This has been beyond expectations. Unbelievable 100% of staff enjoy & care about taking care of us. The staff is responsive & very kind-hearted. Food is plentiful, with multiple choices each meal... And it tastes delicious 90-95% of the time. The other residents are primarily wonderful people & easily approachable. Compassion and thougtfulness is everywhere. Different activities, daily, including excursions, musical guests, virtual reality goggles, parties, classes, etc

My husband is at Atria Plaza . Been there for 2 years. Food is above average. Care takers are attentive and patient. Most importantly, very clean!

The administrative staff is awesome as is the caregiving staff. Mom is comfortable there, that is of the upmost importance to me. They encourage family to visit and are welcoming to all visitors. The facility is clean and Mom's room is bright. A big large sliding glass door that leads to a small little balcony makes the room a great place to be.

They are very responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. They have worked hard to make my father in law feel welcome and well cared for.

The staff is very kind and caring, very on top of my mother's needs and they keep me. informed of any supplies she may need, even send me photos of my mother on special holiday events. She loves the food there. Medicines are brought to her on time. Her apartment is kept spotless. The common room is large, feels very comfortable, with new, clean furniture and pleasant lighting. There is a restaurant and lounge on another floor where families can take residents to dinner and the food is quite good. Apartment is a studio, small but the largest of the several facilities i toured. Also, they provide on site medical care (for a monthly fee)so I don't have to take her outside and all her meds are brought to her on schedule. And they have a nurse on site 24/7. I am always notified of any urgent situations that arise. The care has been excellent. My only negative feedback is the extremely large price increase this year, way above the percentage rent raises throughout the city, and the staff turnover is high. However, the manager of the Memory Care Unit, [name removed] has been kind, compassionate , and wonderful at keeping me in the loop, even arranged a birthday cake for my mother!

I would say 5 for all except the price as it's a little high so that would be 4. The staff are great. The activities are fun for the people living there.

The director was very open and honest with me after my Mom was assessed. She suggested my Mom be in memory care where as other places didn't have availability and tried to convince me that she could "try out" the assisted living section.....I think just to get the room rented. Also, the people working in memory care have been very accommodating and make my Mom feel at home. Anytime my Mom has an issue or just needs to talk to me, they call me to let me know

My mother is still there and it's great. The people are friendly and helpful. The meals are balanced. There are many activities and bus trips. I couldn't say enough good things about the facility and staff. We are so blessed to have found Atria.

They were great. Friendly, kind, patient, welcoming, very personal. I recommend them to others. It was a good spot for my parents because my dad is healthy but my mom has Alzheimer's. They can both live there together (not separate) and my mom has assistance and activities, my dad has support with food/ cleaning/ laundry. The best place we could find for their situation because they don't want to be separated.

This is only place we tried so hard to compare. Competence, ability and flexibility of administration and staff helped us figure out what was needed from beginning and addresses my spouse's changing needs. Excellent, spacious room. Good food. Other residents are friendly and accepting. Highly recommend Atria.

Very friendly staff. Warm, inviting, homey environment. Staff took the time to ask questions about my family member and were genuinely interested in their needs and wants. Meal menu looked amazing as well.

The amenities, price, location and staff were excellent. We got to meet residents who were engaging and happy to be living at Atria Cinco Ranch. Wish I could live there.

My father can be a handful and they still take great care of him. Multiple patios, benches, gazebos and outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mother also lived there approx. 15yrs ago. I had the same experience with this place back then too.

This is a great facility in a great location. The apartments are very good and roomy. There are many things to do and experiences to have there. The staff was very helpful and professional.

My aunt asked maintenance to move some furniture. They were very accommodating and helpful. The dining room staff is wonderful with helping residents with special needs. I have been very pleased with everyone we've interacted with at ATRIA Crossroads.

We moved our 90 y/o Mom to Atria 4 months ago and she absolutely loves the facility and staff. The food is excellent and healthy, and there are daily activities planned: from bingo to chair-zumba. There are also cultural enrichment activities, musical guests and special lectures offered, all of which my Mom appreciates and enjoys. The staff is caring and professional, many of whom have provided service there for more than a decade. Staff knows each and every resident by name, and starts preparing the usual coffee order before they even ask. :-) The facility is always clean and feels like a 5-star boutique hotel. Most important, my Mom feels safe, and we are relieved that she is in such good hands. We highly recommend Atria Walnut Creek to anyone who is searching for the perfect place for a loved one who is in need of assisted living.

All staff and residents were very friendly. Every residents that I spoke to always had very positive comments about Atria The management staff to custodial employees went out their way to accommodate. Atria was very cleaned. I would recommend Atria to anyone.

I also liked the idea of a separate snack bar area 7. 5 they had chair exercises in the hallway, played bingo, also a theater for movie nights 8. 5 we selected Atria El Camino Gardens because it was the least expensive, for what I experienced, we made the right choice
