We found a home for mom. Staff was very knowledgeable and feel comfortable having mom be a resident.

Residents seemed very happy. Very clean and beautiful facility. I visited twice and the staff and the management were very informative and actually understood my concerns regarding the need to get my brother closer to family.

Serenades is very clean and I like that it is strictly memory care. My tour was led my [name removed] who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Very impressed with the facility as well as with the staff, and I feel it would fit my needs whenever I am ready to move on.

5 on all! Everyone from admin to staff to residents are incredibly friendly and caring. Food is great! So many activities to choose to do. Definitely keep the residents busy . There is a gym and physical therapy right on site. The apartments are beautiful and well cared for. In fact the entire facility is beautiful, clean, and built for seniors!

Nice facility that seems to offer everything important including caring staff and a safe warm environment for their residents. I think the grounds are beautiful and the atmosphere friendly, and inviting. Having all amenities available such as doctors, barbers, exercise equipment and activities, plus a welcoming atmosphere for dining and socializing make this a really nice place for a loved one to consider.

I like the place, and everyone was very nice. We didn't choose Foxridge because they didn't have a room available, plus they were the highest priced location. It's a very nice place. I received a text they had a room available in memory care, but we had chosen another place by then.

We really enjoyed our visit to Elan. [name removed] was very patient, informative and kind with my mother-in-law. The visit was very low-pressure and you could tell they were concerned with her needs and anxieties that come with moving into an assisted facility when she was used to the relative freedom of independent living.

This is a real assisted living facility. Your parent will be checked on throughout the day. They also have various doctors come in so the residents can see them if they want. My Mom loves most of the food.

What we like the most about the community is that in the memory care unit they keep them as engaged as possible with activities for stimulation. They are able to sit outside on a patio area.

The staff of Atrium, specifically in memory care, are amazing people. My mother lived there for almost two years, and the caregivers became like family to us. The memory care director is a beautiful human who cares for you loved one like they are her own. The caregivers know each resident, their preferences, their specific quirks, and how to best engage each person. This quality is priceless. The management works tirelessly to create an upbeat atmosphere, and the nursing staff is responsive and skilled. The in-house therapy staff from Empower Me (physical/occupational/speech) greatly improved my mom's quality of life. They are nimble when working with a resistant person, and nearly always find a way to get someone involved. i was always able to contact someone if needed, no matter the hour of day or day of the week.

I really think the staff is excellent, the care staff is good, they take good care of me. Some days the food is good and sometimes it’s bad, but the dining staff is always polite. The facility is very clean and they do a good job cleaning my room and my laundry is always done properly. I’ve never gone to activities or live entertainment much but the music they had at the winter party was nice. I think the performers could be improved. Maintenance is great.

I walk into this place and it feels like home, the staff is concerned about my wellbeing. There are daily activities, trivia is at the top of my list for favorite games. I find dining here a good experience, meals are varied, and the dining staff are patient as I have disabilities and need time. The housekeeping supervisor is great and on the ball. I can’t complain about any of the services as the staff in tune with my needs.

The staff and residents are very nice, the food can be very good and sometimes it can be lack luster, the care is very good here, the staff has been great, my room is always kept clean. I like the live entertainment.

I like the activities, and the people that work here take great care of me. Excellent food, good housekeeping, fun activities. The building makes me feel safe. There are plenty of things for me to do, I'm able to make friends with fellow friends.

Love this community, it is such a welcoming feeling when you walk in the front door. The staff are so nice and quick to help you. The residents are always involved in some activity, like games or singing in the common area, its a very active community and gets your loved ones involved. By far one of my favorite communities.

During my visit I was amazed at how beautiful the holiday decorations are! The residents love them! They have live entertainment frequently & everyone is so kind. Truly feels like family here.

They offered me options for placement in a very small window of time and in two days we found one. So far I am pleased with the Glades. They provide a safe place for my wife. They are able to give her a better diet than I could and they can adjust her medications quickly if there is any change. The Glades has also been considerate of my needs in this difficult transition. My wife and I have been a couple for over 50 years and the staff has encouraged me to be at the table when it is meal time. That is helpful for me as well as my wife."

After a friend’s recommendation, I toured this community and was immediately impressed. Beyond its beauty, cleanliness, and amenities, the heart of this community truly shines through its people. The team is humble, friendly, and kind, I even witnessed staff go above and beyond to help a resident without hesitation. This is exactly the type of community I am seeking. A “community” not an apartment not a facility.
