I toured Sarabella very clean staff was very pleasant overall great experience. the courtyard is amazing great view. Also the food looked delicious. Concierge was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Greeted right away when entering the community.

The staff members at Poet's Walk Round Rock are wonderful. The community is always clean and there are plenty of different activities for the residents to participate in. The environment is always a pleasant one. The communication with the staff is great. There has been a huge noticeable change in my dad since he's been there.

Everyone is friendly and the staff is attentive.I had a warm feeling about when I first walked in, the atmosphere and the energy was positive.

After two and a half years of living at Revel Nevada, what I have experienced is excellent staff. I find that the staff here always have time for you regardless of your needs or wants. Everyone who works here, makes my living experience enjoyable!

This is the best independent living place in all of Henderson and Las Vegas to live. From the Executive director, all the way down the chain, everyone is excellent. I would liike to see Revel get a second vehicle for a better transportation experience.

For me, Revel has been exactly what I was looking for. It was important to me to find a place that offered a great lifestyle, had a friendly atmosphere and was welcoming to the seniors. Revel has checked off all these boxes! The staff is very tuned into our population and has demonstrated over and over a caring attitude that I have not found in other settings. The programs and activities are geared to seniors, they are fun and I look forward to future experiences in this setting. The residents are also very welcoming and cheerful. It's clear to me as I watch the residents on a day to day basis they are on my same page. The menu is great, food is well prepared and the presentation is top notch. I'm very pleased and happy to be living at Revel.

They are always welcoming and receptive when you have questions or concerns. The facilities are nice, modern and well cared for. It pays to stay in touch with the staff and let them know you are holding them accountable.

Our family had an in person tour experience with The Glades and the personal very warming. Although this was a little farther from me but I just didn't see much diversity . My aunt knows English very well but she is Hispanic which I found much more diversity a [community name removed].

[name removed] and I decided to move to Revel Nevada after searching numerous communities in CA, OR and NV. We chose Revel Nevada because of the upscale area of Henderson and the proximity to everything as well as relatives close by. We also liked the newness and well kept condition of the community. With an added bonus of having a beautiful lake and park right across the street where we frequent. The staff and residents are excellent. The staff are sensitive and attentive to our needs. The residents are friendly, independent and active as we are. We enjoy participating in activities like mah jong, card games, bingo, poker, in house live entertainment and special outings.

I reluctantly moved into an assisted living on the recommendation by my daughter and doctor. Since moving in I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The meals and menu are always tasty. The activities are varied and entertaining. They have entertainers in most weeks to sing/ dance/ play music for us. All of the staff are amazing and will help in anyway they can. They even have a shabbat service on Fridays and special holiday menus. Overall a wonderful place to live! I would recommend it to anyone.

The front desk greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. As I was touring every staff member spoke to me and asked if I had any questions, they would be happy to help. The inside and the grounds are kept up very well. There was no smells. I did have a change to speak to residents and all seemed very happy to live there.

It's well staffed and secure. We picked this community, because It's one mile from my home. It's clean and safe

It is new with excellent facilities , and they have helpful staff. I would recommend to other families.

Great place very clean s staff was accommodating. They had an event going on why we were there good participation, residents and staff. I definitely recommend this community. In addition, the concierge desk is very accommodating.

I visited this community because i pass their sign very day on my way to work. My mom was home alone and wasn't eating well. I finally decided to stop in on my way home the other day and was so happy about what i saw. Residents doing spin class when i entered the community and a very nice young British man that answered all my questions. My mom is moving in next week.

We have had my mother there for 6 months so far and have nothing but good things to say about Sarabella. They have looked after my mother incredibly well. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the menu is wonderful. My mother is very happy with the food. They have a wonderful activities department and have so many different programs on offer. I couldn't recommend Sarabella highly enough

The quality of care was good although I had to intervene when the staff did not respond to her needs. If I had one issue it was the constant change over of the senior staff. I would establish a relationship with them and then the would leave. In the one year we had 3-4 health directors and 3 facility managers. My comments about the staff we just my frustration because I was trying to manage my step mother's care from a distance and I never knew the person I was talking to. The nursing staff was excellent.

Our loved one is being well taken care of at the Sonata Viera community and each time I come to visit the nurses are engaging. The facility is clean and my loved noe is not complaining

My brother picked, this community because it was close to him, and it was independent living connected to memory care which my mom may need some time in the future. I would recommend to others, we're actually trying to get another person into it.

The staff members and other residents at Tuscan Gardens of Palm Crest have been so amazing and based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their elderly loved ones.
