The overall experience at King Haven was a five. Friendly helpful people. I would recommend to others.

I feel that there is an extension of family here. Employees on all levels seem genuine & always ready to help as needed. Plus the property is maintained well even during issues that come up that need addressed.

The staff is caring and pleasant. It is independent living. Aides are available but very expensive. Activities are not too interesting. Trips are okay. Act director is out on maternity so it is pretty boring. Administration is trying to get some going. Overall I like it here very much. Rent is reasonable.

The brightness and cleanliness of the facility. The staff engagement and caring, and ensuring every staff member knows who my Mom is and her name. Lastly, the room she has is fantastic! 2 bedroom with windows all around.

I believe the facility was in a transition when we moved my Dad in. The apartment was not well cleaned before he got in there, think very dusty blinds, little bugs in the shower floor and bathroom floor. The residence director left, our sales gal left and we were told there was only one cleaning lady because they couldn't get people to stay. All that to say that it has improved. The cleaning is happening well and often. He loves the food and the people there. They just hired a new director so we expect it to be stable.

Facility is warm and super It is relatively small and intimate Staff is the BEST!!!

[Name Removed] the Sales Director is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is close to family. The dining area is very relaxed. I had the opportunity to meet the chefs. Very informative and accommodating to the customers. A very active activity calendar. Rooms vary to the price available. Just a very relaxed place.

The exercise facility and therapy are first class. The residents we met were up beat and very much engaged in the notion of "Keep it moving!" When you walk into other facilities, you are greeted by seemingly zombies in wheel charges staring at the floor. At Atria, you are greeted by period music and some very senior people who are still bouncing on their feet!

The staff, food quality, and sense of community are the main reasons we chose this facility. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been caring and professional, and the environment feels very welcoming. Our only concern is the cost relative to the room size. It is quite expensive, and if my mom eventually needs memory care, she would have to share a bedroom with another resident, which offers very little privacy. Even the shared rooms are priced higher than many other facilities. Unfortunately, sharing a room would be very difficult for her. Overall, the issue for us is the price point—not the quality of care. The staff and residents are wonderful, and the care provided is very good.

Our overall experience with Atria, I would definitely give it a five! Every person on the staff that we have come across, have been so welcoming. I can't speak to what the food and dining is like because I have never eaten there but my dad says the food is very good! His apartment is a nice size with a big spacious kitchen. He has plenty of storage! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a senior living place for a family member to visit Atria first.

It's really pretty. Lots of activities and I like the way they get the residents involved. Food is very good. She is still living independently and is loving it. Yes I would recommend them.

Overall, we’ve had a good experience. The staff is caring and the leadership seems strong, which makes a big difference. The facility itself is clean and well maintained, and the activities director does a very good job keeping residents engaged. One thing that takes a little getting used to is that the front door closes fairly early (around 6:30). As for the food, I think it’s just okay, but my mom is happy with it, which is what matters most. Overall, it feels like a supportive place with a caring team.

It is super clean. The staff is attentive. The food is ok, not great. There are Lovely grounds with birds and trees. My mom has bird feeders on her windows and loves seeing all the birds and squirrels come and feed. We are very happy with Atria.

We really liked the facility. Very cozy and comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The workers show compassion and caring! Next, my friend is being taken care of perfectly! I love the feeling knowing she is getting the best care! Several people go out of their way for my friend! I am impressed with Atria Covina! This is why I gave an excellent review!

The facility is spotless, staff is more than pleasant and all residents we spoke with were very, very happy! I don't believe that my exact husband would be a good fit for this facility, however. I thank you for arranging the tour.

I toured the residence for my husband a beautiful residence, set up very clean. Just didn’t fit my particular needs right now and they didn’t have any openings.

Such a wonderfully, warm place. Greeted with a sign with my name they were ready and waiting for our visit. [name removed] answered every question and even helped with additional information on finances. We had a lovely tour and were very impressed. Really hoping to move my mother in law in sometime soon. There was even a lovely parting gift of delicious muffins. This honestly feels like a perfect place for my husband’s mom!

Staff have been very caring and professional. Facility is clean and well maintained. They promote activity and engagement with and among the residents.

My wife moved to Atria Seville this past December. It was a huge change for both of us. We have been treated with respect and kindness. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they all deeply care about her. I truly am so satisfied and confident that she is getting the best care. There are many programs to participate in. There are regular live music performances. I would highly recommend Atria Seville and all the fantastic staff that makes it a fabulous place to be.
