The staff are attentive. My wife says the food is very good. Room size appears adequate for one resident. Overall, a good experience.

The staff at facility are very caring and responsive. The nurses work hard to make my wife comfortable and cared for. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

I would say the people that work at Paramount are very helpful and friendly. Would be the difference in our stay so far. Give them a 5. But in staffing the part time help, CNA and the like I would give them a 3. I would recommend to others, although all places in this area are troubled with staffing.

I would give Paramount 5 for each although my father wasn't really able to enjoy the activities so much but I know that they had good things for the residents. I also enjoyed the food. I would join my father in the dining room for meals from time to time. I just think that they really care about the residents and want to give them the best care. There wasn't a single person that I dealt with that I could say anything bad about. And I was there several times a week. I saw all the caregivers on a regular basis. People were easy to contact by phone when I wasn't there.

Great place. My sister gets great care from all the staff. Office people are very nice. The receptionist is so knowledgeable and so nice. Kitchen folks are wonderful. Food is delicious. Facility is always clean and fresh.

Paramount was amazing and so happy I found that place. I cannot say enough about [Name Removed]. He is amazing and was so patient when walking our family through this whole process. Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Paramount. From the very beginning, the entire experience was handled with compassion, professionalism and genuine care. The staff at Paramount was absolutely fantastic. They were attentive and caring. It was clear that they trruly cared about the residents and went above and beyonf to ensure comfort and well-being. Knowing that my Mom was in such capable and compassionate hands was a peace of mind. We are deeply grateful for the care she received and for all the kindness shown to all of us. I would highly recommend Paramount to any family looking for a caring and supportive community for their loved one.

Its a nice extremely clean facility all the employees are extremely friendly. My dad really likes it. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. My high school classmate had her mom there and she recommended paramount to me to.

They treat your loved ones and you with respect and care. They genuinely care about their patients.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always reminded Mom about meals and invited her to activities. Mom is an introvert so this made a huge difference for her. Working with them on short notice was easy and stress free. I would 100% have her stay there again for a respite stay.

The apartment is very spacious. They have a 2BR, both rooms are good sizes and the living room area is huge. The staff has been wonderful. They take the time to talk to my in-laws and work out solutions or answer their questions. We feel comfortable leaving my mother in law there alone because there is always someone stopping in to check on her. Food is very good and it's easy for family to share a meal with them.

The staff is great loved my aunt. My aunt loved it there. But she had to moved to nursing home. Clean facility. Heard comments that facility was nice clean. Apartment size excellent.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff is very friendly and good to my mom! If I have a question or concern, they are very conscientious about getting help to me. I really appreciate them and the hard work they do. Not an easy job!

From the executive director to the admissions/ marketing director and the entire staff, my aunt has been welcomed into the Paramount community. The aides and other staff are very attentive to her needs. The accommodations, while a bit dated, are spacious, and my aunt is back to eating every meal, often remarking that the food is delicious.

[name removed] was at Mary Washington Hospital as much as she was at Paramount. The food was good, her room, although a semi private was effectively private with no roommate, but she didn't participate in any activities. Cleanliness was great, too.

What we like the most about the community is that [name removed], the man in charge is caring, comforting and understanding of the needs of the residents. He's a large reason why we are here. Yes we would recommend this community to other families.
