St. Anne Assisted Living Homes

We toured this community for care. The staff was able to answer the questions that we had and we liked that the community was clean. They have a lot of offer and we would recommend this community. At the time they did not have the room that we needed, but liked the environment and would recommend this community for other families to tour.

I am very happy with the care from this community The staff is very caring and attentive to her needs. The community is clean and maintained. They offer a lot of variety on the menu. They have activities for the residents who can participate. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

Stopped by yesterday after gaining approval from the owner, nice clean, friendly staff facility.

This is the WORST AHL ever! The owner/administrator is a bold faced liar. (From personal experience from [dates removed].) The treatment of residents is deplorable, on the night my Mother died there, the business license on-site was EXPIRED. The lack of communication skills by the supposed “caregivers” there is heartbreaking...I saw NO: employee certifications, Identification, resident status, social security cards... If caregivers cannot speak the english language, how can they read medication instructions? And most of all, the residents do NOT have an AWAKE caregiver at night!!!
