My father passed away in late June, by the way. Paramount of South Hills was an EXCELLENT place for us to spend his last year with him. From the administrators to the caregivers, they welcomed us like family here.

I feel like they really care about my grandfather and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The care at Paramount has been wonderful. The staff is caring and residents are well cared for. The food is very good and someone will help resident eat when needed. I would recommend to anyone with an aging parent.

My family toured Paramount after visiting several other senior apartments in the area. We were looking for a place for our elderly friend. Upon entering Paramount the first thing we noticed was how clean the building was and it smelled nice. Our tour was outstanding. [name removed], in the marketing department, was simply pleasant. She greeted us with a warm smile and bright eyes. She took her time with each of us and answered all our questions. Everyone made us feel very welcome, and the seniors seemed to be very happy. Everyone was very clean and dressed well. We chose Paramount for her. Elaine and the staff went over and beyond. Thank you Paramount.

I like the community and the workers. No complaints about anything at Paramount.

Things are going well! ( so far ??)! Paramount is a very clean place and the staff is fantastic! I couldn't ask for any more. The facility is very clean! The staff is very helpful, friendly,will to help with all my mom's needs. I would most certainly recommend Paramount Lancaster County to others.

Six month discount was great. Paramont is a very nice place. They gave us a special six-month discount. Then the monthly rate was $[removed] a month. Well then someone who took over in less than a year our cost were bumped up to $[removed]. Don’t know if we can sustain this. May have to make another decision

We moved my grandmother into this facility for a short term, 60 day stay. The staff was absolutely amazing and the nursing management communicated with me weekly about her status. She told us all the time how great the food was, and talked about her Bingo prizes weekly! The whole team at Paramount was just a dream come true, they made it so much easier for us during this time and once she was settled, we were quite comfortable with her there. I wish we could have kept her there long term, but she ended up moving out of state with other family members. Truly top tier care from my standpoint.

What our family likes the most about the community is that the staff has been very attentive and informative the entire time he has been there. They are always very friendly when we walk through. The facility is always clean and doesn't smell.

I would recommend this facility. Mom says it feels much more like her own apartment than a nursing home.

Excellent people, nice facility. Admissions and business office were very nice, director of nursing is accessible, staff is caring and responsive. My patient is very happy there! He has a large room and is making friends.

Love this new place. The staff are amazing and genuinely care about the residents. They are in the process of renovating and updating. There will be a brand new Memory Care section. It's going to be so nice.

My loved one was previously a resident at Paramount Senior Living at Newark and everything about the experience was great. We felt that she got excellent care while she was there. It's a great place. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The housekeepers keep the rooms clean and laundry done regularly. The staff keep in contact with any and all issues during day or night. They made the move in spot on. All the staff took time to talk to us about daily on goings. It was a great feeling knowing they have the best interest to our family. They have a great menu morning noon and dinner and if you like something different, they will make it. I highly recommend the Paramount to any family that wants the BEST for their loved ones. We Love the place. From our initial conversation on a Thursday to the move in on Saturday was great.

Everything and everyone has exceeded my expectations. My sister has been happy with the food. Every single person I have worked with has been extremely friendly and helpful. They seem to really genuinely care about their patients and their well-being. I particularly like that they very actively post and share activities on social media so you can follow along with what is happening in real time.

Staff at this facility are wonderful! I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking.

Everyone was very kind. Good communication as to what was going on with my father. Even on the days I wasn't there they called me. The Hospice people were wonderful

We had a great experience at Paramount! The staff was wonderful and caring. They treated mom like she was family, especially at the end they were there for her. The building is very clean. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

My grandmother lived at Paramount Polaris for several years. I absolutely loved the employees there. They took very great care of my grandmother in every way possible. The Director of Nursing [name removed] was exceptional!! She goes above & beyond. It's a very family, friendly atmosphere, & the employees treat residents like family members. The facility is always clean and smells great. The building is less than 3 years old so it's very safe and Beautiful. It's was an exceptional experience and I was afraid at first but Paramount did everything possible they could and I couldn't thank them enough!!

I very much enjoyed my tour at Paramount Senior Living. Hannah was so thorough and explained everything in great detail. My sister and I were so impressed with the facility and staff that we met. I had many concerns before meeting [name removed], but she alleviated mine and my sisters concerns. The building is beautiful.
