We have had a wonderful experience here. Everyone who visits my dad is very impressed with the community and the overall atmosphere. The activities are fantastic—especially bingo, which residents seem to really enjoy. The live music is also a highlight, and my dad loves attending those events. One of the things he appreciates most is the interaction with the other residents. There is a genuine sense of community, and he has made many friends who he gets to see and talk with every day. It's comforting to know he is engaged, happy, and surrounded by such a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

They have helped take a lot of the pressure off of me when it comes to caring for my mom. They make sure her needs are met and meet her where she is.

Carmel Village is really outstanding. I understand that things cost a lot but most people would not be able to afford living here without added insurance, family help and a good retirement fund. I find the staff very professional and always friendly. Will take the time to answer any questions. If a problem does arise the medical staff call immediately to inform you.

It must be a very good workplace, because every single person we dealt with was cheerful, helpful, and happy.

I would give Paradise Village a 5 stars. The apartments are very spacious, the maintenance crew is extremely efficient and friendly. Very clean environment. Food is fresh and really good. General staff is very friendly and helpful. Activities

The administration has been flexible and their promises were true. The staff does a great job being kind and respectful to my dad. I enjoy visiting there because it is clean and the front desk people are very hospitable.

The staff has been great to work with me to help get my husband settled in to his new home. They keep me informed and communicate with me easily. They listened to me when I suggested activities that would interest my husband during his "fidgety" time. His room is always clean, bed made and his clothes put in his closet. They are working with him to place his hearing aids for a period of time every day so he can be more involved with his community. His room is small but adequate. I have not heard him complaining about the food. The staff is pleasant and very patient with him. He seems happy. So far I am very satisfied with his care.

We have been very happy with the room, overall cleanliness of facility, activities, and meal options. Staff is friendly and responsive to our needs. The in-house gym and pool are major pluses. Only thing that's less than perfect is the view. We look "in" at another wing, over the roof of the pool, rather than "out" towards the mountains. Highly recommended for independent Senior Living choice.

The staff is super friendly, and therefore the residence really like being there. Everything is very, very clean, very positive. They really work to get to know their residence and their names and try the best they can to make their experience the best it can be.

The lady I met with was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough - I would highly recommend this facility. The place was clean and bright. Very nice staff, provided important information to help me determine whether my mom would be safe and comfortable in this setting.

I was told that this is the best retirement facility in Walla Walla. I concure with that assessment.

Most everyone I had to work with at Carmel Village has been a pleasure to work with. They have been very accommodating in helping with paperwork dealing with long term care insurance and getting things complete.

What we like the most about the community are the smiling faces of residents and staff, variety of activities, transportation to Dr appointments and outside park area. Yes, I definitely would recommend this community; however, it is not upscale or fancy so no chandeliers or white tablecloths in the dining room except for special occasions.

Seriously, organized, run very effectively..Not a lot of employ turnover..management is very kind & functional..The food is probably the best your going to get anywhere @ a assistant living (for the price)..(1) There's 3 buses taking residents to shopping destinations..(2) Plenty of activities you can join in on cause of the independent living apartments (2) calendars of activities..(3) Nice outside patio for dinning & two different dinning areas..ice-cream parlor & Starbucks inside the larger main building..(4) By far reasonable financial more affordable..(5) The grounds are great for taking walks, lots of concrete walkways around all the other buildings...A very nice dog park in the back building & outside area for family gatherings..(6) There's a place in the back of the building Ceaders where you can work on your plants & garden..DON'T let the neighborhood discourage (snobby) people..its run by probably a board of trustees & a church organization (I THINK)

I researched and visited the top homes in fresno and Clovis. This was the best. Staff and facility were amazing. I would take my mother there again if I had the chance. Best care for your loved one.

My favorite thing about Carmel village was the attentive and caring staff. They were careful to follow dad’s care plan! Somehow, the staff has created a sense of community amongst the residents to the point where the residents met together on their own. Loved it!

The place is always clean and fresh and they take fabulous care of my Parent's with lots of activities to keep them engaged.

I love the staff there!! Especially [name removed]. She's the best. This was the perfect place for mom.
