My brother needed a place and this was one of the most affordable places. He was pleasantly surprised when he went there as it is very pretty. The cottage is nice. The grounds are well kept. The neighbors are friendly. The administration has been helpful and went out of their way to accommodate him.

My mother is very particular about places she has stayed. As she ages, we needed a place for her to stay when we were out of town, or just needed a break. She was well cared for, enjoyed the food, and had her hair done. She even commented that the hair stylist was better than her regular one. We will be seeking permanent placement there soon.

Mom has blossomed into a people person. She is fully engaged in the place and activities. She has a group of 4 lady friends that hang out and eat together. Great facility and staff.

Experience has been wonderful. We picked it for affordability 1st. Cleanliness of their villas 2nd and the shelter in place. The happy hour and friends and family. The club house. The community overall

She is the 1st person u encounter when u inquire about Oak Manor & that's a good thing. She got back to me 1st thing every day, trying to find a way to help me out; & she was so kind. I lost the best Husband of 30 years in a short 3 months time; I m having a rough, tough time; & [name removed] understanding went a long, long way. I want to thank her so much. So far, I m staying with my wonderful sister, but if u r looking for a place, PLZ give [name removed] @ Oak Manor Senior Living a call.

[name removed] at Oak Manor made the experience of moving my mom 100% stress free! Her attention to detail and assistance was above and beyond! Feels amazing to know my mom will be in such great hands and an amazing senior community!

5 stars on everything at Buffalo Crossings - it's a great place. And Mom loves it. She has made many new friends and has done a ton of activities.

The facility is really beautiful with all the greenery, ducks etc. The staff is amazing and so caring and patient. And the food is wonderful and I love how they let you have access to the café for all day hours. I cannot say enough about the Oak Manor facility and staff. It was such a process making the best choice for mom and we were so happy with the results. I would not wish her to be anywhere else. Thanks to all the staff at Oak Manor, I will be forever grateful.

They are very friendly and they always remember my loved on when she goes for her respite stays. I would recommend them to friends and family. I'm very satisfied with this caring and friendly facility.

We really didn't look at other places prior. The setting here is very relaxing and beautiful property. We live in a villa. It's a lot more than what we would like to have spent, but there are things offered which may come on handy as we continue to stay here. They have smaller units and Assisted Living and Nursing Home. They offer housekeeping for a fee. There is free bus and driver services for the Vero Beach area. The maintenance staff are great and keep the units maintained. Highly recommend the facility, but the food needs improving.

They are super friendly. My loved one had everything that they needed. It was a for respite care . We picked this community, because it was very close to home and was more comfortable. It was just what we needed. I would recommend to other families.

One of the reasons I chose Oak Manor is I know [name removed] he has an awesome “moral compass“. As [name removed] chose him for The Palms of Largo now he owns Oak Manor and Wright's. I am in independent living so I do my own thing. I love it here like a cottage on the beach. All I do in the morning is push the button in the bathroom so the staff know I'm ok. Very little staff turnover and great value for the money. I'm an RN so I'm picky.

We love the location of Hidden Lakes Retirement Community, it is in a gorgeous quite setting surrounded by grass and trees. The staff has been nothing but kind and are more then willing to do things different then what they are used to - they really go above and beyond. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend the Hidden Lakes Community to other families.

The only complaint I have heard from my Aunt is about the care if a resident has been at the hospital and is brought back after hours. There are no staff to meet the resident and no staff checked on her for several days. I don't know if that is something they claim they do there or if my Aunt is expecting too much as her family is all out of state so she is alone for these situations. I guess a few other residents have expressed a similar feeling about that. Otherwise it appears to be a great place.

Especially if you're in a more dependent situation, I would recommend this place. If you're truly independent, then not as much. There are built-in costs in independent living for things that I never use (housekeeping, meals). But I love the villa that I'm in. I'm provided with a full kitchen, and I have chosen to do my own cooking. The staff have been very friendly, cooperative, and helpful. We get a newsletter where they list various activities. I'm at the point in life where I think a lot of things are overpriced, including this, but that seems to be the case everywhere.

Our loved one has a separate villa and it is very relaxing, well kept and very clean. Our loved one has only been there for [dates removed] and sadly the dining room is still closed off, and the activities are pretty limited. However they do typically have events for the residents, and they also have a transportation system that takes them to and from doctors appointments and grocery stores. The value for the money is excellent and we would absolutely recommend this community to others

It's a nice place, very friendly and very happy with it.

We chose Florida Baptist because dad really liked the old Florida feel to it, it feels very homey and comfortable. His apartment is exceptional and exactly what he was wanting. The staff have been absolutely wonderful, I would give them higher than a 5 if I could. They bend over backwards for you to help whether it is included or not. The value is great compared to others we looked into and I would recommend this facility to others.

This is a great community and they have been great with my loved ones. They are currently under a mandate due to covid and the residents have to eat in the room due to this. There are a lot of activities after covid and people are very interactive and happy about the changes

From the beginning to the end that have been wonderful, she is loving living there, very happy and feels very safe. I live out of state and they communicate very well, they call us to give us even the smallest update. They have been the most helpful, kind people and we honestly did not expect it to go as well as it did. The director calls all the time keeping me updated, and everyone morning our loved one has a call button and if she does not press that call button they come to check on her immediately. At first the meals were okay, but now they are excellent and due to the current circumstances the activities are still limited.
