The Dining staff are very polite, efficient, and so patient. Activities director is so awesome. Actually everyone here is unbelievably helpful.

I have found the staff to be most cooperative. The kitchen staff is to be commended for their service and quality of food. It's wonderful. Living here has been a real pleasure.

My mother is very happy at The Glades. She is active in several groups, such as the library and a knitting group. She is suddenly an avid bingo player and she enjoys the music at happy hour. The facility is beautiful and cheerful. The laundry service has lost two of her items, which is concerning.

Care here is amazing. I feel great comfort in knowing that mom is safe and secure here.

In my opinion this is a very clean facility. Very impressive Residents could be more friendly.

My loved one is currently a resident at Park Place Senior Living at Winghaven and everything has been great so far. There is great staff and management at this facility. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

It's a wonderful place. My uncle is being very well taken care of. The staff is friendly. The neighborhood is amazing. It was super easy and accommodating. My uncle was very hesitant about signing up and they did a fabulous job convincing him and getting the paperwork set up for a quick move.

The Glades at ChampionsGate has been great. However, our loved one was re-evaluated and cost went up after a month. We have to supply all supplies as well, so we have ordered and shipped depends, toothpaste, etc which seems petty given the cost of housing.

The service has been great. My husband likes the experience. The price for one half day seems high. I recommend this facility because the staff seems happy and my husband looks forward to his visit.

The staff is friendly and very involved with the residents. They are also very good at communicating with family about the resident.

The facility is easy to find, has a pleasing outward appearance. The lobby is bright with homey decor. The staff are friendly and helpful, showing a heart for the elderly. They are able to accommodate independent living to assisted living through memory care if needed.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Glades at ChampionsGate. We loved everything about the Glades! The apartments were very spacious and the entire place was very clean.

I have given recommendation to two friends. I picked this community because of the single rooms. The facility looked and felt like a home.

I would highly recommend. They bent over backwards working with us to get my dad back there after his horrible rehab experience at another facility. We picked this community because of the number of people (good op for socialization), staff friendliness, food quality, cleanliness.

Everyone is very friendly, I think the food sometimes gets a bit repetitive but it's not bad and I would like to see them rotate some new regular activities into the schedule. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

Very friendly and competent. Made my husband feel welcomed and cared for. My husband has dementia and actually doesn't remember being there but was always happy and had positive things to say when I called him but then would forget.

Our family has had a very positive experience at Barathaven with our Mom. They have been very caring and compassionate with her every step of the way as she progresses through Alzheimer’s. They are gentle and patient with her. Our concerns are addressed quickly and the communication has been great. We highly recommend Barathaven for your loved one.

I think Legacy is far better than many of the other memory care/skilled nursing care facilities that I looked at. They have a women’s only memory care unit with staff that really seem to care about the residents and treat them with respect. The staff remains cool and professional when dealing with difficult residents. They also make an effort to have the residents out of their rooms and into the common areas during the day. They had a pre-Thanksgiving dinner for the resident and their guests a week before the actual day. It was really well done and allowed those who could to be taken out for home celebration on the actual day. The did a similar thing with a party the week before Christmas. Again, it was well done. They also took the residents out in van trips to see the Christmas lights. Moving in was not a problem. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend the facility.

Barathaven is an amazing memory care! The residents are happy, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is home like. They really seem to have a grasp on the needs and care of those with memory loss.
