I like the friendliness of the staff, the happy hour entertainment, seasonal décor and transparency of staff when family member has a medical issue. They always call me if dad falls.

A lovely facility, more like a big house than a facility. Always clean, lively furnishings and friendly, helpful staff. There are many levels of need per residents, so each one has a different experience. My Mom has found friends at her level.

Memory care is very friendly, caring and kind. Theresa is very nice and easy to work with.

Plenty of staff are always visible. Staff is friendly and capable. The staff seem to always have answers or will find answers if they don't know. They generally seem to be happy and eager to help.

Very clean, well structured and my Mom enjoys it there. I would recommend

It is really good, I would recommend it. The activities and staff are great. They are very helpful. Food is good, restaurant style. It is a very clean place.

The best experience my Mom loved it there. I loved the people, they treat you like family. Nurse [name removed] is absolutely amazing! [name removed]at the front desk is amazing as well. I wish they took Medicaid. If the did she would still be there.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. Someone will have the answer. Yes I would definitely recommend Symphony at valley farms. It is a great facility.

They were welcoming, kind and patient with my Mom. It was clean, the food was very good, they had lots of activities and some outings for the residents. They adjusted their care based on what my Mom needed daily, and were very receptive to my suggestions and concerns. The care was very good; they were attentive and comforting for my Mom. The cost was right in line with other facilities in the area. They cried with me when my Mom died, and I thought that was very sweet. They always asked how I was doing, also, and gave lots of hugs to me when I needed them. I highly recommend Symphony at Mentor. It would be the very first place I would consider, should I ever need help again.

From the moment my daughter walked into Elegance. We felt a sense of belonging. Everyone that works there makes you feel at home. The staff is loving and kind. We feel that our loved one is in a safe and caring home.

All 5 but my brother says food is over cooked and bland. The facility is not in a flood nor evacuation zone! My brother was safe during the hurricanes last year that destroyed much of Pinellas county

They have been wonderful. Overall it's been very welcoming and great. Caring staff, activities are everyday and they get them involved, food is delicious and always give them enough. My mom has thrived since she has been there

We are incredibly impressed with the facility and how well they take care of my aunt! We were very impressed with the size of the rooms, the food especially, and the amount of programming and events for residents. We went to over 15 places in our search. Most places serve frozen or precooked food, but Symphony has a chef and a changing menu. We also were impressed by the staff to resident ratios and the amount of resources available both from the community and with the medical and psychiatric team! We also thought the resident bunny, bringing in of service animals and the birds in the glass were a nice and unique touch. My aunt is very happy there, despite her progression.

There is nowhere in Tallahassee I would have rather had Mom go than St. Augustine Plantation after having had terrible experiences at two other assisted living centers. [name removed] ran the facility efficiently and took great personal interest in everyone there, including Mom, and she went the extra mile to meet her needs. Mom very much liked all of the nurses and staff. All the tenants we spoke to were very happy to be there. The building was very clean and safe. The food was exceptionally high quality. The very few concerns we had were addressed immediately. They had a great working relationship with Big Bend Hospice, so when it was time for Mom to go there it was a seamless transition. I do not hesitate to give my full endorsement and I would plead that anyone who has the opportunity to place their loved one in an assisted living facility to make St. Augustine Plantation their only choice. God bless [name removed] and all of her staff for making Mom’s last days as happy as possible.

The facility is warm and inviting. You are encouraged to express concerns and they are addressed in an efficient manner. Large rooms and bathrooms. Cleaned daily and beds made. Many activities offered that center around entertainment and memory care.

What the community could improve on would be better communication from nurses and doctors visiting mom. However, even thought I have not been there in a year, I would recommend this community to other families.

This community is well kept, there’s active and happy residents and they have proven to our family exactly why they were so highly recommended. We moved my father to the memory support, we were very emotional about this next chapter in our father’s life but when we met with [name removed], her guidance and reassurance during the tour process and even following move in has given us comfort knowing we’ve chosen the best place possible for Dad. The entire staff is incredible and has turned what we thought was a heartbreaking decision into a situation where our Dad is thriving and we couldn’t be happier. THANK YOU [names removed] AND THE REST OF THE ELEGANCE TEAM! I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful and loving community.

The aides are friendly and know the clients by name. They treat your family member like they are their family. I am only familiar with a one bedroom unit . The bedroom itself is huge, easily fitting a queen size bed, 2 night stands, dresser, and recliner. The other room is smaller with a microwave and dorm refrigerator provided. However there is room for a loveseat, and small kitchen table with 2 chairs. They have a beautician who comes once a week. There is access to a small exercise room with limited physical therapy available. And there is an activities director who offers group games, crafts etc.

I have been here since this past September it was a big event for me and made so easy by you. The staff here quickly learned my name and were so helpful to me. Much to my surprise staff help with the move in and later hung all my art work. They even made sure I am at home in the dinning room

The friendly staff and my mom feeling like she's at home. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
