I was visiting. While walking around the building I saw a group of folks playing a Jenga style game. They were laughing, talking, interacting. They looked very happy and engaged with life and each other. It was truly an inspired moment.

I recently visited Addington Place of East Lake when I was sharing information for an upcoming event for seniors. I have not been in the community for many years and enjoyed my entire experience from beginning to end. The outside of the building is very uplifting and I was able to meet a nice couple currently living at the community. My visit was early in December and the inside of the lobby was busy with holiday activity. The center of the lobby has a Christmas Village that seems like something that should be in a city wide contest. If you are looking for something to put a smile on your face and get you in the mood for the Christmas Holiday I encourage you to see it. I met with the Director of Marketing and learned about some of the programs they have for seniors in the community. I am not currently looking for a community for a family member but if I were they would certainly be at the top of the list!

While looking for a place for my mother we toured Addington Place. We were very impressed by their cleanliness. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for our family. I know where I am moving when the time comes.

I have been here for three months now and everything has been very satisfying. After my husband passed, I was alone in my house for 18 months so I very much enjoy having others around. The food is very good and the service is excellent and friendly.

5 plus for The Glades at ChampionsGate community. I love where I live. I have a beautiful apartment and I have made some lovely friends. The Glades is a wonderful place to live for all ages over 65 lol. Lol

The staff are very personable and know the residents by their names. You can tell they want them to all be happy with the facility. They're all friendly. The food is exceptional and there are many choices at meals. They have a great maid service weekly. The facility is clean and they keep renovating. They are now doing new floors through out. I would definitely recommend Addington Place. We are very happy my mother is living there.

The meal served by the Chef was top shelf. My plate was filled with all of the Thanksgiving goodies you would expect. It was delicious! The service by the hardworking staff was excellant. It all exceeded my expectations. Well done!

I moved my mom 400 miles from CT to VA six months ago! I'm able to see my mom 3x a week. My mom is very well cared for at Legacy Ridge. The staff is wonderful! The food is wonderful! I couldn't be happier. My mom is doing great!

We are very happy and satisfied with our mother's stay here at LR. She has been here for almost 2 years. The staff is the best! Thank you!

We could not be happier then the day we moved our parents here. I have zero bad things to say about the facility/staff. Everyone is so kind and pleasant. More importantly our parents feel the same.

My wife has only been here a short time, but so far the experience has been positive. Activity list that is published is not followed, but they do have movies for the group and providing snacks in the evening. This is a much better facility than others that I looked at.

Ultimate setting whose friendly staff provide "family" care to the residents. Very reasonably priced for its location.

The facility is very clean. My mom is adjusting well to being here. She actually calls it her home.

I had a great experience with the Poet's Walk team. I was looking for a community for my father, who lived in the area. I live out of state and was very nervous to search for a community for him. I worked with the Sales Director and she was wonderful. She offered me a Facetime tour, which I accepted. I could see and hear lots of laughter and joy. The community was very clean, well decorated, and well laid out. After the phone tour, I came into town for a trip to see multiple communities. I toured Poet's Walk a couple of times with additional family members. The Poet's Walk team was great at communicating with me and cared about what my father needed and the troubles we were experiencing with his dementia. It was a very seamless process and all of the caregivers were genuine, attentive, and kind. The kitchen team were always laughing and making meals seem lively and fun. Unfortunately, our father passed away before he moved into the community - but we loved our experience.

The people that work there are very caring and patient with the residents. My mom has been there for almost a year and I have seen her adjust well. The nurse staff is very helpful if you have any questions. They recommend any procedures that need to be done, and they do them there when it comes to their health. As hard as it is to transition, I loved one to a facility, this would be a good choice. Clean and good activities

Over the past 7 months I have observed the staff as they care for the residents. I am impressed with the passion and care they have always shown for the residents and their families. They have made me feel comfortable visiting my partner while she is there and I feel welcome and feel like the staff and even some of the other residents are now friends. The staff, from the time I enter the door to the time I leave, knows who I am there to see when I walk in and help with anything I need to make the visit great. I'm so glad her daughter and I found this home for our loved one.

It's been an excellent experience. We picked this community, because it's in our home town. I would recommend to others.

Accepting the fact that a parent has cognitive/memory issues is incredibly difficult and it's even more difficult to transition them to a memory care complex. However, when you have to make that tough decision, you want to ensure that they will be well taken care of. While no place is perfect or "good enough" for my mom, I do feel that Legacy Ridge is great place. The staff is attentive and caring. They create a family environment for their residents, which is so special. When you raise concerns, they immediately attend to them and take them seriously. Knowing I can call the front office staff and I will be treated kindly and as though my concerns are important is incredibly reassuring. Everyone is helpful from the front office, maintenance, kitchen, nurses, and CNAs. That's what you want when you have to place a family member.

My grandmother is a resident and the staff treat her amazing and are always friendly when I visit. They get to know the residents and form connections with them which leads to amazing care. They activities are great for families of residents to join and spend time with their loved ones that life in the community.

This place is amazing and feels like home. The staff are so friendly and the community is beautiful. There is a lot to do inside and outside here and the grounds are beautiful. The food is made fresh every day and their homemade soup is excellent. I am so happy I'm here for the holidays and all the fall decorations are wonderful. I can't wait to attend all the holiday parties.
