I don't have any Complaints. It helps a lot for me and and my wife. Activities are helpful for my wife I really appreciate that a lot. Thank you to all the staff for all that they do and [name removed] for all of her help.

Very nice facility loved the atmosphere memory care residents were playing hand ball when I care through! Such a sight to see they were having so much fun staff was so nice and inviting really enjoyed my time visiting my family

We had a family vacation set up that our grandmother was not gonna be able to participate in due to her health condition so we moved her in to Highlands for a respite stay and although she was only there for a couple of weeks. The experience was phenomenal and if we decide she needs long-term help we will definitely be moving her into Highlands Rome

Hi, my name is [name removed]. My uncle lives at this facility and we were invited to the Thanksgiving luncheon. The table settings were beautiful. The food taste like grandma made it herself. They were so kind and very inviting. We had a absolute blast.

I stopped by to visit my grandmother and was invited to stay for lunch so I had lunch with my grandmother and her neighbors. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was joyous. I was so delighted that they were able to accommodate for me to have a meal with my grandmother. It meant the absolute world to both of us.

Great activities and outing for the residents! The office staff stayed over last week til dark to load the residents up on the bus and took them to see Christmas lights and i thought that was so wonderful and the thrill in these residents eyes lit up.

This place has some of the most compassionate workers i’ve seen, This wasn’t the newest of most luxury facilities in Rome but after visiting quiet a few we knew this would be the one for mom. The workers have been so friendly, welcomed us all and the place had great meals, is clean and they are now part of our family.

I am a Hospice nurse that visits this facility on a weekly basis, If i were in need of a place for either of my parents I would not hesitate to place them in the care of these amazing workers. Family is the word that comes to mind as soon as you walk in the door. Thank you all for what you do daily for our elderly population. Love, [name removed]

A Place for Mom really is something special. It offers assisted living, memory care, and independent living in a way that feels like home. From the moment you walk in, you notice how welcoming the place is. The staff genuinely cares about the residents, treating them with respect and making sure they feel valued. The building itself is clean and cozy, with open spaces for people to relax or spend time with others. I'd like to take a moment to say thank you to the staff, especially Mr. Haven. This is an extremely hard line of work to work in full time and the staff truly show compassion and love for their jobs. You must have a heart and a devotion to make life better for the residents and the staff truly does. Keep up the great work! You all make a difference!

Highland senior living Rome (Formerly) The Gardens of Rome has been the best place for my loved ones! They are always taken care of and truly loved by all the staff. I'm very happy with the decision and the easy process.

We are incredibly grateful for the loving and attentive care provided at the highlands The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our loved one felt comfortable, safe, and engaged with a variety of stimulating activities. The food is delicious, the community is welcoming, and we always felt confident in the quality of care they receive.

When making the decision to place my mother I had looked at several places… We decided on Highlands bc as soon as we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with smiling faces that made us feel at home. I knew immediately this was the place and we didn’t need to look any further. The first evening i was there moving my mothers furniture in before she even arrived I was immediately offered a dinner plate and it was the best meatloaf i’d had in a long time which immediately answered my other concern of Is the food good…. Thank you all for welcoming my mom and our family. I’m very thankful for all of you!

The staff as well as the overall experience is beyond exceptional! You won’t be disappointed! The atmosphere is friendly and they are very patient understanding and welcoming to the family and friends!

No words can explain the heartfelt welcoming I have endured during my tour. You will definitely have to come see for yourself to believe how truly great of a place this is ! From the care staff to management I was pleased with all aspects of the environment inside and out !

My dad had been a resident in their assisted living area. He was very happy there and told us he was glad and happy to be there. We had positive experiences with the nursing staff and the office staff. [name removed] is an amazing director there. I recommend this Assisted Living Home to everyone. My dad passed way a few weeks ago and they were very supportive of our needs and wants during this. In the three years dad was there, they walked us through anything dad needed with his medication, billing, hospice, personal care, etc... we recommend it to any family.

I highly recommend Highland Senior Living in Rome Ga. The staff is phenomenal when it comes to caretaking & providing for the residents. The most professional, compassionate team with hands on training, experience & education that cannot be surpassed.

I visited this facility recently, and everyone was very professional & kind! I definitely recommend sending your loved ones here!:) The residents there are well fed (Kudos to the kitchen staff!), they are cared for with grace, and the residents are the top priority! Highlands Of Rome is a great place to live. Very clean and well maintained. Great food and some fun activities. Great people and great service. Very friendly staff they make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend it!

I wouldn't send my parents any other place .they care for the residents as if they were there own family . Very clean and all the staff are professional and friendly. Good food and lots of daily activities

The staff is always caring, compassionate, and nonetheless, attentive! Our family truly loved each individual in this facility! I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a great place for a loved one!
