There is no way I can say enough nice things about the folks at Bentley. The facility is lovely, but it is the staff that make Bentley the unique place it is. They are professional, experienced, and (best of all) genuinely kind. My 92-year-old mother lived there during the last year of her life (she moved from a very new, very expensive, and pretty atrocious facility just outside of Athens where she most decidedly was not thriving), and the care she received in Bentley's Memory Care wing was absolutely first-rate. This summer she went into hospice and passed away at Bentley, and then too the whole staff and administration made a wrenching time far less difficult than it would have been had it not been for the staff's and administration's professionalism as well as their kindness and care. (Executive director [Removed] and Memory Care wing nurse [Removed], in particular, went *far* above and beyond what their jobs required; their compassion and generosity of spirit was truly humbling and overwhelming.) Suffice it to say that I recommend Bentley, with enthusiasm and deep gratitude, to anyone who loves their parents and wants them to receive exceptional care.

This was a wonderful facility when I toured! It was very nice and offered a lot more amenities than other facilities that I had toured. I was also impressed with the fact that there were different categories of pet life here, which would have been great for my loved one because she grew up on a farm. Though the facility did not fit the family's individual needs, it was very nice!

I like this community for the staff for they are good and are attentive. The food is good and they offer aa good variety. We knew from others that this was a good community for the care of a loved one.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and communicated very well. The community was up-kept and clean.They have activities available, various meal plans and resident parking available. The price we first received from them wasn't very good, so they tried to lower it i wish they would have given us a good deal since the beginning. Overall, i did think it was a wonderful place with a positive atmosphere and would recommend a tour.

It was nice experience for my father here at this community. He is now back home, but we were pleased with all they did for us. It is a nice and clean community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff was very kind and friendly. This is a lovely community and I would recommend it.

I have visited numerous Assisted Living/Memory Care facilities in the metro Atlanta area. This place would have to be one of the top on my list. I love the holistic type of approach to care here. There is no back room or closed off portion to separate residents as their cognitive skills decline. The approach seems to be in engaging the residents in activities. It is clean, the staff is friendly and the advisor we spoke to Joe [Removed] appears to be passionate about his work. I love the concept here and was tremendously impressed all around with the rooms, the grounds, the pets, especially Jack the dog and the pot bellied pigs. I can see my mother living here and being happy and healthy.

Visited Oxton Place Of Rome. Needing a place for my sister. Director [removed name]] was so helpful, we toured the facility and discussed options for my loved on. At the time of my visit they had a band playing music for the residents. Everything look so clean & tidy. The staff roaming seemed really friendly. Sherry invited me to have lunch with the residents. Though I had to decline, the platters looked like a good home cooked meal. Days later, I went back to do the paperwork, Sherry had everything ready for me to sign, making this choose so easy. As of today I am very satisfied with Oxton Place Of Rome

I recently did a tour here for my mom and I have to say I'm very impressed with the staff and the environment of Oxton! I met with the Executive Director who gave me the tour. She's very knowledgeable about everything! Super nice and a very strong leader! If there's anything that needs to be done for you or your loved one then she will go out of her way to make sure it happens!

They are very attentive to my loved one and to all the residents there. It is a memory-care facility, so I know that it is difficult, but the level of friendliness and courtesy they have shown has been very high.

Our experience has been really, really good thus far. They made the move-in really easy for my loved one. They were extremely helpful in the beginning and very patient with us and since we have moved in they have been receptive with any needs that we have had. It is a good fit.

I have no complaints about the facility.

My husband and I visited Oxton Place on Sat. 9/19 during their Fall Festival. We are checking out options for my 91 year old mother who currently lives in North Carolina - there is not enough space to list all of the impressive things we found. Sherry Lyle bent over backwards to answer every question, offered great information regarding VA assistance and just impressed us overall with her knowledge & ability to multi-task on a very busy day! Kudos to every staff member we talked to - as well as being able to talk with many current residents and their families. I cannot believe the REAL family atmosphere we witnessed at Oxton Place and even though we aren't quite ready to move my mother, this will definitely be our choice when the day comes!

I really can not think of what to say. I have been very pleased with Bentley Assisted living so far. My loved one has been there for little over a month and she really likes it. They take good care of her.

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Oxton Place of Rome, they do a really excellent job here! They've got a great activity schedule, and after only a few weeks my loved one really seems to have improved! She is much more alert and with it, and I think it is because they keep her busy and stimulated! She seems very happy here!

Everything is so much better than any other situation at Peregrine's Landing at Holcomb Bridge. By this time every place that she was at as far as assisted living was in crisis. The staff are really good about having someone I can reach. I have called at 10 pm on Saturday and been able to talk to someone. I really appreciate that. This has just been a wonderful experience.

This is a very clean and happy community. Everything has been going great. Everything is excellent. The value is excellent as well. My loved one is very happy with the Bentley Assisted Living at Northminster. It is a nice place for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the Jefferson, GA area. We are just very pleased. 5 stars!

They've doing an excellent job at Bentley Assisted Living! The people here are extremely caring and nice, and the place just has a comfortable homey atmosphere. They also do a great job with the food, I've heard nothing but good things about it!

I think they do a great job at Peregrine's Landing. The staff are all very attentive and very personable. Within a day or so of moving in everyone knew my Mom by name and could always tell me how she was doing if I called in to check up on her. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they provide good care to their residents.

We've been very pleased with how things have gone with Bentley Assisted Living so far! It's a beautiful community, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and caring. In particular two of the administrative staff I spoke with, Phyllis the director and Allie the marketing director, were both incredibly helpful and always available. The staff here do a great job working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients, and they've really helped my loved one do a complete 180.

My experience with Bentley Assisted Living has been wonderful! They made a fabulous first impression. When you come in on your initial visit they are immediately helpful and compassionate, they know it is a trying experience for everyone to make a move like this and they take a lot of the burden off of both families and their loved ones. It's a beautiful looking community, and it has a great atmosphere.
