I found them to be very attentive. Also, it's smaller than some of the senior housing, which allows them to put that attention on your loved ones as opposed to a place that's much larger.

Finding the right place for our 82 year old mother became imperative as her needs progressed. Our 84 year old father had been providing all of her care and it had become too much, as mom has Alzheimer’s related dementia. Paramount has been fabulous! Right from the start communication was open, friendly, and comprehensive. The staff is always available to answer questions. Best of all, we are confident that our mom is being taken care of in a safe, professional, and caring environment.

Very nice and engaged staff, but it does not have a skilled nursing unit.

My LO has been at Paramount for six weeks and has settled in nicely. The staff there are very friendly and attentive to the residents. The facility is kept very clean. We wanted a smaller facility (patient to staff ratio) and the size seems to be just right. As with anywhere, you need to be your LO’s advocate if something isn’t right but Paramount has immediately addressed all my concerns. So far so good!

5 stars all the way around! It is a great place and we were very happy with the care our loved one received there. The staff are very friendly and caring. A large number of staff too in the memory care unit. She was rather difficult to deal with, but the staff were always patient with her.

Staffing is good-they are very courteous to the residents-and communicate well with the families. The facility is very clean neat and organized - we have no regrets picking paramount

The daily care staff really care about the residents. There are ALL levels of care and everyone is loved and cared for equally. Rooms are nice sized with a counter (holds a personal fridge and small microwave) and has small sink and cabinet space just inside the room's door and the bathrooms have plenty of space for those using walkers or wheelchairs.

They have a very friendly staff, keep the place clean, and are helpful when I have questions about health problems. My mom enjoys living there, too.

I have never tried the food there, but it looked good. Everything else I experienced was at least 5 or better. I would highly recommend the place. Unfortunately, my dad was only there a short period of time before passing away.

She's getting good care here but it's extremely expensive. I wish it didn't cost so much and it's hard to watch her money disappearing with each monthly payment.

The management and staff at Paramount Senior Living/Chambersburg Road are very kind, patient, and respectful. The management was very honest and explained everything at a level that my parents understood. The independent living and rehab facilities are outstanding and the campus or property is beautifully maintained. Patients and residents (and their families) are treated with care and compassion. We are very pleased and very relieved that our parents are safe in a cottage there.

My diabetes is under control. I feel safe and well cared for. The nursing care is excellent.

I am always warm enough almost every person is nice to me. I enjoyed several new friends. I enjoy the protestant religious service.

The facility is very accommodating they are available to answer any question at anytime .. residents rooms are cleaned everyday. Staff very caring toward residents and family . Overall experience is great, considering the circumstances. They do a good job with cleanliness. Almost all the staff is very kind and helpful. Most know her name on sight. I won't ruin the grade on a couple of them. They call with anything going on and pills seem to be on time. Mom is not to satisfied with half of the meals, but she isn't starving. There are plenty of religious visitors, but usually only 1 activity per day, mostly games. Value for cost I feel is good, with my limited knowledge of other facilities prices. It is expensive everywhere.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facility is very clean. They offer multiple activities and make sure everyone feels included. They foster resident friendships and welcome new people with open arms.

Very nice place you are kept up to date on what's going on with the person that is in there. Staff is friendly and very easy to talk to.

Overall, the experience has been very good. We picked this community, because it looked great and did not have time to check anywhere else. Only given 12 hour notice she had to go to another facility form Ohio. Supposed to give 48 hours notice for relocation, but the Ohio facility messed up.
