We fell in love with Stoney Brook of Hewitt and are grateful for the time our mom spent there!

Mom has been in memory care for a year now. We are pleased with the atmosphere and cleanliness of Carriage Inn. The staff is nice and friendly. She is receiving quality care beyond what I was able to provide her.

I would say I don't have lots of experience in the industry to compare to other facilities. My in-laws are in a safe, loving place. They seem to have good social connections. We feel good about the facility and are thankful for your help finding them.

A great place to retire if you are ready to downsize. Everyone was so nice.Front desk person need to look more professional The host/tour person was professional and easy to talk to. Loved the invites and lunch even though I did not commit to a lease

I live in OKC, so I'm not overly familiar with the facility. My brother, however, who lives in Huntsville, has only good things to say about the facility. I can say the one time I was there, it was very clean and there were a lot of activities going on (Christmas décor being put up and a painting class going on).

The staff are so welcoming and the facility is amazing! My grandson said it it like a luxury hotel and he gave it two thumbs up! I would pick this facility if I was looking for one for myself. Lots of activities to choose from.

Village on the Park at Steeplechase has been exactly what our loved one needs. We toured a couple of times and the staff and residents could not have been more friendly and helpful. The staff was patient and worked with us until our loved one was ready to make this move. There are options for levels of care which is a big plus. The facilities, staff, activities, meals, etc. have all been great. Our loved one settled in quickly and enjoys telling us about the new people they are meeting and new activities. A member of the staff, [name removed], was especially helpful throughout the entire process.

I found Carriage Inn Conroe to be an excellent independent living facility, residents are all age groups over 70 to 100s and various stages of ability. The safety was very good, in that doors are monitored, the variety of food every meal was good, Chef [name removed], the kitchen staff and servers were there every day and very caring, friendly and knew what each person liked. Many took food to go to eat in their apartments. The housekeeping staff are awesome, very kind, carefully changing the bed, excellent cleaning of the apartments. The maintenance staff is quick about repairs and replacement of light bulbs or other things. They were there every weekend. The administrative staff are always there, helpful with questions, getting whatever is needed, etc. The residents are a family, talking and helping one another, asking a staff member to help someone. Everyone receives a free Life Alert in case of a fall or needs help. The director and her staff are super in their management of a clean and pleasant facility. Some residents have cats or dogs that do not bother others. The only negative side is the laundry room is not in apartments but shared near the dining room. Some residents on walkers travel down long hallways to the laundry. Another nice item is the staff takes residents to the doctors, shopping, and to fun things like concerts, plays, boat rides on Lake Conroe, Church, etc., some for which you pay

I have lived here for since 2019.This is a very enjoyable place to live. The facility is well run, and I enjoy the way the staff conducts themselves toward the residents. Also, the residents are friendly and easy to relate to.

The title says it all. My Mother is happy! More active! Healthier! She is having fun and is more social than in years. She likes the food. She lives bingo. She is still independent but feels safer and more secure. That makes all of us kids happier.

My dad has lived at Carriage Hills since [date removed] and absolutely loves it. He has made so many friends, goes to activities, field trips, parties. He says the only thing he regrets is not going sooner!!

Only thing I would change is housekeeping, they don't clean the apt/unit very well (it's weekly). We just paid for someone to come in and clean thoroughly. My parents attend several activities, enjoy the food, they have lots of food items. They have met several people. Very pleased!
