We have recently moved our father to Brookdale Meridian Westland and have nothing but positive things to say. We met [name removed]on our first visit and she has been fantastic and always available for questions. She has gone above and beyond to ensure our Dad has the support he needs to acclimate to his new apartment.

An amazing place for your loved one to flourish! We met [name removed], who set the stage for enthusiasm, warmth and belonging. The entire staff is wonderful - helpful, kind and engaging. The atmosphere and the residents were immediately accepting and actually excited to have my mom join the group. We were there for our initial visit having lunch and five different people came up to introduce themselves. They have so many activities, classes and events. My mom's having a blast. Can't recommend this community enough. p.s. - the food and facilities are great too!

Dad had been living with us and it was challenging for all. We started researching senior living communities and Brookdale Meridian Westland was our first tour. We fell in love and visited other communities in the Denver area but none compared. Our dad is so happy, well-fed, entertained, and cared for and that is beneficial to everyone in the family. The staff is amazing and the activities are so fun. We make as many of the meals as we can because the food is outstanding! My dad never thought he needed or wanted friends and now he has whole community of them and it warms our heart to see our dad thriving.

I toured this community in [date removed] for consideration of a place my mother might be interested in. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and handed over to [name removed] who visited with me to learn about mom and her needs. We had wonderful conversation just about life in general. Then the tour. Along the way I met many residents who greeted me and just off the cuff told me how great the place was and how long they have been there. The apartments are very spacious, well appointed and well kept. Being a facilities manager, I have to look at electrical panels, HVAC, fire sprinklers, etc and this facility checks all the boxes for being well maintained over other places I have toured. The dining hall and food service was great even though I did not take the opportunity to enjoy a meal. I listened to a couple residents who told me how much they liked the meals served and the staff. That goes a long way for me as I understand what my mom wants and is used to.

It's very light and bright and all the apartments have a small patio or balcony. My mom is moving there so yes would recommend

My parents recently moved in and they are very happy. The facility is bright and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I didn't realize how worried I have been about them living in their home. I feel much more relaxed, knowing they are safe and comfortable in their new place. I always enjoy visiting!

I want to thank the team at 5 Star for all you gave to my Mom these last 8 years. A beautiful and safe quality of life filled with care and kindness. We lost Mom at 95 yrs, going peacefully. Mom found a group of friends with most of the residents, she was known for being very social and friendly. Thank you to management for always being available to partner with families. Thank you to the dining room/kitchen staff- who nourished her with humor, respect and hot soup and hot tea. All the waitstaff were her favorites and all treated Mom with love. Thank you to the Concierge staff for always making me feel welcome and at home, especially when I brought my dog [name removed]. They responded to phone calls and requests no matter how big or small. Thank you to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, for keeping 5 Star run 24/7 day. Always clean and inviting. Thank you to residential life, for all the active, educational and fun activities. We thank you for everything, with gratitude!

I would rate them a 5. Great place to work with. Yes I would recommend Ciel to others.

Thank you for assisting me with the difficult decision to move my mother into a Senior Care Facility. We were truly undecided, and the staff at Ciel of Plainfield read very reassuring. They showed genuine care for my mother and for our entire family, patiently answering each and every question we had along the way. Five Star Premier Residences of Yonkers has been life-changing for my parents. At the heart is [name removed] Executive Director, whose leadership and warm, empathetic energy sets the tone for everyone. [name removed] made admissions seamless, [name removed] , Nursing Director, is outstanding, and [name removed] in finance and [name removed] , manager, are incredibly supportive. The entire 5th floor staff, especially [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] and so many others have been life changing for my parents. From reception to PT to prescriptions, every staff member is a true superstar. Their compassion, professionalism, and teamwork give my parents dignity and comfort. Choosing Five Star Yonkers has been the best decision we could have made.

Our family is very pleased with the quality of services and programming. The staff shows a very caring interest in addressing the residence's needs. The facility is well maintained and clean. We looked at several other Providers but we are glad we selected Washington five star for our mother.

I’m happy to be coming back to this website to leave a review, because I spent quite a bit of time researching Boulder area senior living centers on this site when I was moving my mother from out of state last year. After visiting several options in Boulder we settled on Brookdale Meridian in South Boulder. We could not be happier! Mom has made great friends, enjoys the food, feel supported by the staff and has thoroughly enjoyed herself since moving in. It is a comfortable place with an upbeat social environment and great staff. Mom enjoys meeting interesting people, chatting about everyone’s pets, and participating in the monthly birthday dinner. While the long time ED stepped down two months ago, things seem to be rolling along just fine under the new director. Grateful for this resource in Boulder.

This is such a beautiful community and the staff is caring and close to my parent as if they were our actual family member. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

The facility is beautiful. Brand new, high end amenities. Daily schedule full of things to do. Welcoming and friendly staff. They knew all of our names by the second day. They are also all very accessible if we have questions or feedback. Residents are very nice too. Food quality is excellent.

They have an active community with neighbors checking on neighbors, lots of activities, a salon in the building, allow pets and the staff is amazing. Especially their cook who has appeared on the Cooking Channel multiple times and takes a sincere interest in people's dining regimens.

The only bad thing that I can say is the facility has had difficulty with the HVAC system. My mom has a giant HVAC unit in her room and sometimes it doesn't work. On the other end, I can't speak highly enough about the people who work at Brookdale. From the staff that work with the residence to the activities coordinator [name removed], who is amazing, to administrative folks like [name removed], I have nothing but good things to say about the people at Brookdale. We are so grateful for my mom's care and support.

I moved my mother here over 6 months ago and it has been the best decision. The facility is clean, the staff is wonderful, and my mother is well taken care of. I can't say enough great things about this place!

HearthStone is a beautiful assisted living/memory care facility. My sister and I found ourselves in desperate situation to find a memory care facility for our mother after a nursing facility in St. Cloud transferred our mother two hours away without our permission. We made a call to [name removed] and she was able to evaluate mom the same day. Five days later mom was in her amazing room at HearthStone with such loving care from the nurses and CNA's. A very stressful situation for my sister and myself was made easier because of [name removed] and the staff at HearthStone. Although it will take my mom an adjustment period, I know she is safe and cared for by the staff at HearthStone. Shoutout to [names removed]. You made this transition so smooth and calming. I look forward to my visits with mom. THANK YOU!!
