I was the caregiver for both of my parents who had complicated medical histories. They lived in two different facilities (with Dad in another memory care unit) before Mom moved into Brookdale Dogwood Creek. I can honestly say this was the best choice I ever made. She started in their assisted living facility. After a 12-day hospital stay, we realized she needed to move into the memory care unit. This is the best memory care unit in town. I would come by for visits at different times of day due to my changing work schedule. The memory care unit always had a welcoming and upbeat feel no matter how challenging the needs of the patients were. The staff members truly took care of the residents. The administrators were available to talk whenever I had questions. Mom's condition kept changing so rapidly, so I needed time and assistance to try to get a good diagnosis on her health. The administrators were patient as I worked with her medical team to put a good care plan in place for her.

Clean always, Quality of care, Friendly staff, good food, value for the money. Top five , but overall value was key, especially in today's world. Exceptional place, no worries or concerns for excellent care. Overall I would recommend them for the overall great place to be or be placed by a family member. I particularly liked the out door enclosed area.

The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. My mom likes all the food options. And Brookdale had a good selection of floor plans to choose from. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Everyone, residents and staff, are very happy here. The entire place is well maintained, clean, full of windows and light, and welcoming. Every apartment is a place of peace and has its own private balcony. Meanwhile there are activities of all kinds to suit your interests and create opportunities for as much or as little socialization as a person may want. Three meals a day are varied and delicious with choices at every one with restaurant-style dining. The acres it is located on are varied with lawns and flowers and woods and paved paths located in a residential area. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have chosen Brookdale Meridian Westland; it is like no other and I recommend it highly.

All 5"s . What we like the most about Ciel of Princeton is that it is beautiful, clean and the staff is great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

We had a great experience from day 1. I toured three properties in one day and really liked this one . I felt at home immediately and everyone I interacted with from staff to residents were just so nice. My mother loves her room, her new friends and the socialization she needed so badly- we found here. She is very happy here and that in-turn makes me feel like I made the right decision and makes my sister and I happy too

They are very friendly and genuinely loving. I feel my parents are safe there and in good hands. My parents moved into Five Star earlier this year after searching through several places. I found the staff to be very welcoming, friendly and genuinely loving. I was really worried about my parents before they moved in but they are in very good hands now. I feel they are safe and I have a great relationship with the staff there as well as they help all of us navigate the realities of aging.

The facility is welcoming and fun. There is a daily calendar full of a variety of activities. The dining room is elegant and the food is delicious. The nurse's station is easily accessible and the nurses are friendly and cooperative. Admin is great too. Nothing is too much trouble and they want the residents to be happy and safe.

Everyone is so wonderful. I have seen the nursing director and head of dementia so often helping with the residents. Really great care. The fact that they have PT on site is a huge bonus. Very good communication with the staff.

When interviewing I spent a good amount of time just hanging around to get the vibe of the place. Staff were friendly and friendly with each other. Lots of laughter and positive energy. Most have worked there for many years (8-15). After Mom moved in that didn't change. The place was a little more money than I wanted to spend, but it's worth my peace of mind.

Very friendly, very attentive and very helpful. That place literally changed his outlook on life. He went from not wanting to be here to enjoying life again.

The head of maintenance is wonderful at his job. He is as well skilled and careful with his work and has pleasing manner as well. It would be wonderful for the tenant if he were given an apartment so he could be on site as needed. He agreed with the idea when I mentioned it.

So, my mom was not actually able to move in. Unfortunately, a few days prior to her being moved to your community, she went into the hospital and did not recover. However, I will say that I had with people as well as my research into other communities, I would give your community a five on every category except numbers four and five. Obviously, I cannot comment about those two because my mom did not ever stay there. I cannot say how appreciative I was of all the support that I received from the administrative staff. They were very flexible, very informative, and emotionally supportive, even though my mom was not even there.

We all know that bad news travels fast, but today, this is all good news. Six months ago, our family brought our next-door neighbor and dear friend, Uncle [name removed], to Five Star. It is infrequent that a name clearly describes precisely who you are. However, the name Five Star represents this complete service facility perfectly. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by a friendly hello from the receptionist and a sense that you could eat off the floor. Daily, Uncle [name removed] has been the grateful recipient of Director Tennant's top-down philosophy, which is filled with warmth, friendliness, highly competent staff at all levels of care, and great food, all couched in this lovely appointed facility. I would also be remiss if I did not mention all the daily and diverse programming available. Anyone who joins the Five Star family will be delighted.

I love living here it is a great place to live there are a lot of activities to do the staff is great I would recommend it to anyone.

I have greatly enjoyed living in this community. Residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. We have many exciting activities. Our chefs prepared delicious food for us. Our house cleaning crews keep things clean for us.

One cannot say that there is a better older persons' community than Brookdale Meridian in Lakewood, Colorado. Five years before I made my last ever move, I started searching for the ideal independent living arrangement that I could afford and that would have the amenities that I wanted. Brookdale Meridian more than fit the bill. I have lived here now for three years. The apartments are of adequate size, with lots of closets and a private balcony porch wherein 1 spend most of my summer days. It has good food and a marvelous dedicated staff who try to make our last days not only pleasant ,but fun - Happy Hour Fridays with alcoholic drinks, a band and line dancing with our walkers. More activities - yoga, chair exercise, crafting, watercolors, drawing, hand and foot, bridge, canasta, movies, Mexican train, billiards, uno, Bible study, book club and to top it off the grounds are full of trees. Unlike other places, you do not look down on a parking lot, but rather a grove of tree with an irrigation ditch flowing through with ducksl

My loved one currently lives at Huntington Place in their assisted living building. We enjoy coming for live music, events, gatherings and smiles. My mother is happy and has met a lot of new friends. Great place to live.

My family was searching for senior living for our grandparents and they enjoyed the Janesville location. We visited several places in the surrounding area and Huntington Place felt like the best fit. The people, residents and staff were very friendly. We interacted with residents and they had only great things about the community.
