At the time we signed, they were offering a very generous discount. And we liked the amenities and the apartment. Even when we had to move her to the Assisted Living side, they honored the discount. The admin staff has been very good to my Mom. Sometimes she complains that the daily staff do not get to her quickly enough, but...she is not always easy to please... Admin and aides are good at letting me know if anything is going on with my mom.

Community is dynamic. The vibe seems very happy. Yes, we would recommend Waltonwood Main to other families based on the experience so far.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and willing to assist with any necessary paperwork to get my brother admitted. The response time for work orders is excellent. There are many activities available for people who reside there. The building has been recently renovated and is always clean. The front desk Staff are personable and willing to assist with any issue. It was and remains a wonderful experience. There is very little turnover in staff which indicates the satisfaction of both staff and residents.

My mother had to be moved from assisted living to memory care. I would give memory care all 5s. They were fantastic. I guess I would give assisted living all 5s too. The activities especially in memory care were abundant. My mother always had something going on. The staff was very familiar with the residents on both sides. They are very attentive, accommodating and easy to work with.

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Overall my mom doesn't need a lot of help but if she does they go out of their way to help her. Its hard for me to give feedback regarding the food. My mom is picky and is somewhat tough to please.

My father really likes the food and appreciates the carry out service. The courtyards are very nice and well maintained- during the warmer months they have nice events there. Transportation services are very useful

The staff was responsive, professional, helpful and patient. They help you through every step of the process. Were available anytime a day to help with questions especially when it came to making timely decisions.

Waltonwood is fantastic. The staff is always there for my mom and puts up with me and my sisters requests It is an awesome place.

I was impressed with everything. I felt that the admissions personnel and the nurse who first met with me were thorough and very caring. The care staff was attentive, conscientious, and respectful. The dining experience was very nice and the food was very good. I really appreciated having so many choices. The physical environment was quite pleasant, both the room/apartment as well as the common places.

We recently toured Waltonwood assisted living community in Royal Oak and were impressed by the high-end facilities, cleanliness and staff friendliness we found there. We received unsolicited praise from family members who were visiting parents the day we were there. This is one of two communities we are considering for my Mom.

What we like the most about the community is the great staff, great variety of resident enrichment services. Yes we would recommend Waltonwood Main community to other families based on the experience so far.

They do a great job helpful if i have any questions the find out and mom is happy there. Apartment size is fine for us. They clean her apartment and do sheets. As far as the food goes, if she does not like what they are serving for dinner, they will get her another option instead. They have a ton of activities provided for the residents to participate in. Overall, we are very happy with our choice of Waltonwood Carriage Park.

Beautiful facility, nice staff, lots of things for residents to do. Independent living is truly independent unless outside agency contracted so looking at assisted living with possibly memory care in the future.

What we like the most about the community is that the people are very friendly and the dining experience is top notch! There are many opportunities for a variety of activities.

We are looking for a place for our Mother, still probably a few months away but trying to determine the best landing spot for her and have looked at a few places. The Cherry Hill location is super conveniently located near so much and might very well work out. Our tour from [name removed] was excellent, spot on, got to see many of the floor plans and got every question answered.

The manager was very nice and empathetic. She gave an excellent tour of the spotless facility. The apartments are well thought out layouts with high quality amenities. The facility has everything a senior can want.

Extensive menu, pool, cleanliness, activities, location is why my friend picked them.

The overall staff is great and they go the extra mile for the residents. My parents have had complaints about the quality of the food for a long time and it is not getting better. We had to report issues with walkway lights being out multiple times before they were fixed which is a serious safety issue with residents that cannot see well. My parents do not participate in a lot of the activities but they seem to be well planned and organized. They have made good friends and overall are happy.

The staff is very much involved in all areas and know residents by name and are available to us. Activities are scheduled for everyday of the week covering all levels of interest. Physical exercise, independent or class, pool available 5 days a week, music , discussion, reading, puzzles, needle work, lectures, travel. We can suggest activities, travel, etc to be added to schedule.

I can't answer the food or activities because I don't have that information. I haven't tasted anything and wasn't there to see if she ate. I didn't witness any activities besides movie/music time. I don't have information on general cost of care so I don't know how to score value for the money
