My loved one is satisfied with all of the categories that are listed with the exception of the meals and dining service - that is a rating of 1 in his opinion. We would recommend this community to other families, but only if they are not Italian and used to really good food.

My loved one is currently a resident at HarborChase of Plainfield and the experience has been great for her so far. The staff is amazing! The cleanliness and care services are good. The friendliness, meals, and value for cost are great. I would definitely recommend HarborChase of Plainfield to others.

Huntington place really cares about their residents. My father in law was reluctant but he has already improved since he started living there. More interaction with other people has made a difference. The staff are excellent. I can't say that enough. The facilities are welcoming, and there are many different activities and events he can attend.

They need more consistent staff. I don't know anyone except the receptionist. My son seems to sleep most of the time except for meals. No one seems to wake him and go to the activity , even if he says no. The dr I selected from your list along with his PA are useless. The food has gone down hill. I will sit with my son for meals and the plates are dropped in front of him and look unappealing so he ends up ordering hamburgers. It has gotten too expensive all around

The Senior facility is fabulous. Very social, welcoming and the staff is caring. The therapists do a great job. Nice dining room. Several activities scheduled for the residents. I highly recommend this Senior Living Home..

I love living in this community its a great place and the caring staff are very professional yet caring. The community is always clean and smells great! The staff are always kind and smiling in the community .

When I couldn’t find a place for mom, after searching high and low I finally came across Washington Township Senior Living! Let’s start with the staff, the tour I had with [name removed] was amazing she instantly made the place feel like home for mom. There are so many activities my mother participates in and actually wants to do ! The food is amazing, the staff all friendly, helpful and caring! Not to mention it is absolutely beautiful!!

Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful to all the residents. Housekeeping is very professional and does an excellent job of cleaning the apartments. They keep in communication with your family. When needed, they will call them and they get to know your family. Meals are excellent quality. Taste good, great variety and many good options to choose from. The move in process was vey easy and the staff was extremely helpful and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this senior community to a senior looking for a friendly and welcoming environment. It is also centrally located to Banner Hospital and stores.

Washington Township Senior Living is a really great place. People are very nice, it's clean, the food is excellent, I think there's a little bit of a wait for help if you call ,especially at night, but I'm sure that's pretty typical of most places. Overall, I've been very happy with the facility.

All were very committed to their jobs. Communication with them was exceptional. Staff/nurses/pt ot. The food was beyond exceptional. I hope I never need a place like this but if I did I would stay there. It's more like a all-inclusive vacation!!!

The facility is not overwhelming big, its clean and doesn't smell. The staff is really nice. Staff in kitchen go above and beyond with giving my mom treats and wrapping her unfinished food to take to her apt. House keeping does a good job each day cleaning up moms room. Ill give the staff a 5 at this time. I really like VSL and so does my mom. They said she is an asset for their community

The residents all seem happy as well. It's just a warm place. It does not feel like an assisted living facility. It smells good, everyone is nice and we like the privacy. It was one the better ones we visited.

I would give this community the highest ratings. I'm very pleased with my mother’s move to this community. They are taking very good care of her, and her needs. She is doing very well since her move here. The staff is great, they are very attentive, and helpful. They have accommodated many of our needs. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

The caretakers were always nearby. My mom did NOT have a fall while she lived there which I thought would probably happen. They kept her clean and groomed.

My loved one is currently a resident at Huntington Place and overall his experience at this facility has been very good so far. The move in process was easy. The facility and staff are great. The housekeeping could be more attentive. The meals seem to be good, although the tater tots that I tried tasted bland. I do wish that they had a better outdoor area and that they had the residents outside more often. Overall, I would recommend Huntington Place to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Bella Vista Senior Living and most everything has been very good for her at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals, activities and value for cost are all great. We have no complaints about this facility. I would absolutely recommend Bella Vista Senior Living to family and friends.

When it comes to the friendliness of the staff, the meals and dining service and the overall value for cost - those receive a 5 +++. The community is clean but there is construction going on - so not always being super clean is to be expected. For the care services, we haven't needed any care but the staff members do care about you. They never serve the same meal twice in a month and so many different types of desserts. They do need more activities and need to take out the bus and do things out of the unit. I live going over there to visit - everyone is so friendly and loves visitors. He's only been there a few months and they have been making amazing improvements every day, I would like to see them get the residents motivated and doing more activities, but more and more people are moving in each day so Im sure they will start coming - Thanks for helping me find the best place for Dad

I cannot thank the staff especially [name removed] and [name removed] along with everyone at front desk and the dining room staff. This has been the best place for my dad. He is so happy constantly doing activities. The meals are great. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Bella Vista. I live out of state and feel confident and happy that my father is safe and well taken care of!

What we like the most about the Bell Vista Senior Living community are the staff members there. The reason we gave the meals and dining overall a 4 is because they serve the meals on foam for the people in their rooms. I would like to see that part changed. However based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
