[name removed] was very helpful got my Mom in the memory care unit very fast. I have not eaten there but have seen the food a couple times and it looks good. They keep the residents busy, inside activies and outside also. I can't get my Mom on the phone as she's always out of her room doing something. The staff seems very nice, and notify me if there is a problem. Very happy with them, wish I had known about before. Thank you for the help finding a place. It always seems to be clean, not sure of the room size but it is a single. They did have double shared rooms also.

Everyone at Symphony was very welcoming and caring when my mom moved in. The front desk staff could not be nicer, always warm and friendly. I feel very welcome every time I visit. My mom has been more active and more social since she moved in, which is a big change from when she was at home. The interiors are modern, stylish, and the public areas always look clean, and same for my mom’s apartment. I know that my mom is being taken care of, and is safe, and that is a great feeling.

The operator was very considerate during my evaluation process and understood my concerns. She placed my extended family at ease. My brother, sister-in-law and Aunt all approve of Symphony. The facility is clean and staff is responsive. I feel he receives good care. I would recommend the Symphony to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They called right away if there was an issue with my mom. They were helpful to her if she needed anything or needed direction. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The place did not smell like an "old folks" facility. It was cheery and nice. I would use them again if I needed to. My mom enjoyed the food as well.

We had a wonderful tour of Elegance at Lake Worth Senior Living. [name removed], the Marketing and Sales Associate, was knowledgeable, welcoming, and provided a detailed tour of the community. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, and every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile. We were also impressed that they offer vegan and vegetarian dining options, along with flexible dining hours that allow residents to eat at their convenience. Overall, we left with a very positive impression and feel this community would be a wonderful place for a loved one.

All the staff I have encountered have been extremely kind and supportive. Overall, a very positive experience considering all we are going through with mom's transition and declining health. Room is small, but we knew that moving in. The bathroom is on the larger side so that helps with maneuvering around

The overall experience has been good everything but her clothes keep coming up missing and I have to buy new ones. The staff are great working with the people and room sizes are good size.

We were met by [name removed] and found her to be very personable, and eager to assist us. She led us on a tour of the grounds and facilities and was very familiar with the complete day to day operations of the Plantation. She was able to answer all our questions and more. We were completely satisfied and impressed with not only [name removed] but the appearance and atmosphere of St Augustine. The complete experience was positive in every way.

The staff is great, very friendly and caring. The facility is always clean, and there are no smells. They offer a lot of activities and entertainment. My mom is happy there! She says this is a nice place. The rooms are great! Nice size with a small kitchen area with a little window out to the hallway. It feels like home. Big windows for natural light and a private full bathroom.

The way you have handled [name removed] it has really helped me out. How clean the place is. And friendly everybody is it makes you feel like your home.

We recently moved our 92 year old Mom to Symphony after a hospitalization that rendered her more vulnerable to living on her own as she had been. My brother and I looked at several assisted living facilities before deciding on Symphony and I’m relieved and happy to report that we made the right decision. Symphony has been so responsive to my Mom’s needs. There is considerable communication with the family especially in the first few weeks. They were prompt to address any concerns and alter my Mom’s care plan as needed. The most important thing is that our Mother is totally happy ! She loves the activities and is constantly involved in something. In fact, it’s hard to reach her on the phone!! She told me we made the right choice for her and that’s so reassuring to hear . The staff has been wonderful from the top down. [name removed] [name removed]& [name removed] eased our transition , the aides are attentive and [name removed] is great. The entire staff is committed to creating a wonderful environment for Mom

[name removed] was wonderful and very informative. The facility was great. They had plenty of features and options for the residents. The apartments were very nice. I wish I was older so I could stay there.

Great communication from staff, not just during admissions process, but even now (as Mom is a resident), they give us daily updates and offer advice and support. They individualize her care. We have experience in both their AL and Memory facilities- and at both- it is evident the entire staff know their residents very well. And they are kind and patient and receptive. We could not be more impressed with the Director and her team!
