Maintenance is very productive, efficient, hardworking and very dedicated to this community. We appreciate all of what they do for the building and the residents. We are very pleased with staff interacting with residents. Wonderful community.

We visited assisted living for my mother earlier this year. My mom was amazed by how my residents were interacting and laughing. Staff members were very nice and welcoming. The building was decorated and felt like home. My mom will be considering moving here in 2025. Thanks

We were very pleased to find Ciel for my brother in law. It is very warm and welcoming. It is cheerfully decorated and all of the fireplaces and areas throughout are decorated for each holiday. There are many opportunities to meet people and lots of activities. I wish my brother in law would take advantage of all that Ciel has to offer. He chooses to stay in his apartment. The entire staff is pleasant and warmly greets residents as well as visitors. [name removed] was amazing. She was honest and explained everything to us. We are very relieved and comfortable knowing he is well cared for. The hospice caregivers are also very supportive and friendly. They visit a few times weekly and spend time, not rushing out. Previous places were unhappy circumstances all the way around so we are grateful to have found Ciel. If I had to choose a downside, I would say he has only been there a few months and next month the prices increase by a lot. We expected an increase but were not expecting quite this much.

Huntington Place is an amazing, friendly, fun community. My mother has lived here for almost 2 years. She has made a lot of new friends. She is very happy and enjoys playing cards, coffee, decorating for holidays and more. The building is well kept up. She made a great choice.

The team at Huntington Place are very warm welcoming and helpful. It has a great atmosphere and lots of residents outside their apartment. My mom loves the food and desserts. She has made a great transition from her house to her new home. Our family is very thankful. We would highly recommend!

My family and I attended an event at Huntington Place with our loved one. The event was well planned and was a lot of fun. Staff members and residents were out and about. They had live music, food and games for all. The community was very well kept up. Thank you for the invite.

I moved my mother into Ciel at Plainfield this year and it had been excellent. The staff is amazing taking care of my mom. Everyone is so helpful and nice. The building is always clean and the residents seem to love it there. I was worried about leaving my mom in assisted living but every time I leave my mom after I visit, I feel good knowing she’s getting taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking to place their loved one into assisted living l.

Our family had to make a difficult decision quickly to place my husband in an assisted living facility. Having Alzheimer’s, he needed special care. We called Hearthstone and were immediately given excellent support and advice for how to navigate this process, even if we decided to bring him somewhere else. Once we toured the facility and met the staff, we knew this was the right place. They worked diligently to get him in fast. Not only is Hearthstone beautiful, clean and homey, the staff are amazing! We have been met with nothing but kindness and respect. My husband has been cared for as if he were family. We highly recommend Hearthstone!

My husband and I were going to move his aunt and uncle back to Illinois from Florida. My husband's uncle had already spoken to Ciel in Long Grove and wanted us to go tour the facility. We knew we wanted to move them to this facility the moment we walked in the front door, and our feelings were confirmed when we met with the Sales Counselor, the Executive Director, and eventually the Director of Resident Care. We had many, many roadblocks in trying to get our aunt and uncle here, and these women were with us every step of the way, going above and beyond. Unfortunately our aunt and uncle both passed away-one month apart-before we could bring them back home to Illinois. The respect and compassion with which we were treated during this time is unsurpassed. We were never treated as "clients", but always as "family". I cannot say enough good things about this facility, and I would definitely recommend Ciel of Long Grove to anyone who may be looking for an assisted living facility.

I would give 5's across the board, although my Mom is in independent living so hasn't been receiving care. We just started medication reminders and that has gone well so far. Staff seems really good about dealing with dementia; that is what decided for me. My only negative comment is that a few times her meals have taken about an hour to arrive from the kitchen. Dont know if that is by design, or because they are short staffed.

The concierge we're always extremely helpful when I needed directions anywhere. Always got any problem fixed in a timely manner. The food was always edible, but that would be a personal opinion. I have a one bedroom and it is adequate for my needs. The only thing lacking is a space for my desktop computer. I am now relegated to using a laptop.

I only had difficulty with one worker but it was addressed and my stay was very pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone who would be interested in a stay. In fact if I ever need to go to for another stay i would definitely apply again. Plenty of activities to do during the day.

What a warm and friendly home this is for my mom, it’s a place where she feels loved and cared for. My experience this week has been a positive one. The staff is friendly and loving, the facility is warm, inviting and clean and there are plenty of activities for her to be involved in. I ate with her several times and the food was very good. The servers were also great and knew my mom’s name and how to interact with her in a positive way. Thanks for being a home away from home for my mom!

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care and support my mother has received at Ciel. From the moment she arrived, it was clear that this community is dedicated to creating a nurturing and vibrant environment for its residents. The staff at Ciel truly go above and beyond. They are not only skilled and professional but also genuinely compassionate. Each member of the team—from the caregivers to the administrative staff—approaches their role with kindness and dedication. It's evident that they truly care about the well-being and happiness of each resident. I would like to give a shout out to [name remove] , the executive director who always goes above and beyond with getting back to us on questions or things we need. I also want to recognise [name removed], care giver. She is always right there to provide care quickly and [name removed]is also always right there when we need her. I would recomend this community based on staff, value and community overall.

It was a big step for Mom to decide to move from her own house to an ALF. Now after almost 6 months she can’t think of a place she would rather be. The apartment is cute and just the right size with an amazing walk in closet. She has a peaceful view out her windows where she and her cats enjoy watching the birds. When she is ready to see other people, she can go out her door and enjoy activities and meals with friends. She loves not cooking for herself and has enjoyed the food. It is not only delicious, but the staff know what she likes and look out for her. She has made great friends as they visit over their meals. The staff have been so cheerful and attentive. They make her feel valued and loved. They also come up with creative activists with live entertainment, crafts, and things to keep her moving. This is our first experience with an ALF and it has gone above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy to have Hearthstone close and such a great community for Mom.

The nevioroment is great, the community here is very close. All the staff here goes above and beyond. This new community is like a hidden gem, I am so excited to call this my new home. My sons come to visit here from tampa, and there is always something to do with them in the community!
