I am an Assistant Principal at a local elementary school, I have had the absolute pleasure of getting to know the staff and residents at Elegance at Lake Worth. Over the past few years, they have generously held annual school supply drives, making an enormous impact on our students' lives with the donations they have collected. Elegance at Lake Worth’s commitment to giving back is something we will always be grateful for and never forget. It demonstrates their deep care for the broader community, all while providing their residents with exceptional care and attention every day. It’s truly heartwarming to see this level of support, and they will always hold a very special place with us. I would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking a compassionate and caring senior living community.

I will tell you many places in the area offer the same things but the biggest difference in a community is the staff and management that run it day in and day out. I cannot think of another place that offers what this place does at the Caliber they do. They deserve all the recognition in the world. Truely great people and beautiful community. Would recommend repeatedly.

My Mom moved into Symphony at Mentor in late August ‘24. From the start, every single person working there has been kind, caring and compassionate. The facility is welcoming and the rooms are spacious. You can decorate as your loved one pleases, bringing keepsakes from home to help them feel more secure. The nurses are excellent and the aides are so patient and understanding with the needs of each resident. Family is encouraged to be a partner in the care of their loved one, and work with the staff to make the transition to the facility as worry-free and easy as possible for their loved one. A move to Memory Care is so difficult for both the resident and the family, but the support my Mom has received has been tremendous. Support for family members is also a priority at Symphony, and has been of great help for me. I feel very fortunate that we found Symphony, with the help of A Place For Mom. My Mom is safe and well cared for. That’s my number one priority.

All of the staff works together to get things done. They are all very helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Symphony at Olmstead Falls to others looking.

It is very clean at Atrium. There is beautiful art and furnishings - it's like liking at a resort. The staff are friendly and there are a lot of activities.

We were very excited to have found such a wonderful place. Mom just loves it there. This is a very caring place. The staff has always been courteous and caring. Mom has made many friends there. We don’t know if we would’ve found this facility without Help from your organization.

Excellent. My mom will be returning once she sells her house. We picked this community because of the Size - small, didn't seem like an institution. Clean, no nursing home smell. Other residents liked it. Close to my house so I can go often.

They were by far the most responsive and the least pushy of all the facilities we checked on. When we walked in, everything smelled fresh and clean, not like a nursing home. Biggest reason we chose them however, is that [name removed] felt comfortable as soon as he walked in.

I just want to publicly thank [name removed] , the Executive Director, for all the timely updates she shares with residents' family members, both during challenging times (like pending hurricanes!) and in general. My sister and I are so pleased with our decision to trust our mom's care to the staff at St. Augustine Plantation. It takes an entire team to make things go smoothly on "normal" days and, as importantly, to deal with unexpected and unwanted events that occur. We are very appreciative of each department and every individual who work together daily to provide a terrific experience for our mom and for us. We rest easier at night, knowing how well she's cared for. As my mom says to anyone out there who will listen, "You're very good at your job!"

A great community. Very friendly and genuinely concerned about everyone of their family (residence and staff). They keep the residence engaged.

I love this community, staff is amazing especially the front desk lady [name removed] and the Marketing Director [name removed],she is a treat, and so informational. Might 1 add the lead housekeeper. [name removed] makes sure my mothers room is spectacular everyday.

The community is so warm and inviting. The staff is the BEST! The whole team of directions are knowledgeable and so helpful.

The Staff communicates very well regarding my dad's care and issues. Room size is very good. Amenities are fine.

My mom moved into Symphony a little over a week ago and it has been a smooth transition for her. The dining room staff is incredible! My mom says the nursing staff have all been lovely and so caring! [name removed](sales) and [name removed](director) have gone above and beyond for us. They are always available for any little question that I have had. The entire staff made us feel welcome the second that we walked in. We couldn't be happier with our decision!

I am a local musician, I travel to a lot of Assisted Living communities in the area and have been to many of them for years performing. When it came time to move my Dad to a community the only one I knew he’d be taken care of and would enjoy and that we would feel comfortable with is this one. I have had the pleasure of getting know the Residents and Staff and they really stand above them all. The Sales Ladies were exceptional and continue to ensure residents are happy long after moving in and the rest of their team is remarkable. I would recommend.

I would highly recommend it based on positive experiences with my Dad. The place is cozy but also has plenty going on to keep residents feeling engaged. Staff is pleasant and attentive, and the food is well planned with varied selections. We couldn't be happier with St Augustine Plantation!

I receive excellent care. The staff is friendly and helpful. All the rooms are clean and the grounds are lovely. The food is just okay—although the place goes all out for special occasions such as Easter and Mother’s Day. All in all, I highly recommend the Elegance at Lake Worth.

This place has been a blessing for my family and I. We have 2 loved ones in the community and if anyone else is in need of a senior living I would recommend them over and over again. I can’t say enough about the dedicated staff and their love for their residents. If you are in need of Senior living and want a place where your loved one or yourself will be genuinely cared for then you don’t need to look anywhere else. They truly have something special. One of my loved ones that lives here has never been a particularly easy person to please so it’s a big sign to us when she says she’s happy and has no complaints and she’s been there well over a year!

I moved my grandmother into Elegance Of Lake Worth several months ago. Our experience has been flawless. They staff is wonderful. The place is always clean and the residents are treated so kindly. Thank you

My mom lived at (Elegance) at Lake Worth. This is one of the best assisted-living facility. I toured many places, but when I came here, I felt this would work very good for my mother. Everybody was warm and friendly. The staff treated her with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, my mother passed away recently, but I cannot make enough recommendations to families to tour this facility, and hopefully choose it as the one for their loved one.
