Everyone is so helpful and friendly. All aides are very attentive. It was the kitchen that was our deciding factor - mom felt that with a separate kitchen area in the studio the apartment felt more like home.

My Mother has Alzheimer’s and was no longer able to live alone. When I started looking for a Memory Care for her I was not impressed by the communities I visited UNTIL I toured Elegance Lake Worth. They were the only community to ask about my Moms life and what’s important for her, all the others seemed to only care about money and some didn’t even ask what her name was. Elegance went above and beyond to help and also make sure they were the right fit for Mom. They stay true to everything you are told during the tour and after Mom moved in they have gone beyond what I was expecting. I have full confidence and comfort knowing she’s taken care of. My mom has regained life back with them, she’s been dancing, singing and takes part in all their programs. We are very Happy with this community!

This community is clean and inviting. The employees are trained well and are very professional. They have done fantastic creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and give top tier care and customer service. I feel very confident in putting my name behind recommending this beautiful community.

We loved this community. It was nearby to us which was one thing I really loved. We did have one issue of clothes getting lost, but it was no big deal.

This is a wonderful facility! The staff tries very hard to work with all of the residents and make sure they are happy. It's bright and warm from the minute you walk in. I would recommend this facility to any family in need of placement for a loved one

I can't say enough about how great The Symphony of Delray Beach is... The entire move in process was informative and smooth as they guided us through the settling mom and dad into what is their home. The staff makes sure each day is filled with activities, support, home health, therapy services and great food. This wasn't the first assisted living that we have had experience with but after what we have seen over the last 6 months it looks like this is the assisted living that we will never leave.

My mom has lived at Symphony for about a year and she is living life to her fullest. They give her meals in a beautiful dining room. She gets her laundry done for her. It makes life easier for her so she can enjoy the activities. They have exercise, bingo, happy hour, and lots of themed events. The staff is very friendly, everyone from the front desk to the director. It’s always clean and bright. We have peace of mind knowing she has her basic needs met while also socializing.

I have had a great experience with Anchor Bay My dad is very happy there, his accommodations are so nice. There is plenty of activities. I guess the only complaint my dad has is that when he first went in the food was so good, but I guess they got a new chef so the food is not the same. All the employees are so nice and very accommodating. I would recommend the facility to anyone

All are 5s except for Care Services which would be a 3. Mostly that is based on poor communication. Their day to day staff should have more training on de-escalation and a better system of communicating to each other and to families.

I stopped by Anchor Bay at Pocasset for some information and enjoyed the visit. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. The people there looked happy and were having lunch at the time. I will choose Anchor Bay when my family is ready for the move.

Nice facility, clean spaces, and friendly staff. They have activities for the residents to do. Apartments are comfortable and affordable. I would recommend to other families looking for places for their loved ones.

The community is beautiful, well maintained and has a very positive feel. Staff are nice and attentive and residents are cared for and happy. I have been at this community for many years and I enjoy each day.

Elegance is a beautiful community with such friendly staff. The moment you walk in, you see smiling faces and such a warm homey feeling! I just knew this was the right place for my Mom. Will always recommend!

My Mother lives in the Memory Care and we are happy we found a place we can trust to take care of her. We did tour quite a few places when making the decision to move my Mom but this community stood above all the places we visited and they have kept up that feeling even after we moved her in. I am happy knowing mom is happy and taken care of everyday and I’m also happy knowing I found a place that treats my mother as their own.

We moved a loved one into this community in 2023 and could not be more happy with the decision. The Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and very caring. Residents are happy and enjoy each day. We wanted a place that gave us piece of mind and comfort and Elegance Lake Worth goes above and beyond any expectation we had. HIGHLY Recommend!

This place is amazing! They are the most caring group of people, ALL of them. Everyone cares about each resident. Mom was 93 when she arrived at Valley Farms. She was there 18 months. Part of that time she lived in the memory care unit. The patience and understanding the staff showed was consistently good. Mom didn't just sit in her room. She was surrounded by other residences in the same condition. The health care was exceptional. Nurses always listened and responded to my concerns. I was always called if there were any concerns. The physical therapist were another wonderful group of professionals in the building. Such dedication to their patients. And during holidays, the schedule goes on. It's not like a ghost town. Regular staff members work on holidays too. They have holidays, birthdays, any other special celebrations all the time. A huge movie theater and beauty shop on site. I really don't know if a better place my mom could have been.

I toured this community for my parents. They had a singer and happy hour while I was there and the residents looked happy and well cared for. The location right off Atlantic avenue is very convenient for close proximity to Delray doctors and the hospital. The apartments were large and modern and the hallways wide and bright. It’s meticulously clean. I don’t know if my parents will agree to leave their home, but if they do we will likely move them to Symphony.

Symphony is a wonderful place. Not only is the property itself beautiful and impeccibly maintained, but the staff always goes above and beyond to keep the residents involved and happy. The dining room staff is hard working and the food is delicious. The leadership team is always available and they return communications in a timely manner. We could not be more pleased with our overall experience at Symphony!

The transition for my Mom to Anchor Bay's memory care unit was so much easier than expected. The staff and administration have been very helpful in guiding us through this life changing event. They couldn't have made it any easier. The rooms are very nice. They have many activities to keep the residents invested. I would highly recommend Anchor Bay for your loved ones.
