I will tell you many places in the area offer the same things but the biggest difference in a community is the staff and management that run it day in and day out. I cannot think of another place that offers what this place does at the Caliber they do. They deserve all the recognition in the world. Truely great people and beautiful community. Would recommend repeatedly.

Very clean and well organized assisted living. I am very impressed with everything I saw and very happy with the quality of care my mom is receiving. knowing that she is in good hands with the staff here has been a great comfort to me!

Beautiful building, warm greeting when you come in. Very clean, whatever they were cooking smelled very yummy. The rooms are arranged comfortably and easy to manage. Many activities to do as there is a calendar of events displayed for your choosing. Safety precautions are in place and the staff are attentive and accommodating. Feel very comfortable knowing my family member is having all of her needs met with care.

Lovely community, happy, loving and cared for folks! I’m a friend of a resident who lives in the community. Each time I visit everyone seems so happy and content. The staff smile at me when I walk past them and there is always something to do when it comes to activities!

Tranquility has been a wonderful community for my mother. She loves the food and staff and tells me how they are like her extended family. The outings and activities keeps her social calendar very full. I am so relieved that she is in a safe place that she loves. Thank you to all the staff!!

My Mom moved into Symphony at Mentor in late August ‘24. From the start, every single person working there has been kind, caring and compassionate. The facility is welcoming and the rooms are spacious. You can decorate as your loved one pleases, bringing keepsakes from home to help them feel more secure. The nurses are excellent and the aides are so patient and understanding with the needs of each resident. Family is encouraged to be a partner in the care of their loved one, and work with the staff to make the transition to the facility as worry-free and easy as possible for their loved one. A move to Memory Care is so difficult for both the resident and the family, but the support my Mom has received has been tremendous. Support for family members is also a priority at Symphony, and has been of great help for me. I feel very fortunate that we found Symphony, with the help of A Place For Mom. My Mom is safe and well cared for. That’s my number one priority.

So happy I chose Anchor Bay for my Mom. After visiting her I feel at ease knowing she is receiving excellent care. Everyone I have been in contact with have been so helpful. I know I made the right decision choosing this Assisted Living facility for my Mom’s new home!

All of the staff works together to get things done. They are all very helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Symphony at Olmstead Falls to others looking.

The staff was nice, my mom seemed to like everyone who cared for her. My mom seem to enjoy bingo, she didn't really participate in much else, she was not physically active. I don't really know what else they offered. How could they improve on the food? I'm not sure, she only seemed to enjoy eating the salads.

It is very clean at Atrium. There is beautiful art and furnishings - it's like liking at a resort. The staff are friendly and there are a lot of activities.

5 all the staff were supportive the cost was reasonable, even though they had a nursing home attached to the assisted living I was never pressured to send Mom to the SNF. Mom had hospice so she was able to stay in her own room the whole time. Mom liked the meals, and she participated in several activities. So over all I felt the facility of a 5 in all categories.

The staff truly cares about the residents. The communication from Curry House at all levels is excellent. Mom adjusted to being in the memory care side in just a day or 2, which is amazing considering that we moved her 350 miles away from where she was for about 5 years prior. Both the assisted living and memory care sides of the facility have court yards that they can go outside and enjoy nice days, do gardening if they like, and socialize.

We were very excited to have found such a wonderful place. Mom just loves it there. This is a very caring place. The staff has always been courteous and caring. Mom has made many friends there. We don’t know if we would’ve found this facility without Help from your organization.

Excellent. My mom will be returning once she sells her house. We picked this community because of the Size - small, didn't seem like an institution. Clean, no nursing home smell. Other residents liked it. Close to my house so I can go often.

They were by far the most responsive and the least pushy of all the facilities we checked on. When we walked in, everything smelled fresh and clean, not like a nursing home. Biggest reason we chose them however, is that [name removed] felt comfortable as soon as he walked in.

I just want to publicly thank [name removed] , the Executive Director, for all the timely updates she shares with residents' family members, both during challenging times (like pending hurricanes!) and in general. My sister and I are so pleased with our decision to trust our mom's care to the staff at St. Augustine Plantation. It takes an entire team to make things go smoothly on "normal" days and, as importantly, to deal with unexpected and unwanted events that occur. We are very appreciative of each department and every individual who work together daily to provide a terrific experience for our mom and for us. We rest easier at night, knowing how well she's cared for. As my mom says to anyone out there who will listen, "You're very good at your job!"

A great community. Very friendly and genuinely concerned about everyone of their family (residence and staff). They keep the residence engaged.

I love this community, staff is amazing especially the front desk lady [name removed] and the Marketing Director [name removed],she is a treat, and so informational. Might 1 add the lead housekeeper. [name removed] makes sure my mothers room is spectacular everyday.

The community is so warm and inviting. The staff is the BEST! The whole team of directions are knowledgeable and so helpful.

The Staff communicates very well regarding my dad's care and issues. Room size is very good. Amenities are fine.
