A loved one of mine currently lives here and I am very pleased to say the least. The community has friendly faces, ample common areas and nice activities. I know that my loved one is in good hands here.

My husband likes it there.

All 8 would be a 5! The only issue we had was that dad had a very hard time adapting to a new schedule. At 97, he expected the staff to adapt to HIS precise schedule. Once he had a written schedule and he accepted that the staff had other residents that needed help at the same time, he was a little more forgiving. I'm sure that he was very grateful for all the help he did have! The staff was wonderful! I didn't know how they deal with some of the residents in a day to day basis. Amazing.

I am pleased to be writing this review for [name removed], our Executive Director of the Pavilion at Great Hills. [name removed] has been exceptional in her role, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and providing unwavering support to our entire rehab team. Her pleasant demeanor and genuine care for our residents ensure that everyone feels valued and well taken care of. [name removed] dedication and professionalism make her an invaluable asset to the Pavilion!

The Barathaven staff has cared for both my parents. My dad has since passed away due to other medical problems. The staff is Awesome and has always provided compassionate & competent care to each of them. When my sister & I were no longer able to care for my parents in their home, Barathaven has proven to be an answer to our prayers. The staff has always gone above & beyond to meet their needs and this facility has been nothing more than a blessing to us! And PS....the activity directors are totally awesome, always bringing the place alive... & the residents all Love the food!!!

The Pavilion has great staff, fun activities for residents, and just an overall warm atmosphere. I really would recommend this facility for any family looking for a place they can trust. Everyone greets one another by name and they also have events monthly to welcome new residents. Once you’re here, it doesn’t take long for you to feel at home

My 92 yo mother has been a resident at Pavilion for more than 3 years. I am her main support and have lunch with her every Friday. So I have had the pleasure to interact with the Pavilion staff for quite a long time and I can honestly tell you that their staff is amazing. Not just one or two, but the entire staff. The care and the love that they show, not only my mother, but to every resident there is almost unbelievable. And their interactions and communication with me, as my mother's caregiver is beyond expectation. I would highly recommend The Pavilion to anybody that is looking for a great place for the seniors in their lives.

My dad has lived at the Pavilion for about two years now and he always marvels at how fortunate he is to be in such a wonderful place. The staff are all very caring and kind and take very good care of him. One thing that really impressed me when we were touring assisted living places was that at the Pavilion, a town hall was being held. That really made it feel like a community where everyone has a say and contributes. It feels like home there and that’s what we like best about it.

My mom likes it here as there are interesting activities held for learning, fun, and enrichment. The activities team is outstanding. The Pavilion is a nice size, not too big so it’s easy to navigate. The staff is caring, welcoming and accommodating and the building and apartments are well maintained and clean. Front desk staff are dedicated and friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is amazing!! They are attentive and always available to answer questions. Food is good and so are the activities. Housekeeping staff keeps rooms clean and smelling good. The receptionist is so kind and always available to help.

Revel is a classy independent community which I've been fortunate enough to enjoy for over 2 months. The staff is friendly and helpful and so are the residents. I do feel that many of the residents are in need of extended care and would be better served in assisted living. The food is excellent and the ambience is beautiful.

Based on the experience we have had, we would have to give Addington Place a 5 on all except for the food service and the wait staff. They are not very friendly at times but they are getting better. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

5 on all for The Hampton at Meadows Place, we were all very pleased with our experience with that community and we would absolutely recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

[name removed] passed away a couple of weeks after moving into Barathaven, but during that experience we got excellent care and service. Their kindness and following through with playing music that I had brought when I was not able to be there.

A rare review from me - I am very proud to know and be a resource for the people at Sonata in Boca Raton. From their Director on down, Sonata's focus has always been about providing the best care for their residents. I appreciate the great people who work hard to provide such a positive experience. Their dedication shows. Thank you!

5 for all...The Addington Place at College Harbor has been great and my mom is thriving now. The Addington Place is very welcoming. What really stood out to my family and I was the way the community helped my mom get acclimated. From the staff to the residence everyone was super positive and super helpful.

I was happy when they changed management companies, that they retained most if not all of the existing personnel. Love the staff there, very friendly and attentive. Feel the cost is high, but you get what you pay for and my mother is very happy.

Since February 2024 Tuscan Gardens has improved in all areas. New management has brought in some new personnel that has a tremendous, positive difference. Food services have always been excellent. Morale has greatly improved.

The staff members who work there along with the residents living there have made this such a great experience for our family and based on that experience we would absolutely recommend Sonata Boca Raton to other families.

My family and I couldn't be happier with The Monarch at Round Rock. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had found a truly special place for our dad. The care and attention to detail provided by the entire team, led by the exceptional Executive Director and the warm and welcoming Concierge have exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the very beginning, [names removed] took the time to sit down with us, listen to our concerns, and understand our dad's unique needs. They had expertise and compassion, it shone through as they guided us through the transition process, making it as smooth and stress-free as possible. [name removed], our wonderful Concierge, has been an absolute delight to work with. Her warm smile and genuine kindness have made us feel like part of the Monarch family from day one. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident and their family members feel welcome.
