Amazing community with surprisingly good food. Staff is caring and kind. We are grateful that we found the community when we did. Can take residents with high needs. Very clean as well. Generally happy with care.

There is a serious lack of quality senior care in the world today, but that is not true at Paramount. The facility is so clean, the staff are friendly and professional. I can honestly say I would recommend Paramount to anyone looking for quality care and an excellent place to live.

We are having an excellent experience at Paramount Senior Living at South Hills. The move-in process was smooth and they were VERY accommodating! Housekeeping is constantly present (I have seen a trash can emptied five times in one day), with full cleaning: in addition to the bathroom and trash, thorough attention to all furniture surfaces and complete floor cleaning. The food is forced to be bland for the sake of low-sodium residents, but they provide salt for you to use. The menu is varied and I notice a big effort to get lots of potassium foods in there (important for the seniors' needs), as well as good protein and fiber. The staff watch carefully how much residents are eating and do what they can to both help the resident and to inform the family member, if the family takes an interest. I definitely recommend Paramount Senior Living at South Hills to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Paramount Senior Living at Lancaster County and most everything at this facility was great for her. However, the facility is understaffed. The response time from the staff members to a resident's help call/request was problematic. I will say that the housekeeping, communication with the family, move in process and meals were all excellent.

What our family likes the most about the Paramount Senior Living at Chambersburg Road community is the location. Our family can visit and rent on of the apartments for [fee removed] for a night for that price.

The staff at Paramount Senior Living at Chambersburg Road are very friendly and very professional. They truly care about their residents. My sister is treated well and is comfortable at this facility. It is a comfort to know that she is in good hands when we cannot be there to assist her. Everything has been great at this facility. I would recommend Paramount Senior Living at Chambersburg Road to others.

According to our loved one the meals would get a 3 out of 5, and with the activities they also get a 3, although my aunt is not one to participate,. I never saw much going on in the activities room. Not even sure there is an activities director. I always felt safe and didn't worry about her there. The care was very good when she went in as needing more help. She was always checked on and taken care of. Overall, I am happy with her stay. I never worried if she was ok, and if I did, [name removed] was just a call away. I would like for her to stay, but she is hell bent on leaving! She says that it's too much money to just sit in her room. And she hated the lack of privacy. No one knocking, house keeping just walking in on her. She's a very private lady. If anyone needed a place, I would not hesitate to guide them your way, as long as they didn't like to mix and mingle.

They did an excellent job in caring in all aspects caring for my mother. [name removed] the representative was so compassionate and loving to my needs at the time moving my mother from out of state to PA.

There is no complaints. We are grateful for their care. We picked this community because it was a good fit for our loved one. They offer personalized, and compassionate care.I would recommend to others.

We picked this community for our loved one, because of the price, professionalism, cleanliness, and full time staff no temps. I don't have a single bad thing to say. It's fantastic.

My sister is a resident at Paramount Senior Living at Fredericksburg. So far, her experience here has been great. We're very happy with everything so far. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

It's expensive but compared to other places, it would be my number one recommendation. We picked this community, because it was availiable, they had openings, another family member spent time there. Overall , I would recommend to other families.

They are in constant contact with us regarding my mother's care. The rooms are cleaned daily and are spacious. It's a beautiful setting. Residents can move from skilled to personal or the other way around as necessary. Breakfast is very good. My mother said that they need more variety, less chicken. She also commented about not enough desserts??, but she has a sweet tooth. They do have snacks in the kitchen available at all times as well as small sodas in the refrigerator.

They do provide activities, but we don't use them as much. We picked this community because,It was available when we needed it. I would recommend to other families.

They're doing really well with my family member. This is the second place we've had him at, and we like it a lot better. It's half the price. The building is nicer. The staff are good people. [name removed], the head nurse has been really helpful to us. And [name removed], his caregiver has been great. I'm really pleased with his care. Also, he's a picky eater, and he likes the food there.

Nurse aides were not the friendliest, but the nurses and medication aides were amazing. Knowledgeable nursing staff and administrators. Excellent value.

This facility would be a good choice for your loved one. They residents are provided with three meals a day plus snacks. They offer a whole range of activities to religious services, nail polishing, bingo and other games, music, movies, entertainment come in, they like the family's to come in for activities as well.

When I walked into Paramount Senior Living of Peters, we noticed that it was clean and bright, but seemed somewhat crowded. My loved one would not care for so many people out and about, as she is more of a private person. I think it really comes down to service. I did not get a chance to reviewed any type of service, but the facility was very clean and bright.

Everyone is so kind to my mom and pays special attention to her needs and wants. She seems very content and that makes this transition so much easier to bear. She always seems to be in a good mood and speaks highly of everyone caring for her.
