We have been very pleased with the experience at Elegance of Lake Worth. The staff has been very patient with us as we ease our Mom into her new routine. Everything is working out very well. Word of mouth is very good as well, went we mention Elegance at Lake Worth everyone says the same, they hear the place is great. We wholeheartedly agree!!

The team at Symphony really cares about their residents. We have been so happy with the level care from the nursing team, the Director, the physical therapist and support systems. They have worked with our family to ensure that our family members receives the proper care then need to keep them healthy and safe while providing additional activities for socialization and a top notch physical therapy team. We would highly recommend Symphony at Valley Farms.

The facility is beautiful. You feel like you are in a hotel or apartment building rather than a medical place. My dad enjoys the musical entertainment. Dad is well cared for.

We moved my Mom in recently to Elegance and we are so happy. Carly really made the process simple and smooth, we weren't familiar with this process, and she offered so much guidance and comfort. We had toured a few places locally and in our experience none of the other communities we saw gave us the same support and peace of mind that she and Elegance had given. The staff are all on the same page and the management team has been outstanding. We are grateful my Mom is in a community we trust and know she will be cared for.

The facility staff in memory care and the sales liaison could not have been better or more reassuring. The facility is clean and safe for my aunt. [name removed] was excellent and made things easy. Looked at many facilities but felt Tranquility was best all around choice.

We moved my mom in 2 weeks ago. The staff has been wonderful! Everyone treats my mom so nicely...as if she were their mom or aunt. I am so glad we found Woodholme and would recommend this facility to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved ones!

The facility is always spotless my mother is always very presentable enjoys being there and the staff is friendly and quality of care exceeds our expectations. She has "shared unit with a shared entrance hall and bathroom and private bedroom. The bedroom is a good size plenty of closet space she has a small desk/makeup area. Her room is always spotless too. She is in memory care they seem to keep everyone busy with different events crafts etc and will take them out for ice cream and other short trips occasionally.

The facility is very nice. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. [name removed] (Administrator) does an excellent job. She goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home.

The staff is very caring and the community is always clean. There are plenty of activities to do, entertainers several times a week as well as all the usual stuff like bingo and exercise classes. They do it up for all the holidays and birthdays. It’s a really nice place.

We have been satisfied with the care, food, and communication with the staff. Always a lot going on to get involved with and encouragement from the staff. It’s clean and modern and has a nice feel of being at home.

My parents recently transitioned to Symphony at Delray. Overall, our experience has been positive. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they provide the necessary hands-on help with my parents (specifically my Mom) daily living. The facility itself is clean and modern. We really like the layout of the apartment. My parents particularly enjoy their meals and some activities. So far the communication with the staff is good. And, my parents feel safe and cared for, and it has improved their quality of life because of the routine and personal care. I would recommend this facility for families looking for assisted living.

I toured a lot of communities in the Delray area and Symphony was by far the warmest and brightest community. They have laminate flooring throughout the hallways which made it smell much better than some of the newer communities that already have soiled carpets. The apartments are nicely laid out and modern. There were people in the bistro mingling and out on the courtyard since it was a cool day when I toured. Ultimately mom will will stay up north, but I would recommend this community to anyone in Delray.

The only thing she's not liking, is the food they serve. It looked like a smaller version of her patio home. Everyone there was really nice and residents were friendly. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

I am an Assistant Principal at a local elementary school, I have had the absolute pleasure of getting to know the staff and residents at Elegance at Lake Worth. Over the past few years, they have generously held annual school supply drives, making an enormous impact on our students' lives with the donations they have collected. Elegance at Lake Worth’s commitment to giving back is something we will always be grateful for and never forget. It demonstrates their deep care for the broader community, all while providing their residents with exceptional care and attention every day. It’s truly heartwarming to see this level of support, and they will always hold a very special place with us. I would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking a compassionate and caring senior living community.

I will tell you many places in the area offer the same things but the biggest difference in a community is the staff and management that run it day in and day out. I cannot think of another place that offers what this place does at the Caliber they do. They deserve all the recognition in the world. Truely great people and beautiful community. Would recommend repeatedly.

Tranquility has been a wonderful community for my mother. She loves the food and staff and tells me how they are like her extended family. The outings and activities keeps her social calendar very full. I am so relieved that she is in a safe place that she loves. Thank you to all the staff!!

My Mom moved into Symphony at Mentor in late August ‘24. From the start, every single person working there has been kind, caring and compassionate. The facility is welcoming and the rooms are spacious. You can decorate as your loved one pleases, bringing keepsakes from home to help them feel more secure. The nurses are excellent and the aides are so patient and understanding with the needs of each resident. Family is encouraged to be a partner in the care of their loved one, and work with the staff to make the transition to the facility as worry-free and easy as possible for their loved one. A move to Memory Care is so difficult for both the resident and the family, but the support my Mom has received has been tremendous. Support for family members is also a priority at Symphony, and has been of great help for me. I feel very fortunate that we found Symphony, with the help of A Place For Mom. My Mom is safe and well cared for. That’s my number one priority.

All of the staff works together to get things done. They are all very helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Symphony at Olmstead Falls to others looking.

The staff was nice, my mom seemed to like everyone who cared for her. My mom seem to enjoy bingo, she didn't really participate in much else, she was not physically active. I don't really know what else they offered. How could they improve on the food? I'm not sure, she only seemed to enjoy eating the salads.

It is very clean at Atrium. There is beautiful art and furnishings - it's like liking at a resort. The staff are friendly and there are a lot of activities.
