Paramount Senior Living

We really liked Paramount at Bethel Park. It was a close 2nd out of all the places we toured. Our decision was more about location than anything else.

I have already recommended the community to others. It may take time for your loved one to adjust to a new place. However, the staff from maintenance, to the activities director, to the administrative staff really care about the residents. They have recently started to allow visitors and children to visit our loved ones in the community.

Our loved one had a short stay here. This has been a better experience for us than other communities I've been in.

I would definitely recommend Paramount Senior Living of Peters Township to other families who are looking.

We were familiar with Paramount from when we were looking for my mom. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. My dad ended up needing more care than they were able to provide we found out before he moved in, but they still kept in touch with us and checked in on him. The facility itself is smaller and more personable. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones, especially for the memory care. We have seen remarkable improvement with our loved one. The staff our attentive towards our loved one and keep them engaged and stimulated in activities.

I believe they are a little short staffed. The community is fine. The only problem is the location isn't convenient to visit. There is a nice view from all the resident's rooms. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I would tell others to take a look into the community as it is a nice one. The staff are very prompt with any questions or concerns I have. They are very friendly and willing to assist me. There is a gazebo out front and they have benches for the residents to use. You are able to visit your loved one in their rooms now.

We are really pleased and impressed with Paramount Senior Living. I would tell others that the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. No matter what time we were able to get through to a staff member. The residents seemed happy here. They had an ice cream get together each day at 3 pm. It was great for the residents. This is a smaller community and has a friendly atmosphere.

During COVID my father wasn't eating and the staff went out and got my dad a sandwich. There were issues with records and Paramount went above and beyond to make sure they could assist my loved one in getting into Paramount.

The community took excellent care of my loved one and they did a good job during this pandemic. When he passed away I would have like to be informed That we are charged until we get the belongings out of the room. I would recommend this community to others

The communication between the staff and the family is very good. I have no complaints so far. I would recommend this community to others

Our loved one really seemed to enjoy the meals there, and they were really on top of our loved ones care.

The community is very good at keeping the families updated with communication about the pandemic and the residents. There aren't a lot of activities for the residents to choose from to participate in.

We looked at a lot of facilities and we chose this one because I had visited another woman I knew here. It is a beautiful setting and backs into the trees which really stuck out to me, it was very comfortable and more home-like. My husband was at another facility and could no longer take care of him so we moved him to Paramount senior living because they could better care for him here. They were very accommodating to his food needs as well. It is a smaller community so the care is more individualized. My family came from all over and they always made special accommodations for us to visit him. I would recommend to others looking.

I checked out 7 or 8 other facilities and I ended up choosing Paramount Senior Living because it was very clean, everyone was friendly, and the rooms were very pleasant and good sized. It was all around just very attractive. I have eaten here one time, and the food was very good. I would and have recommend this facility because we have been very pleased with our experience here.

I would recommend Paramount Senior Living to others for their loved ones. The staff cares about the residents. The room is very nice and accommodating for my loved one. The food is delicious and nutritious.
