I am satisfied with the place. Good staff, friendly atmosphere, and feel my mom is taken care of. Yes, we would recommend Barathaven Memory Care to other families based on the experience.

I’ve been out of town for a couple of months and just returned to Revel Nevada, and I have to say what a difference the new management team has made! The food is absolutely amazing, and you can tell they really care about the quality. The managers are incredibly accessible and approachable, which makes a huge difference. The building looks great, especially with the beautiful fall decorations. It truly feels like home now. It’s great to be back!

Great things - fantastic front-line care givers treated well by management so lower than expected turn-over; relatively new facility well maintained; feels like a hotel; easy and timely access to all Directors (Exec Dir, Wellness Dir, Activities Dir, Chef) for both Residents and family members; dedicated Concierge at the front desk all day and later in the evening to answer questions and connect visitors with Residents and staff; cute Independent Living cottages with lots of facility-provided benefits; completely separate Memory Care wing with dedicated staff. Nothing bad to say about English Meadows Harrisonburg. This is my facility of choice for when I need the support of Long Term Care.

The facility felt very much "like a home" not an institution. The exec director and onboarding staff were sensitive to my father's level/abilities, his interests & wishes. They both walked us through an understanding of all that the facility had to offer especially the aspects that were important to my father.

My parents are very pleased with their room, and with the food. They have personalized service, and Fox Ridge makes an extra effort to make them feel at home. They also enjoy the special activities.

We are very happy with Sunscape. I would recommend.

Tuscan Gardens has been wonderful to work with. Both [name removed]& [name removed]have really gone over and beyond to accommodate our needs. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and support. The professionalism and kindness has been greatly appreciated.

My Dad has been a resident for almost a year now & I must say he has pleasantly surprised me with how well he has settled in. I imagined it would be rare that he would participate in things as he has always been very to himself. Boy was I wrong! I can hardly get him to answer his phone because he is always out doing something. Very pleased with everything!

Everyone we dealt with extremely kind. The staff was very helpful and kind to my mother. I'm very thankful for the services and help they provided my mother and father (and our whole family) during an extremely difficult time.

Love their personal care with the family friendly environment. They treat your loved one like family. The food is excellent and the staff actively engages your loved one. They keep me up to date on any changes and how she is.

Community very welcoming. All the staff seemed very kind. Activities for my mother is very important and they have them scheduled all day. The apartment we saw was very nice and roomy for her. Monarch has a lot to offer for the price. The new AmbA system to track her vitals and movement in her room will be great. Looking forward to mom living her.

Food could be better tasting with more waiters but that's a lot of places. Staff has been great

I rate the Colonial 5 on all categories. The staff really care about the residents and treat them like family. I could not have found a more AWESOME place anywhere!!!

We love the Bungalows. Our home was clean. Everyone, especially [name removed] were very courteous and lots of laughs. The staff have been great. We don't eat the food as we cook our own. The activities are getting better. Going out for lunch , movies, etc. I feel we are getting taken care of so it is worth the cost. All 5s except we don't eat the food. Thank you to [name removed] who guided us to Indian land

Addison Place is by far the best facility I checked on line or visited in Pinellas County. The management cares about the patients; the staff is excellent and the food is very good. The apartments are spacious. I have never met someone who hasn't been friendly. The organized activities are excellent. I enjoy the green walking paths. It is located near convenient shopping and 10 minutes from downtown Saint Pete. I highly recommend Addison Place as a facility for independent living, assisted living, and most likely the memory care is equally as good.

Every staff member is friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The Glades is phenomenal. Today my mother went a one day cruise. The food is excellent and every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. Very clean, updated, there's a monthly calendar of activities. My mother would like more card games but overall it's excellent. I would like to see a shuffleboard court. My mother loves shuffleboard.

However, they do not have sufficient staff in evenings. I believe FL law says 3 staff for 20+ residents & that should not include the med tech in the count of staff per resident. It is even more apparent in memory care . Not only do they need more careful supervision especially evening & night, but something more than sitting watching tv! The staff were fabulous , loving & caring but newer staff need more training. Staff were caring for people & also trying to do laundry. If a resident needed bedtime care, there were only two staff or one to supervise the remainder. They tell family it is assisted living memory. Sometimes they require more careful watching than assistance . Luckily, my husband had a diagnosis to allow him home for now. They could use more staff in memory care!

The staff are wonderful people all so loving and helpful! I would recommend to others.
