There are good activities and I like the food. I have friends to sit with at meals and go on tris with. I really like my room.

Mom has lived at Barathaven fir 1.5 years now and it has been wonderful for her. Everything here is dementia friendly and she loves the activities.

5 on all except value for cost. The initial discussion was that some care points were included. Now she's paying way more on care charges over [fee removed] per month. She doesn't know how much more she is paying otherwise she would reject the escorts to meals. However, based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I can't image having better care partners for my husband. They offer me peace!

I evaluate all 7 areas at the rating level of 5. The most important aspect of the facility is its administrative leadership and staff. Phenomenal people who are the best of our communities finest citizens. Competent, Caring, Capable, and Compassionate Care professionals.

Staff and residents are very friendly. Staff very helpful. The apartments are also a great size. I would recommend Park Place Living at Winghaven to others looking.

Heartis is a new and very clean community. My loved ones have been in two other communities in the Sarasota/Venice area, and this is their third—they are quite hard to please. However, they are happy here at Heartis, which makes me happy too! The staff is great and friendly, management is communicative, and both the food and activities are top-notch!

I have had continuous, positive experiences with the staff at the Pavilion Great Hills. All of the ones that I have come in contact with have been consistently superb! The staff at the front desk, the dining room staff, the caretakers for each floor, etc, have been amazing. I want to give a special shout out to [name removed] who is the Salus Coach. She is so creative, and seems to fit activities with the lifestyle of the residents who participate. My mother loves to be involved in events there because of [name removed]! Thank you [name removed]!

I have been in and out of Barathaven for almost 2 years now and I am very pleased with the overall care provided there. In the last several months, they have one of the strongest teams I have seen there and the quality of care is top notch. Their activities keep residents engaged and active and they even get the opportunity to go on outings about 2x a week. This community is the best for dementia and memory care in the area! True specialists. The community is clean and is currently getting a remodel. The nursing staff really care.

My mother has been at The Pavilion for a year now. From day one, we noted that all of the staff, at every level seemed engaged and caring, even when there was no manager in sight. They have worked consistently to be sure my mother is engaged in activities, which I think has been key to her successful move. I am grateful every day for the care that she receives and the relief that it gives me. The activities are enriching and plentiful. Every month there is a different theme and they do an exceptional job of incorporating it into all of the activities.

There was a nurse there that were a little on the rough side and I know that was because my mother was being combative during shower time because she has dementia but after speaking to the director the behavior was corrected. It's a beautiful facility, it looks like a resort and everybody is very friendly.

I would have to give The Monarch at Round Rock a 5 in all categories. We have had no issues so far, and my dad seems to really enjoy being there. We would definitely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The staff have all been kind and compassionate. When something occurs out of the ordinary, they call my sister timely, to let her know what has ocurred and the action taken or needed. They include the family in care plans.

My mom has been a resident since February and she loves the facility and the food. But it is the staff that makes this facility off the charts amazing! I’m there to see my mom just about every day and everyone is exceptional. They treat my mom with care and compassion. I would like to give kudos to her caregivers /dining staff/ Wellness Director/facility Director and all the auxiliary staff. So many people to name. As an Oncology nurse I would recommend this facility to all my patients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

[name removed], my sweet husband, had some very serious medical conditions in the past two years that require him to be in a location where his medications are provided and where the people around him are able to support his needs. He found the right place at The Pavilion at Great Hills. Not only is the facility very home-like it is also immaculate! The staff are very loving and attentive. The activities are fantastic! He is engaged at all times. The other added extra is the other members of his community. He can have intellectual conversations and engage in stimulating activities. I'm very appreciative of all the Pavilion has to offer!

If you are looking for a place for your mother or father in their golden years, look no further. The living spaces are very nice, but it’s the staff that deserves all of the accolades. Peace of mind is priceless, and this what we have for our mother at the Pavillion and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is caring and compassionate and the administrators go above and beyond to accommodate. Our mother is very happy and we couldn’t ask for anything more!

My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. Her neurologists at The UT Comprehensive Memory Center strongly recommended that I move her to a memory care center where she would be in a structured environment --a place where she would experience the same surroundings, see the same people, and do the same things at the same time each day. To a large extent I found this at The Pavilion at Great Hills in their Memory care unit. Of course, the residents come and go. And so do some of the staff. Turnover is great in this field, but there are some staff members that have been here as long as my wife has been here. I believe my wife is treated with dignity and respect, and I feel as if the staff truly cares about her well-being and comfort. Lines of communication are open all the way up to the Executive Director of the facility. The food is great thanks to three really wonderful chefs --"[names removed]". The facility is clean, and the grounds and various courtyards are well tended.

My mother-in-law lived her final years at the Pavilion at Great Hills and was well cared for while she lived there. A few years later my own mother was in need of a Memory care residence and we were happy that there was a room available for her at the Pavilion. She has lived there for the past 2 and 1/2 years and she has received consistent loving care from a patient staff (Alzheimer's can test the patience of even the calmest of people sometimes but she has always been treated with understand and kindness.) When a third family member was in search of an assisted living option, we didn't even consider any other place than the Pavilion because we knew we'd be pleased with our decision to move him there.

The community is beautiful, bright and open with luxury outdoor areas to experience. The staff are friendly and always smiling. They have up to 7 activities a day to choose from and they even hosted their own Summer Olympics. The food is also good and I love all the different ice cream flavors they offer. It has been a great experience so far and I’m looking forward to the holidays. I’ve heard they go all out for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
