Atria

Our mother returned to Atria Draper after a brief stay at another facility. Upon her return her friends at Atria were thrilled to see her again. The Atria staff were also pleased to see her and went out of their way to welcome her back. All the love she was shown brought a smile to her face that was a welcome sight. We are so glad she is back in her familiar surroundings and know the staff will care for her as if she was their own mother.

Staff very knowledgeable and attentive. They invited us back for lunch and to view another unit but we had a personal engagement. The followed up and extended invitation for any time.

I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything was organized and clean. Cheerful atmosphere. Centrally located and plenty of parking for visitation. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

They are very welcoming and attentive to my mom's needs. Food was great and delivered when she couldn't make it to the dining room. They helped set up PT and OT therapy. The condo was spacious and clean. Everyone was kind and helpful. It was a wonderful respite experience!

Excellent tour by very knowledgeable sales person, [name removed]. Beautiful facility. [name removed] took his time to answer questions, tour us through the facility and share many of the uniques aspects of Atria Living.

Atria Stamford is clean, warm and is a welcoming community. The residents are always engaged and staff seems happy to be working there. A well managed community.

My mom didn't stay, because she is stubborn but this is a first rate facility. All 5's The staff is amazing. In a time of desperation, they helped make a plan going forward and implement. If resources are available, i would highly recommend Atria.

Staff is having a lot of turnover. Dining and activities is good. Also very clean. Maintenance is very responsive. We don't like the carpet color or wall color in the apartment.

I was very impressed with Atria Draper Place in Hopedale, MA. They offer three levels of care there, independent, assisted, and memory care. They do a great job keeping the residents busy with activities and bring in live entertainment occasionally. The lower level has high ceilings with spacious rooms. We were very pleased with the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk was always happy to see us when we visit and helped us sign in and out as needed. The dining room had a nice variety and was recently upgraded. Very elegant warm and comfortable space. When the weather is nice outside, they have event parties on their umbrella tables. Inside they have a small pub where they have happy hour in the afternoons. I would highly recommend Atria Draper Place in Hopedale to anyone who needs space for a loved one. Great care at a great price.

This is a wonderful place for seniors to live! Clean, cozy and inviting. Lots of amenities for a carefree life. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff. The Sales Associate, [Name Removed], is top notch! She knows all residents and greets them by name. She knows her business and readily answers all questions. She spends much time and energy with families of prospective residents understanding that this is an important move for their loved one.

Nice clean facility. Appears to provide plenty of activities and social options for the residents. Would like to see more room layout options.

The staff is great! The facility overall could use a little updating. We picked Atria Park mainly because of it's location. Overall happy with our choice

More men than the other facilities, very friendly, clean, everyone have to eat in dining room ( no hiding in your room). Atria has a Memory Unit , so he would not have to be moved to a different location and company. Mail delivered to room, price depends on level of care needed. Apartment was spacious with 2 rooms separated by a bathroom, no step into shower stall. We picked Atria Park of Glen Ellyn and have been very pleased. The dining room staff are unbelievable! Any problems are addressed immediately!

I would recommend Atria of Tucker. It was bright, with lovely décor and the residents appeared satisfied.

Well I'm happy to be here. I'm well taken care of. And the people are very friendly and personable. This is a good place.

I would give a 5 on all of the categories! We toured 7 assisted living facilities in Tyler before coming back to Atria Copeland. We are so pleased with them! I guess my answer about them is this: "They have never made me mad. Not one employee. " If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I think they would get this statement. It says a lot! [Name removed], the director is great--a straight shooter. [Name Removed] the nurse will explain and talk about Mom anytime I have questions or concerns. [Name Removed] the activities person does a wonderful job! She made Mom's 100th birthday celebration so special![Name Removed]-the receptionist has her finger on the pulse of the place. She pays attention to the residents and knows where they are. All of the medical techs are so sweet and caring --always willling to help! The cooks and workers in the dining room are always so nice and personal--talking to each resident and welcoming them. I'm sure I've missed someone--they just do a great job.

Terrific staff. Professional, friendly and abke to answer questions. Facility is lovely and clean. Had a chance to try the food- delicious. The food staff was outstanding! Noticed our server was addressing the residents by name. He was so caring and patient, yet efficient. Christy explained the process of applying to get into Atria. She told us about the caregivers& answered all our questions. The courtyards are a but small for my mother in law’s taste but still a fantastic place. .

We've lived at Atria Chandler Villas in Chandler, Arizona, for over four years and cannot say enough about our quality of life here, provided by the incredible, always helpful staff and happy friendly fellow residents 24/7. Atria Chandler Villas has numerous floor plans, from a small apartment to spacious two-bedrooms, to meet your needs. They provide three meals a day, plus snacks, and even wine with your dinner if you'd like it! Lots of amenities are available from laundry facilities to weekly housekeeping to transportation to appointments, shopping, casinos, etc. Atria is conveniently located close to an emergency room, hospital, and numerous doctors. There are a multitude of planned activities, from putting green competitions to cornhole to mega card games and bingo, plus, plus, plus! Happy hours at the Clubhouse with live entertainment. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, and exercise equipment or physical therapy classes to keep you active and healthy!

In addition to what I mentioned in my first review that covered most of the items, the facility and apartments are kept very clean and the staff take pride in keeping it that way. My stepmother was in a one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room and she had a balcony. The size of her apartment was just right for a single, elderly individual.

Atria Evergreen Valley exceeded my expectations. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The grounds and building inside and out were well taken care of. I appreciated the time taken to give me a tour and to get to know what I am looking for for my parents.
