The staff seems to go through changes. The Dining Room very well maintained. Colorful and inviting. The three meals a day are good, snacks offered throughout the day. Coffee, tea and water station always maintained. Dining room director has been there many years and knows all the residents..The chef is also very good ,fresh meals. Residents rooms cleaned daily; k Laundry service offered. The caregivers have a turnover but are good. The facility is clean, lovely artwork along the hallways. A variety of activities are offered and usually daily activities. Field trips. If a person is more independent it could be a good experience. My family member is currently wheelchair bound recovering from stroke so she is somewhat limited to activities. It really depends on what the individual is looking for. It is temporary for my family member, so it is working for us.

The staff have been very helpful and provided assistance when it was requested. The facility is clean. The room are homely and nice that the residents can decorate with things that are important to them. The grounds are well maintained and safe for the residents.

I just had the BEST experience at Villas at San Bernardino Assisted Living & Memory Care! Their annual Casino Night for the residents was such a fun and memorable evening. A huge thank you to the amazing team who put it all together—[name removed] , Activity Director; [name removed] , Business Office Manager; [name removed] , Resident Care Director; Chef [name removed] , and [name removed] Community Relations. Thank you for always going above and beyond to create wonderful experiences for your residents. It’s truly a pleasure to be part of these special moments, and I look forward to it every year!

I was happy to finally find a place for mom where she feels comfortable and at home. She says the food is great and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you [name removed] and crew for helping mom transition into her new quarters!

We just rented a room for my Grandfather here. The tour was so nice they were doing a nail day that looked like alot of fun. On another visit they were having food tase test with the residents to see about different meal options. They seem to really involve the residents with the care. The staff was so helpful with the onboarding process. I know he will feel at home here and we will know he is in good hands

I am a new resident at Wildomar assisted living and so far very happy with my decision to come here. My days are filled with fun activities , delicious meals and meeting new people. My room is beautiful. it comes with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.They do our laundry once a week clean our room once a week , and offer three meals a day. Changing from private residents to Care facilities can be stressful. [name removed], Comm. Liason Dir. & staff made this change easier by their support, respect and dependability. The facilities are well-kept.

I made such a good decision to have my friend transferred to Atria Covina! She was in the hospital, then rehab! Rehab said pick her up tomorrow! What? Atria Covina did everything to help me to have a place for her with 1 day notice! I went there to check it out first! Staff was very friendly and eager to please! My friend had two cats and they were allowed! They took such good care of my friend! They would kindly ask me to talk to her about things she should not be doing! I did! I could not have asked for a better place! She had a bad case of MS, which was getting worse! She stayed in her wheelchair the entire day and night! I honestly was thrilled they would continue to ask her to go to events that were happening even though she would say no, they didn't stop asking her! I am thankful for that! She had many opportunities to do fun things, but unfortunately chose not to! She moved in, in January! She died the end of July! Only 70 years old! I thought she would live there for years! I wish she would have! It is so important to know that she was in good hands, I know she was! I would highly recommend having your loved ones live there! Oh, and she was very stubborn, but the entire staff had a lot of patience!!!

The staff and care are amazing. My dad is able to have his dog with him too which made his transition so much easier. He really enjoys the friends he's made and his favorite activity is the weekly happy hour.

I recently visited Westminster Terrace Senior Living and had a wonderful experience. The community was clean and welcoming.The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to greet everyone with kindness. It was clear that the residents are treated with respect and genuinely cared for. I was especially impressed by how engaged the residents were and how positive the environment felt. If you’re looking for a senior living community where people truly seem to care, Westminster Terrace is definitely worth visiting. The management team are amazing. They listen and address any concerns immediately.

The staff are always cheerful as well as helpful. We have enjoyed their special events like the wine tasting, Christmas holiday celebration as well as Easter. All though my aunt cannot attend the outside events she is happy having her own room.

This is a really good facility. They treat all the patients with love and respect, and take really good care of the patients. The staff always has a smile on their faces and is very helpful. I really recommend this facility to anyone.

We were in a dark place and didn’t know where he was gonna find the care that he needed. Then we stumbled upon the villas and he gets the most amazing care they havethe most awesome staff. It feels genuinely like Home not a facility.to call it godsend is an understatement. Thank you to the staff for all the amazing work that you do ??God‘s work.[Name removed] has been a resident there for about two years now and we feel like the staff is considered family. And don’t even get me started on the food. It’s like fine dining.?? I got to attend the Christmas party and it was also amazing

I recently got a tour and started working here everyday is a challenge but in a positive way where you don’t wanna give up but in turn to become a better caregiver everyday. The facility is beautiful inside reminds me of a hotel and fun community with all the commodities. The staff are always helpful and friendly they make me wanna match their energy and positivity. It’s a honor and a privilege meeting everybody and getting to know the residents! As well as learning new ways to improve the quality of care for everybody who I encounter in the present and future. This truly is an environment where you can grow and everybody is always smiling the care team and all staff really care and I love that about the villas San Bernardino.

Very positive experience. Very friendly and answered all my questions, was not in a hurry and I felt good about the tour. The community is also very warm and cozy. They seem to care about all the residents. The bathrooms are a bit small for a person who is very large like my husband.

I recently visited villas at San Bernardino, with family. It’s a very welcoming community. I have visited several times. Our close family friend lives at this community. Everyone we visit, there is always something going on, great activities. They have a great exercise program, our friend really enjoys. Lots of outings, it’s nice to see everyone be able to get out on fun trips. We recently attended a wonderful classic car show, it was wonderful. My family and I are very impressed. Front desk, Receptionist are always friendly, I would like to congratulate the activities department. Activity Director is very welcoming, and makes everyone feel like family.

The first thing that caught my attention here was how happy the residents appeared to be, genuine smiles. It is a clean establishment and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They always have fantastic activities for the residents and the restaurant style cafe is a great treat. If there are any issues that need to be resolved it is addressed immediately. They provide comfort not only to their residents but also to the families that have put their trust in them to provide the best possible living situation for their loved ones.
