The nevioroment is great, the community here is very close. All the staff here goes above and beyond. This new community is like a hidden gem, I am so excited to call this my new home. My sons come to visit here from tampa, and there is always something to do with them in the community!

The staff is so friendly and inviting every time I visit. The community is very clean and always smells good. I love all the amenities Ciel has for their residents, that you don't need to go any where else unless you want to. I have tried the food and it's amazing! The Nurses and Caregivers are amazing too and are very attentive to the residents and their needs.

Good staff. Friendly. Good meals. Could improve communication with family at times. Mom is overall happy Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. We are pleased overall with moms care. As always, fir her it is not home but she is cared for and relatively happy

Long Grove is a beautiful, clean community that has amazing, caring team members. If you are looking for senior living, this is the community for your loved one. The food is out of this world, the programming is excellent and the care team is thoughtful and loving to the residents.

I have been a resident of Five Star for 7 years. I have loved my time here. Since our new Director came in October, there has been so many improvements made. I am so appreciative of Robs dedication to us, beyond any of the other 4 Directors I have had here. I have comparison to what a great environment is about We are so lucky, we have a vibrant community. I am so proud to be living here and highly recommend it to anyone. I lead a card groups and assist other in learning the game

We recently moved our loved one into Ciel's memory care facility. Was it an perfect experience, no it was not; however, the overall sense of urgency the management has, and care of the staff towards the residents is just simply outstanding. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this community to any family in need of assistance.

Memory care placement is hard even in the best of circumstances. Thankfully, the employees at HearthStone made it as seamless as it can be. [names removed] and many more helped to get my mom placed in a very quick amount of time. My mom is now is safe and getting great care. HearthStone is well decorated, clean, but most importantly it is filled with kind people helping families when they are most vunerable. I am grateful that we can rest a little bit easier knowing that my mom is at HearthStone.

Excellent community, I would move in myself if I needed. We picked this community because of the pricing.

Very beautiful and new community. The staff were outstanding, very helpful and answered questions I had. I was able to see activities in progress and the residents looked like they were having so much fun. They also invited me to stay for lunch, and the menu was extensive and the food was very delicious.

I came in here late April from a large facility. I liked the size of this community because you get to know the people more and better. The activities here are super! Very entertaining. They are suitable for different groups.

HearthStone at Nona Lakes is a beautiful facility staffed with the friendliest people. While touring our questions were answered, our needs were discussed and our expectations were exceeded. From the numerous amenities and the spacious living areas, we felt very comfortable. HearthStone is at the top of our list for sure and we are so glad they are in the Lake Nona area.

The community is so beautiful. The Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food is tasty and it’s so nice to see all the residents enjoying all the activities. They Have many events with live music and you just see all the joy on everybody’s face. It’s definitely a place to call home.

Friendly staff, and such a beautiful facility I have met so many new friends. Overall I couldn’t have picked a better place to retire. The location is excellent for both of my children I am centrally located for them. It’s easy for all of my friends to visit as well.

Sadly, my mom passed away on J[date removed], and her services were [date removed]. The entire staff at WT was thoughtful, engaging, kind and a pleasure to be around, and my mom loved them all! The environment was always so positive and upbeat. I would absolutely recommend Washington Township to other families looking.

Overall I would recommend Bella Vista. They helped make a horrible situation bearable.

My mother has been at Huntington Place for several months now, and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The staff and the Sales Director were incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my mother is comfortable. The facility is clean, welcoming, and offers a variety of activities that she thoroughly enjoys. The peace of mind we have knowing she is in such good hands is invaluable.

Ciel has been a good choice of assisted living for my husband. I appreciated their assessment and recommendation for level of placement most beneficial for him. There are a variety of activities offered, even on weekends. The menu is varied and mostly healthy. The staff is welcoming and available whenever I have concerns or questions.

From our very first contact with This place was a lady I'm struggling to remember her name right now, but we knew this was the right place, friendly, very clean, worked very hard to find a room to suit my mom, always treated mom with respect and kindness! Med tech's were also very kind and helpful!

My Dad never got out of bed during his respite stay. So no activities. It's difficult to answer because I live in AZ and only saw my Dad In Harbor Chase a couple of times. Two visits to milw and maybe stopped by to see him a couple/three times. Staff followed through with most requests via phone when I was back in AZ. One request for nail trimming wasn't done. Not sure why.

When it comes to the quality of care they were very attentive about setting up therapy and keeping me updated about adjustment issues. The "5" is something of a default. I cant speak directly about food because I'm not there at mealtimes. They did keep me in the loop regarding his diet/drink and occupational therapy trying to handle food utensils. Observations related to choking hazards. I see a regular schedule of activities and told me about his participation early. Visiting is a bit inconvenient. I check in at the front desk and they announce (walkie-talkie) that a visitor will be at memory care. It has almost always been the case that I have to flag down a staff member to let me in. The memory care staff is VERY friendly and clearly pay attention to their residents.
