Our family is very pleased with the quality of services and programming. The staff shows a very caring interest in addressing the residence's needs. The facility is well maintained and clean. We looked at several other Providers but we are glad we selected Washington five star for our mother.

This is such a beautiful community and the staff is caring and close to my parent as if they were our actual family member. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

The facility is beautiful. Brand new, high end amenities. Daily schedule full of things to do. Welcoming and friendly staff. They knew all of our names by the second day. They are also all very accessible if we have questions or feedback. Residents are very nice too. Food quality is excellent.

I moved my mother here over 6 months ago and it has been the best decision. The facility is clean, the staff is wonderful, and my mother is well taken care of. I can't say enough great things about this place!

HearthStone is a beautiful assisted living/memory care facility. My sister and I found ourselves in desperate situation to find a memory care facility for our mother after a nursing facility in St. Cloud transferred our mother two hours away without our permission. We made a call to [name removed] and she was able to evaluate mom the same day. Five days later mom was in her amazing room at HearthStone with such loving care from the nurses and CNA's. A very stressful situation for my sister and myself was made easier because of [name removed] and the staff at HearthStone. Although it will take my mom an adjustment period, I know she is safe and cared for by the staff at HearthStone. Shoutout to [names removed]. You made this transition so smooth and calming. I look forward to my visits with mom. THANK YOU!!

The food is always great; it sometimes takes a long time coming out when the dining room is busy. They occasionally seem understaffed. Activities seem adequate from what I've seen. My mother does not participate much so it's hard to know firsthand. The activities director and other staff are all super friendly and helpful when I am there. Any maintenance issues that have come up are noted and addressed.

Everyone out there takes pride in their job. I would recommend Ciel to anyone who is looking for a good place to put someone. They get a 5 from me.

My father-in-law really wasn't suited for assisted living. He was high care. They really weren't equipped for him. He needed more care. I rated it a 5 based on what I saw for those residents who just need assistance and are able to ask for what they need. It was clean and they did offer activities and excursions that unfortunately he couldn't take part in.

Everything would received 5 stars except for the food, I'd say 4+ but that may be due to our loved ones dental issues. The dining staff does try very hard to accommodate everyone, and the few meals I ate with our loved one were good.

Since I've only been here a month it's a new experience every day. The people here are very friendly (we have a few grouches but that happens everywhere). There's a lot to do if you choose to, and management appears to be concerned about each of us! I think I'll stay!!

We selected Ciel after visiting three other facilities in the area . Very impressed with the facility. Modern, well maintained, very clean. Seems well managed and organized. The staff has been helpful and responsive.

My dad has been there since [date removed], it has been great. The residence are engaged. Friendly and welcoming. Staff is responsive and genuine. Apartment sizes are very good. My dad has a two bedroom two bath with a galley kitchen and breakfast nook.

have had a really good experience with them. so far everything is really good. They are very helpful and extremely professional. They will direct you to whatever you need. Power of attorney, guardianship. I like thus facility because your loved one does not have to go to hospice if that is necessary. There is no uprooting your loved one. They have drs and basically everything you need.

Staff is very welcoming and AL activities are varied with frequent interesting outings.

Clean always, Quality of care, Friendly staff, good food, value for the money. Top five , but overall value was key, especially in today's world. Exceptional place, no worries or concerns for excellent care. Overall I would recommend them for the overall great place to be or be placed by a family member. I particularly liked the out door enclosed area.

Friendly, professional staff and an amazing facility. There is a very inviting breezeway as you enter the dining area where you'll enjoy delicious meals, and great options to help you create the perfect meal for you. Each unit seems to be tastefully decorated, while leaving enough for you to fulfill your creative impulses. Check this place out. It's conveniently located.

All 5"s . What we like the most about Ciel of Princeton is that it is beautiful, clean and the staff is great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

We had a great experience from day 1. I toured three properties in one day and really liked this one . I felt at home immediately and everyone I interacted with from staff to residents were just so nice. My mother loves her room, her new friends and the socialization she needed so badly- we found here. She is very happy here and that in-turn makes me feel like I made the right decision and makes my sister and I happy too
