loves shuffleboard.

Very good experience. They are caring. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

5 for all but food. Food is a 3. Frequently cold. Also tomatoes sauce too sharp. Tables are Frequently not properly stocked with salt etc. They are competent and will direct you where to check further if they can't help you. I've been here a year and feel very friendly around them. They always fix whatever you as them to.

I visit my friend and her dog on a regular basis. The rooms and open areas are nice and kept neat. The employees are friendly and helpful. Amazing Staff! Appreciation to the new management. The renovations are doing so well.

Barathaven Memory Care is the best Place I have ever worked! Co workers and resident make everyday worth it.

The staff and nurses could not be nicer or more attentive to my mom. They are always kind and patient. My mom is enjoying a lot of the activities and participating in most of them. She's made some friends and is enjoying being at the sonata. it's very comforting to know that my mom is getting her meals daily and her medication on time. there's always somebody there for her when she needs them. The place is very clean. The sonata has exceeded all expectations I had.

We are there now in our fifth month, many of the staff have changed, to the better. A lot has to do with the staff getting to know you and your needs. The manager [name removed]called a resident town hall meeting to get feedback about what residents would like to do, which was encouraging. The food most days is great and they do a good job dispensing the meds. I would give them a four and a half out of five.

The place is very clean, the people are extremely pleasant. Both the staff and the residents. Beautiful Lakeview property. Plenty of grassy area if you have pets. One area of opportunity would probably be service calls for maintenance. The smoke detector was chirping in Mom's room she reported it in the morning and by evening it had not been rectified. I ended up coming over and putting in new batteries myself. Another issue with the toilet. Again she let them know at the front desk and in my opinion it should have been resolved before maintenance went home for the evening. I came over to check it and by then it was working. Not sure if the clog cleared itself or if maintenance stopped by. But it would have been nice if they did if they would have left a note that the problem had been resolved. These are relatively minor, but overall I think Sonata at Windermere is the best option of all the places in our area.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My mother loves it there. Caring staff, great social activities. Food tastes great and healthy. [name removed] goes above and beyond to care and make sure residents are happy and well taken care of.

What we like the most about The Monarch at Cedar Park is the Cleanliness and communication with staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

To be fair, my father's health rapidly declined right before he moved in. So we he was high-maintenance and rarely left the room. He didn't use any activities, but that wasn't the fault of the facility. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families

It is a very nice facility with a lot of activities and therapy offerings for the residents. The staff is friendly and very dedicated. I would recommend Barathaven to anyone seeking a safe and nurturing Memory Care Community for their loved one.

The glades is a beautiful well kept facility. The people who live here are very helpful and caring. The staff is well selected and kind to the residents. The outpatient gym is the best PT and OT I have had. I find the administration to be knowledgeable and addresses concerns in a timely manner. Ownership has recently changed and seems to be on a positive level. Any resident always says they stay here because the people are so nice. Maintenance, house keeping and caregivers are excellent. Their outdoor pool is amazing with a long ramp with parallel bars for handicapped.

What we like the most about Fox Ridge is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The Nursing Staff making sure my parents are getting their medications on time and regularly

Only thing I did not like was the use of Guardian pharmacy when we had pillpack. Once again about the pharmacy. We had all medications for Dad, but some were ordered through the Guardian Pharmacy which I didn't know about until I received a $[fee removed] bill.. not cool! Like some kind of scam was going on! We chose this facility because of the cleanliness and the staff were great.

My mom, 98, had been living independently until she had a fall on her birthday and broke her arm. After the hospital and rehab we placed her at Alamar. The staff, from administration to staff have made her feel welcome and involved her in a slew of activities which has significantly improved her quality of life. The residents are friendly and welcoming as well. We are so happy with our decision on placement. It’s not cheap, but worth every dollar.

5 for all. What we like the most about Sonata Windermere is the friendliness of the whole staff as well as the activities, we love those also. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
