Carriage Inn is definitely a place I would put my mother. It’s clean and well laid out. The programs and activities are exactly what she is looking for. If my mom becomes unhappy where she is, I will definitely look into Carriage Inn.

Carriage Inn is a wonderful community with a welcoming atmosphere. The Executive Director was especially impressive—professional, personable, and truly dedicated to providing the best experience for us and our family. Highly recommend!

Very supportive to my mom's needs. Food is tasty, place is always clean no odor. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The activities are excellent and very meaningful. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice facility. [name removed] was terrific and very informative. The most impressive thing to me was how happy the residents that I encountered were. This would be my first choice for assisted living if my father in law gets well enough for this level of care.

This was my third time to tour Stoney Brook of Hewitt. [name removed] has been so helpful with information and helping me to transition my mother to the facility. All the staff that I have spoken with have been so friendly and caring.

The care staff is VERY caring, friendly and quick to pick up on any changes in my Dad. He is still adjusting to not being at his own home , no fault of the facility or staff. His room is large enough for a queen bed, recliner, dresser, TV and book shelves. He loves the food. He enjoys the whirlpool bath and the Podiatrist visit. Staff call me when they have any concerns and are great at trying different things when he is upset.... take him outside, rub his back, get him a snack, turn on his favorite DVDs. The facility is kept clean as is my father and his bedding / clothing in times of accidents l. We have a camera in his room and are able to watch & hear interactions day and night. My brother's are as impressed in the staff's compassionate manner with him no matter if he's confused or not. We are welcome to visit anytime with out notice. The Cambridge Facility and staff have been an answered prayer for our family.

My dad loves the food and the aides. Everyone has been amazing and very attentive, from the Managers to the Med Techs to the aides. Brian was very helpful in getting dad settled. He would even go over to the library and bring dad things to read. Dad is in memory care and every time I am there, there is always at least one person, in the common area, with the residents. I love it when I walk in and find the aides interacting with the residents. The entire building is very clean and has a nice home feel.

She's enjoying her new home, more than we could even imagine! Made good friends & is doing super fantastic with the in-house Physical Therapy on site. All the personnel at the Carriage Inn are so caring & friendly!!

I feel that they see each of their residents as individuals and meet them at their place of need .... everyone isn't just huddled together. All the staff that had worked with my Mother in Law has approached with care ..... her leave of care has increased and they have let her keep her dignity. I've referred 2 friends here since she's been here and they now have their loved one at Stoney Brook

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Response time when called is in a reasonable amount of time. Typically less than 10 minutes. They have physical, occupational and speech therapy on site. They also have a beauty salon available on Wednesday and Thursday. Lots of activities every day. My mother doesn't participate in those though. But lots of dominoes, card games and other games. Live music pretty frequently too. The residents are very friendly as well.

Everything was very nice and clean. Did not experience any issues with Landing's for the short time [name removed] was there.

I would highly recommend it. Overall it is a great fit for my mother. They keep the residents engaged and she is content which has made a big difference. The care is excellent, from physical care to social care.

We are so grateful for my mom's time at Stoney Brook. The people were great and the facility was just what we needed.

[name removed] was amazing she was very personable and answered all questions asked. My dad was very hesitate about going but by then end of the tour he was considering that assisted living might not be so bad. [name removed] went as far letting him have lunch with a couple residents as part of our tour so he could experience the food and talk with others that live there. If you are considering assisted living for your loved one I would highly recommend checking this place out.

From my limited experience, I would say it's 5 stars. My friend was the one living there for less than a week before going to a hospital. My observations were that it is a very nice place and clean. The food was good as well. The staff was always very helpful and caring.

We recently visited the Carriage Inn in Bryan TX. We loved it, they had many activities though the day. We examined their meals, which are part of the cost of living there, and they looked very tasty. We decided we could live there the rest of our lives.

Facility is clean. Staff is caring and respectful. My family felt comfortable that Mom was in good hands.

Let me start by stating- I'm extremely picky. I have been in healthcare for 30 years plus and have very high expectations of certain things.... While this is independent living - and not Assisted... it's by far the BEST place for my dad. After losing my mom, he didn't want to stay in their home... and I was worried about his social interaction if he got an apartment. We toured this place at the suggestion of my friend who's dad was a resident. The staff is warm and caring. The food is better than most - with lots of choices. The activities are AMAZING... everyone there feels like family. I have grown so close to all the residents and enjoy eating with my dad 1-2 times a week.

My Mother moved in to assisted living after a fall. The staff at Carriage Inn made my mother feel at home and did everything they could to simplify our move it. The management understood my mothers needs and made the move to CI an obvious choice. The staff looked after my mother and made her feel safe. Due to a staffing shortage we had a couple of issues with some minor requests getting taking care of on time. We escalated and the house keeping manager was on top of getting the issue resolved. After assisted living she decided to move to independent living at Carriage Inn.
