The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything and showed us all areas of the facility. She also seemed to know everyone's name and the residents all know her. Which tells me the staff gets to know the residents, so it is like a family.

It's very comfortable. Like home. Great people. Lots of activities and involvement to feel alive.

The tour was very informative. We loved the fact that it’s run by a family. We also noticed a lot of residents have been there a very long time like 20 years so that says a lot. The facility if very old, started in 1965, but is very clean and well maintained.

Staff feels like a family. they work together and deeply care about the residents.

Very nice facility, however we were looking for something with a Memory care option should that be needed. Access to the Villages amenities for a fee was a big plus for more active folks. Located directly next to Costco and Fresh Market which is nice.

We moved Mom in on [date removed]. She quickly settled into a routine with her new found friends. She has a few “girls” that she usually eats her meals with, and a few more that she plays games with. She’s involved in exercise classes as well as walking around the building every morning. Her room is plenty large enough for her to be comfortable when she’s not hanging out with others. Overall, she is content and safe, which are the two most important things.

It's an older community with well kept Villas, beautiful landscaping and they mow the lawns. I'm happy here. A bit pricey. Close to Atlantic Ocean, shops and US One and Interstate 95. Also close to a small busy airport.

What we like the most about Buffalo Crossing is that the staff really care about the residents, go out of their way to make them happy. They're also super responsive.

Really friendly staff. Act like they care. I don't really do their activities. Not my thing. My apt (studio) is tiny but feels big due to 10' ceilings. We have a nice core of Jewish residents here and with a few more they'd provide a bus so we can go to Friday services. The temple is only 2 miles away.

Very friendly and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It's a fantastic place clean, great value for the money personnel are very nice helpful very caring & eager to help. They are very helpful no matter what your question or problem is the management will drop whatever they are doing to assist you.

The facility is elegant, the staff is wonderful and really tries to help. The dining is actually excellent.. I don’t participate in the activities very much, but they have a movie room and movies three or four nights a week and other very nice available features

When it comes to the meals, they would prefer real butter in place of spreads and seed oils & better lower processed carb diabetic friendly choices. They also say things are much too salty sometimes. There does seem to have a lot of turnover of employees since she has been there. We have moved my uncle into one of the independent villas about [date removed]. He is also very happy.

My dad was in the care of Buffalo Crossings from [date removed] until he passed away in [date removed]. I could not have asked for better care for him. [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]treated us like family, which was so helpful since he was in Florida and I live in Colorado. They truly treated him as if he was their own dad, with such kindness and compassion. I will be forever grateful to Buffalo Crossings.

Great assisted living property. Very professional run property. Great food great staff! It's like staying at a first class hotel Plenty of activities every day. Professional care from a to z. Probably one of the best run assisted living properties in the area.

All of the personnel at Hidden Lakes are personable and caring. My husband was in the Skilled Nursing facility for several months prior to his passing and everyone treated him with care and compassion. All nursing homes should be like Hidden Lakes.

My loved ones are currently residents at Hidden Lakes Retirement Community. They are doing very well at this facility. The people there are wonderful. Based on the experience, I would recommend Hidden Lakes Retirement Community to others.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I can't speak for nursing home or assisted living but a lot the same people help there too. New management is working with residents to help with their needs.

Mom was so very happy there. She wished she had moved there sooner. The facility is clean yet comfortable. Not sterile. It has a very home like atmosphere. The staff is phenomenal!!! [name removed] was a God send. She guided me and helped my Mom with the most difficult decision of her senior life. Everyone from the housekeepers, to the activities directors, the nurses, the Cafe' staff and administrators made Mom feel not only "at home", but they made her feel needed. That was huge! My favorite thing about the way they treated Mom was that they treated her as the adult she was. They were so respectful. Never did the baby talk thing. That meant a lot. All in all this is a fabulous place! My Mom's best friend has already decided that she's moving there when her time comes. I told my best friend (we're 55) that we need to go now...no cooking, no cleaning, laundry service available and we can come and go as we please all the while living like queens.

My loved one is currently a resident at Buffalo Crossings Assisted Living Community and most everything has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, food and value for cost are good. I'm very happy with Buffalo Crossings Assisted Living Community and would recommend them to others.
