Ciel Senior Living

Availability has been a positive part of the experience. The staff is friendly, and the apartment size is excellent. Our apartment needed some renovation, but we pointed out the issues and they fixed everything. I would recommend the community to others.

My husband and I moved into our apartment a year and a half ago and say each day we made the right decision. Even at 81 and 85, we are still physically and mentally active,. There’s more time and freedom to do what we want to do - cycle, hike, paint, read with lots of discussions - and not have to cook, clean, or worry about yard and house upkeep. The staff on all levels is friendly, capable, compassionate, and helpful. Ciel’s South Boulder location couldn’t be better. A full shopping center is across the street and we can walk to and take buses throughout the area, including to Denver and the airport. We decided early to move and take full advantage of independent living at its best.

My mom has lived at Ciel for the past year and she loves it there. The food is great and the friends she's made has brought so much joy to her life. And the courtyard out back is breathtaking with amazing views of the Flatirons.

Ciel is awesome! Everyone’s so friendly and competent and very inviting! We feel our dad is safe and cared for!!

Had a very good visit. was greeted by a person looking out for me; I did not have to go hunting for the guide. Very impressed with the facilities. They have spacious indoor accommodations and an area outside.

[name removed] was very informative, a great help in starting this process. There were residents talking and laughing in the common area. Staff greeted everyone by name as we walked around. Residents seemed happy. The facility had a very homey feel.

5 out of 5! Staff is very attentive. [name removed] and her team have been very helpful managing appointments and medical needs. The food is very good. My aunt loved picking from the menu of options. She loves Bingo and some of the other activities available.

Staff is quite good at taking care of patients. Food seems to be good although I have rarely eaten it. They have lots of events for family to visit. Place seems pretty clean. No smells. Rooms are likely hotel room size. They try to have activities for patients. Singers, bongo. I haven't seen anything wrong.

A few comments about Ciel of Applewood - The senior staff is outstanding and with long tenures. The housekeeping and kitchen staff are more fluid as is typical in such communities Can not speak of care personally but what I have observed is caring and concern on part of staff There are many and varied activities which are well attended by residents Food is plentiful and of medium quality . I would say better than most communities The dining hours are flexible and to go is [Name Removed]. Transportation is an issue of venue days times and flexibility Maintenance and cleanliness are excellent with 3 full time handy men There are 3 elevators!! The residents are warm friendly and with few exceptions seem happy and long term Rooms are comfortable size with lots of storage and full kitchen

We were very impressed so much so that we are going to live there. They were the only assisted living facility that we looked into that had a nurse on duty 24/7. That was very important to us. It also had nice little apartments that suited our needs. Overall, a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. The dining hall was open 7 to 7. No assigned seating or time. Thank you for sending us there.

Everything is a 5 except the speed at which the food is served. That brings the rating down. We love our room, we love the rainforest, we love the activities, the food is delicious. The pool and the hot tub are great.

What stood out the most about the community was the friendly, caring staff and the size of the facility, which felt comfortable and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Huntington Place, a Ciel Senior Living Community, to anyone looking for a supportive and well-maintained senior living community.

I would give it five across-the-board. My dad would ding them on food because he likes regular meat and potatoes, dishes, and they have a broader variety. My dad does not cook so I am very grateful for the two meals a day. It is a very nice community. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming to my dad. Their activities and exercise program programs look great, but he has not participated yet.

Very professional staff, from the front desk to the care in the dementia unit l feel they go beyond their duty they really do make the unit comfortable for the patients. I give them a five stars. I only see room for improvement in you do need a man on staff because some patients are too heavy for a woman to lift even if they’re two.

I've been here for nearly two years. It now feels like home. The dining is very good and the serving staff are very friendly. The activities are comprehensive and the community of seniors is interesting and supportive.

The facility is wonderful, and [name removed] was great. My sister and I hope that our mother makes the choice to reside at the Ciel when she relocates to New York.

Great community with friendly residents, wonderful staff, and amazing food! There are always so many fun and engaging activities going on throughout the day. Would highly recommend this community to all.

It has a very pleasant atmosphere. And the food is very good. I like that there are lots of activities for my mom to do to keep her stimulated and active.

Everybody there is super nice- the building is in perfect condition and so well maintained, move-in went super smoothly and there's lots of nice events

The facility was amazing. Are tour guide was incredibly informational. We are disappointed that my father is not a good fit for their community.
