The deciding factors were overall feeling, cleanliness, staff demeanor and existing residents demeanor. On the day i made my decision the afternoon sun was coming in a n expansive beautiful space, there was laughter and the staff seemed like they truly enjoyed their jobs. The biggest selling point was my moms future room was a corner with lots of windows and little noise. I think the food could be improved but the menu seems great. I have heard amazing talent perform for the guests but Memory Care is separated from the general residents so I think they miss the talent and just get TV for entertainment. My mom is free to wander in Memory Care and they do have a beautiful outdoor courtyard that Memory care residents can wander into without asking permission. I wish my mom could be at home but im so happy we found this place.

Ever since my mom moved into the Villas. The staff has been responsive, caring and supportive in helping my mom transition to her new facility. Specifically [name removed] has been amazing with my mom. He quickly learned her needs and likes. He shows care and nurturing that helps my mom feel safe!

One of the nicest and clean and the care is great.

When we toured months ago we weren't ready but as a family we decided that it's time and with all the information we were given from you we feel confrontment in our decision to move forward with Astoria.

Chatsworth Commons us a beautiful facility. The rooms are very large, bright and airy. Everyone is very friendly and inviting one reside at this facility.
