What really stood out to us in the beginning stages was just the look of the community and how open it was. I am from out of state, but I do know the cleanliness of the community was excellent. Our loved one not only enjoyed his stay there but also really enjoyed the meals.

I absolutely loved Brentwood St. Petersburg. I would have loved for my mother to be there. The rooms were wonderful. It was like being at a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. My other family members overruled me though, since it was a much longer drive for them.

This facility was beautiful, hurricane prepared and very equipped to handle the care with which we are looking for. The rooms very spacious and there was a lot of activities. But again no pool.

We chose Symphony Square because they were one of the highest rated facilities for dementia residents and they keep them safe and busy. The room sizes are perfect for her, she has a 1 bedroom apartment. They just started activities up again after covid and are doing great at keeping her busy. She loves the food, they are chef prepared meals. The location is very nice, not too far from the city. and I would recommend them t others who are looking.

My experience with my mom at Symphony Square was beyond wonderful. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff from the activities, dining, reception as well as the nursing/care services was exceptional. Everyone made my mom feel comfortable and right at home as well as myself as I visited often. The facility is kept immaculate at all times and it is evident that the maintenance crew takes pride in doing so. I highly recommend Symphony Square if you are considering it for your loved one. It will be the best decision you will make for them as well as for you.

My mother has been living at Symphony Square for just over 3 months. The pandemic has taken its emotional toll upon my mother, as it has for many seniors. After careful consideration and virtual tours of the many fine assisted living communities in the local area, she chose, and we heartily supported, her decision to move to Symphony Square. My mother has now been living at Symphony Square for just over 3 months.The entire staff has been working tirelessly to make this a safe and welcoming home. Due to everyone's efforts, Symphony Square has remained Covid free, a remarkable accomplishment, and one for which I am very grateful. Furthermore, Symphony Square was among the first assisted living communities to acquire and perform Covid vaccinations. Despite the challenges imposed by the pandemic, the staff has risen to face them with what I consider the 4 essential C's: compliance to mandated guidelines, common sense, compassion, and camaraderie.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Symphony Square. It is a special place for helping me to take care of my husband. A truly loving atmosphere to aid in his care. Theresa is the angel in my life.. She is a compassionate loving caregiver. She treats everyone like her family. I feel so lucky to have found SYmphony Square.

The staff members are wonderful, and we do know the offer activities but we are not sure if they are able to have them because of the pandemic. They have been keeping us well informed with everything regarding our loved ones health.

We have had an amazing experience with Symphony Square. They take great care of her, they do her hair and her nails here as well. The staff members here are awesome and they really care about my wife. They have been very good with communication and have been great at keeping their residents safe. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

We chose Symphony at Delray Beach because it was recommended to us and it was the only one we were able to see before lock down. He was very unhappy at his previous facility and just wanted to move in. The sales manager was very friendly and helpful and made the transition easier. It is hard right now with COVID to get in touch with the nurses, but the staff members have overall been friendly. He said the food is great here and he loves his room. There is no carpet in his room and it is fairly new so the bathrooms are large, they are wheelchair accessible. The showers are walk in as well so there are no hazards there. I would recommend to others looking.

Symphony at Mentor treats all the residents like family. The staff doesn't look at it as a job, they look at as caring for a family member. Tracy the Director of Nursing goes above and beyond for the staff and the residents.

This community's rooms are very nice and the food is excellent, and they have a great variety. They paid attention to everyone's eating habits. It's smaller and residence gett more attention. I would definitely recommend this community.

Having been around various Assisted facilities for years, I have to say, that the Atrium is at the pinnacle of excellence. The staff is warm and inviting, the facilities are beautiful, and full of rich decor and majestic scenery through the windows overlooking Lake Hamilton. The New Administrator ([name removed]) has faced numerous challenges that she's met head on and exceeded in her management style. She personally is dealing with personnel and family issues alike, while delivering wonderful care for the residents in this ongoing pandemic. [names removed] are just a few names and faces you'll see everyday, and each of them take their respective roles in the team seriously. As a collective group, they are turning the Atrium around. Amenities are nice, but without a caring staff for the residents, the facility would fall back into problems of the past. I sure hope they stay, because they all are as beautiful as the facility, and make it a place we can visit our family member(s), and know that we can rest at night with such a stellar team watching over them. In short they are Outstanding and when the pandemic changes course, it will be the 'go-to' place for year round fun and socializing for all of us. It really is a place for mom!!!! :)

A heartfelt “Thank you” to the staff. I am so happy that we chose Symphony at Mentor as my aunt’s home. Her dementia requires a residential placement for her and I feel certain that she is happy living at Symphony. My aunt has been a resident for 2years and I am often there for visits and events (before Covid restrictions). I see wonderful care, genuine interest and happy faces during my visits. [name removed] does a great job of working in recreational/social activities while coping with the many restrictions Covid has created. [name removed] is always warm and supportive in any situation between us about health and happiness concerns for my aunt as well. [name removed] is a friendly and pleasant voice on the phone whenever I call Symphony. All the staff I’ve meet have been pleasant and outgoing during my visits. I recommend Symphony at Mentor as a comforting and activity focused home for anyone needing dementia care.

We chose this community because it was bright and open and cheerful! It did not feel like a nursing home, it felt like an apartment away from home. The people there were also warm and welcoming. He walked in and knew right away that this was the place he wanted to be after touring many other places. The room sizes are perfect, they were bigger than what he had in his condo that he left. He loved the variety of the food. He loved the activities as well. Our favorite part about this community was the atmosphere, location, and security. They provided residents with a pendant to wear around their neck so if he needed help they knew right where he was so they could go check on him. The facility is technologically advanced.

I would have rated them higher than 5 if I could. I have already recommended them to others. They do good work. My mom is happy there. The food is delicious. The layout is very good. My mom has a nice large room.

It is a great place. They are doing a good job during pandemic keeping my mom safe. Highly recommend it for people that have dementia. Staff is good. They have a nice Facebook page. Food is delicious, when I can visit I like to go during lunch or dinner to share a meal with my mom. Location is great. They have a nice indoor courtyard.

We absolutley loved Symphoney at Valley Farms in Louisville, KY. They were exceptional in every way. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and we would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a genuine loving & caring environment.
