What we like the most about The Monarch at Cedar Park is the Cleanliness and communication with staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

To be fair, my father's health rapidly declined right before he moved in. So we he was high-maintenance and rarely left the room. He didn't use any activities, but that wasn't the fault of the facility. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families

It is a very nice facility with a lot of activities and therapy offerings for the residents. The staff is friendly and very dedicated. I would recommend Barathaven to anyone seeking a safe and nurturing Memory Care Community for their loved one.

The glades is a beautiful well kept facility. The people who live here are very helpful and caring. The staff is well selected and kind to the residents. The outpatient gym is the best PT and OT I have had. I find the administration to be knowledgeable and addresses concerns in a timely manner. Ownership has recently changed and seems to be on a positive level. Any resident always says they stay here because the people are so nice. Maintenance, house keeping and caregivers are excellent. Their outdoor pool is amazing with a long ramp with parallel bars for handicapped.

What we like the most about Fox Ridge is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The Nursing Staff making sure my parents are getting their medications on time and regularly

We chose The Residences at Greer because of the availability, location, cleanliness of facility & staff. They went above & beyond to accommodate our needs.

Only thing I did not like was the use of Guardian pharmacy when we had pillpack. Once again about the pharmacy. We had all medications for Dad, but some were ordered through the Guardian Pharmacy which I didn't know about until I received a $[fee removed] bill.. not cool! Like some kind of scam was going on! We chose this facility because of the cleanliness and the staff were great.

The staff is friendly. My mother is very happy with their attentiveness. When I visited my mother, the first few weeks in January the staff was excellent. They're very friendly. They came and reminded her when it was dinner time or when something was going on. The staff there is wonderful facilities are kept very clean and neat. I love the fact that there is a little garden area that's in the center portion of the building where people can go and work the garden or just sit in the garden and enjoy love the chairs out front mother uses them quite often. She'll go out and walk around the Circular driveway and sit and rest in the chairs after her walk.

My mom, 98, had been living independently until she had a fall on her birthday and broke her arm. After the hospital and rehab we placed her at Alamar. The staff, from administration to staff have made her feel welcome and involved her in a slew of activities which has significantly improved her quality of life. The residents are friendly and welcoming as well. We are so happy with our decision on placement. It’s not cheap, but worth every dollar.

The administrative staff were great from the start. They have a meeting w families once a month and ask for suggestions and allow folks to voice concerns - this open line of communication gives me a lot of confidence that we're all on the same team for our loved ones. Many of the suggestions have been implemented. My dad is currently ailing and they have been excellent about checking in; we have felt very well looked after. They post pictures on Facebook of events and activities and enjoy seeing what's going on even when I'm not there.

All 5 stars! The facility is clean and the residents rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are personal and treat the residents like family.

Very attentive staff and you can tell at this place the residents are really being taken care of. Room sizes are great for the needs and the amenities offered to the residents are awesome!

I was unaware that my mother would need a physician's approval prior to her acceptance. We were far into the process when this was brought up. It took weeks to set up the doctor appointment, and this delayed her move-in date. Also, the corporation operating the Glades is changing in April, so more changes to come!

Very friendly and professional staff. They care about their residents. Happy hour get together every day. Parties and get together's for every holiday. Food is very good. We were very happy when my mother was a resident there. If they are able they can go shopping and on outings.

This is the place you dream of finding. It’s better than we could have hoped for. After a bad experience at another facility, we moved my mom to Sonata Boynton Beach, and it has been a night-and-day difference. The team has been so kind, loving, and patient—not just with her, but with all of us! When they say they’ve cultivated a home-like atmosphere, it’s not just a sales pitch—they truly have. The staff is incredible. You can see their genuine affection for the residents, and that warmth makes all the difference. We just wanted a place where my mom would be safe, clean, and well cared for—but finding her in such a supportive and loving community has been an unexpected blessing. We are grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and well-organized approach. It gives us peace of mind.

The professional staff, the clean facility and the security measurements were the main reasons we chose Alamar over any other facility. Very friendly staff and extremely clean facility! Mom loves it!

The staff in Valeo (Memory Care) are incredibly friendly, gentle, and kind. My parents are thriving in this community and I am so grateful and relieved.

Yes, I would recommend The Residences of Greer to other families. The Residences of Greer is a friendly, caring place. The staff know the residents by name and welcome family with smiles. My brother has settled into the routine well, and we are 5 minutes away if he needs us. The Residences of Greer is just right for our family.

We would rate the activities higher if it was allowed. I wish my parents could have stayed there for a lot longer than they did. My mom progressive declined and had a stroke and is now in a skilled nursing facility and Dad is living with us. Their activities were amazing! They have lots of events and invite families and make you feel welcome. And their food was so good and they let families come eat with their loved ones and it's [fee removed] a meal!!! Friendly staff, kind care giving, welcoming community where families can visit their loved one and be involved with their activities.
