My mother has been a resident of Anchor Bay in Riverside for over four years now. The staff is amazing and takes such wonderful care of her. I live out of state and I’m so grateful for everything they do for her every day.

9 months ago my Dad, sister and I had to make the hard decision to have my mom move to a memory care assisted living. It wasn’t sustainable or safe for her to live at home anymore. Anchor Bay East Providence came highly recommended to us and we were lucky a room opened up. From the moment we decided Anchor Bay was the ideal place for my Mom Sean provided us with such great support around the move and transition. It’s an overwhelming process. My Mom is living her best possible life surrounded by people who truly care about her safety and well being. [name removed] the Director, [name removed] the Head nurse and [name removed] the cna have all given us personalized support to ensure that my Mom is comfortable, having fun and making friends. We are so grateful. Anyone who has gone through this profess knows how heartbreaking it is to witness a loved one experience this disease. It is priceless for us to know that she is safe and well cared for and living in a beautiful space that feels like a home.

The residents seemed happy, facilities clean and residents have access to exercise equipment when they want. This is as much of a review as I want to write, really really really really really really .

My Stepmom resides at Anchor Bay in East Providence and she is very happy with everything about it. Lots of fun activitys and food is good. But most importantly, I can rest easy with no worries that she is in great hands. The staff is above wonderful and The rooms are very modern and spacious.

I would give all categories a 5. What we like the most about Symphony at Stuart is that it is just a really good and comfortable feeling knowing my mother was happy living there and seeing how friendly and caring the staff were.

I would give the facility a score of five in all of the either categories. What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and competence of the staff team. Yes, we would recommend Symphony Square to other families based on the experience

Nice clean place. People are friendly would recommend . For all your assistant needs i have talked to a lot of staff. Members and have great conversation with them. Answer your questions. They're always there for you.

My Father just moved in to Anchor Bay and [removed name] took care of our every need! He was so kind and supportive of my entire family. We have never had such a positive experience dealing with the health of our Father. The facility is clean and everyone is very pleasant making my Dad feel safe which we didn’t think was possible. The room is spacious and very clean. Big enough for a sizeable seating area and sleeping area. Many activities are near the dining room which allows new residents to see what is going on. Also like the each resident gets a copy of the daily activities the night before. Staff is friendly and organized.

Reputation and close to home is why I chose them. I would recommend to others.

I like the friendliness of the staff, the happy hour entertainment, seasonal décor and transparency of staff when family member has a medical issue. They always call me if dad falls.

A lovely facility, more like a big house than a facility. Always clean, lively furnishings and friendly, helpful staff. There are many levels of need per residents, so each one has a different experience. My Mom has found friends at her level.

They are pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Like a big family, they are engaging and go out of their way to provide solutions. The staff provides and promotes a friendly caring atmosphere encouraging residents to participate in their community activities.

Memory care is very friendly, caring and kind. Theresa is very nice and easy to work with.
