Highland senior living Rome (Formerly) The Gardens of Rome has been the best place for my loved ones! They are always taken care of and truly loved by all the staff. I'm very happy with the decision and the easy process.

We are incredibly grateful for the loving and attentive care provided at the highlands The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our loved one felt comfortable, safe, and engaged with a variety of stimulating activities. The food is delicious, the community is welcoming, and we always felt confident in the quality of care they receive.

When making the decision to place my mother I had looked at several places… We decided on Highlands bc as soon as we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with smiling faces that made us feel at home. I knew immediately this was the place and we didn’t need to look any further. The first evening i was there moving my mothers furniture in before she even arrived I was immediately offered a dinner plate and it was the best meatloaf i’d had in a long time which immediately answered my other concern of Is the food good…. Thank you all for welcoming my mom and our family. I’m very thankful for all of you!

The staff as well as the overall experience is beyond exceptional! You won’t be disappointed! The atmosphere is friendly and they are very patient understanding and welcoming to the family and friends!

No words can explain the heartfelt welcoming I have endured during my tour. You will definitely have to come see for yourself to believe how truly great of a place this is ! From the care staff to management I was pleased with all aspects of the environment inside and out !

My dad had been a resident in their assisted living area. He was very happy there and told us he was glad and happy to be there. We had positive experiences with the nursing staff and the office staff. [name removed] is an amazing director there. I recommend this Assisted Living Home to everyone. My dad passed way a few weeks ago and they were very supportive of our needs and wants during this. In the three years dad was there, they walked us through anything dad needed with his medication, billing, hospice, personal care, etc... we recommend it to any family.

I highly recommend Highland Senior Living in Rome Ga. The staff is phenomenal when it comes to caretaking & providing for the residents. The most professional, compassionate team with hands on training, experience & education that cannot be surpassed.

I visited this facility recently, and everyone was very professional & kind! I definitely recommend sending your loved ones here!:) The residents there are well fed (Kudos to the kitchen staff!), they are cared for with grace, and the residents are the top priority! I love that! The Director ([name removed]) of the facility has really made this place a great environment! Great job love! THANKS TO EVERYONE who is apart of the dream team!:)

Highlands Of Rome is a great place to live. Very clean and well maintained. Great food and some fun activities. Great people and great service. Very friendly staff they make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend it!

I wouldn't send my parents any other place .they care for the residents as if they were there own family . Very clean and all the staff are professional and friendly. Good food and lots of daily activities

The staff is always caring, compassionate, and nonetheless, attentive! Our family truly loved each individual in this facility! I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a great place for a loved one!

I toured this community during activity hour and WOW so much fun! We was unable to move mom in because upon there evaluation it was determined mom needed skilled nursing but the were so kind to us and even help us find the best skilled nursing facility for my mom.

My mother was a resident here for almost 3 years until she passed. I couldn’t have asked for better angels to care for her. The staff were god sent and went above and beyond for mother everyday. I would highly recommend this place if you are searching for your loved ones.

Workers were really nice and the facility was very clean.

The administrative personnel and staff are very responsive to the needs of the residents of the Gardens. They quickly address any concerns and provide personal attention to my dad. He is well cared for and if something occurs out of the ordinary, the staff are quick to notify me and to interact with me on resolving problems.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the care that is given to my MawMaw at this facility. I love the family atmosphere that is in this place! My MawMaw had to have more care than we could give her and it was a very difficult decision to make to place her in another home. After seeing how well [name removed] , the nurse takes care of her gives me peace if mind that she is being taken care of. This is not your ordinary home, it always smells very clean, the cook they have now is fantastic and actually cares about what she is feeding the residents. [name removed] is so very sweet to my MawMaw as well as all the residents, she takes time to make them feel loved and cared for. If you are looking for a place to put your family member I highly recommend Highlands.

My mother lives at the center. She was diagnosed with dementia. Mom can do something’s for herself but needs assistance some times, all the staff are willing and available to help. I have been at this home different times a day and it has always the same helpful, pleasant staff and good atmosphere. It’s not the newest and could use a little sprucing up (which is in progress we are told) but if you’re looking for some place safe and the staff really care about residents this is the place. Everyone I have talk to there is very helpful but the nurse Lisa has been amazing. We just love every one from director to cook and cleaning staff. Thank y’all so much for taking care of our Mom.

Our family had an in person tour with The Landings at Norcross and we thought it was a great tour experience but at the time they were full and had no availability.

The staff is really great!! Most of them have cared for a family member with dementia so they are compassionate for what they do. Very knowledgeable and able to help navigate the resident and family members. Great facility!Love the staff! I spoke to residents and family and all say staff is great. My mother in law is still trying to acclimate, but likes the staff.

The caring staff, life stations, activities and engagement of the professionals here are reassuring and a blessing. They even have pet therapy! Even with the burst pipes after the big freeze last month is testament to their “All hands on deck” teamwork while providing great care.
