They are very friendly and genuinely loving. I feel my parents are safe there and in good hands. My parents moved into Five Star earlier this year after searching through several places. I found the staff to be very welcoming, friendly and genuinely loving. I was really worried about my parents before they moved in but they are in very good hands now. I feel they are safe and I have a great relationship with the staff there as well as they help all of us navigate the realities of aging.

The facility is welcoming and fun. There is a daily calendar full of a variety of activities. The dining room is elegant and the food is delicious. The nurse's station is easily accessible and the nurses are friendly and cooperative. Admin is great too. Nothing is too much trouble and they want the residents to be happy and safe.

Everyone is so wonderful. I have seen the nursing director and head of dementia so often helping with the residents. Really great care. The fact that they have PT on site is a huge bonus. Very good communication with the staff.

When interviewing I spent a good amount of time just hanging around to get the vibe of the place. Staff were friendly and friendly with each other. Lots of laughter and positive energy. Most have worked there for many years (8-15). After Mom moved in that didn't change. The place was a little more money than I wanted to spend, but it's worth my peace of mind.

Very friendly, very attentive and very helpful. That place literally changed his outlook on life. He went from not wanting to be here to enjoying life again.

What we like the most about Bella Vista is that it is clean and the staff are very attentive. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

The head of maintenance is wonderful at his job. He is as well skilled and careful with his work and has pleasing manner as well. It would be wonderful for the tenant if he were given an apartment so he could be on site as needed. He agreed with the idea when I mentioned it.

So, my mom was not actually able to move in. Unfortunately, a few days prior to her being moved to your community, she went into the hospital and did not recover. However, I will say that I had with people as well as my research into other communities, I would give your community a five on every category except numbers four and five. Obviously, I cannot comment about those two because my mom did not ever stay there. I cannot say how appreciative I was of all the support that I received from the administrative staff. They were very flexible, very informative, and emotionally supportive, even though my mom was not even there.

We all know that bad news travels fast, but today, this is all good news. Six months ago, our family brought our next-door neighbor and dear friend, Uncle [name removed], to Five Star. It is infrequent that a name clearly describes precisely who you are. However, the name Five Star represents this complete service facility perfectly. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by a friendly hello from the receptionist and a sense that you could eat off the floor. Daily, Uncle [name removed] has been the grateful recipient of Director Tennant's top-down philosophy, which is filled with warmth, friendliness, highly competent staff at all levels of care, and great food, all couched in this lovely appointed facility. I would also be remiss if I did not mention all the daily and diverse programming available. Anyone who joins the Five Star family will be delighted.

My loved one currently lives at Huntington Place in their assisted living building. We enjoy coming for live music, events, gatherings and smiles. My mother is happy and has met a lot of new friends. Great place to live.

My family was searching for senior living for our grandparents and they enjoyed the Janesville location. We visited several places in the surrounding area and Huntington Place felt like the best fit. The people, residents and staff were very friendly. We interacted with residents and they had only great things about the community.

The community is a beautiful, well kept up, great people and staff. My grandmother lives there and we visit her every time we are in town. She has made lots of friends. She enjoys socializing, happy hour, bingo and more.

After visiting multiple locations for senior living. We came and visited Huntington Place. The director of sales was very nice, helpful, thorough on all information. He was very helpful to answer questions and take the time for our family. He followed up and always made our family feel welcomed. We did move our father into Huntington Place Independent living. He is very happy and independent.

We set up a tour for my mother to move back to WI. He wanted to be closer to family. We live very close to Huntington Place and drive by it daily. We took a tour and the building was well kept up, residents socializing/activities and staff around. We ended up moving our mom in less than a year ago and she absolutely loves it here.

The caregivers are incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. They take the time to get to know each resident personally, ensuring individualized care. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of everyone living here. My mother has had wonderful things to say since starting this process.

This senior living community provides excellent care, a friendly atmosphere, and plenty of activities to keep residents active and social. The staff is professional and caring, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. A great place for my dad to call home.
