Such a warm, clean, and fun filled place! I love all of the music and entertainment. I also think that the pool and exercise room are wonderful. My dad has lived here for about three years now. It’s a great place!

I like living here as the staff is always willing to help you. And the residence are happy and like each other. We have many activities the month long. I have lived here for over 4 1/2 years. I have made many friends.

Everyone was fantastic, knowledgable, inviting and helpful! We were able to easily find a solution and my mom just moved in yesterday!! She is excited to become part of this friendly, active community and enjoy her life more.

Unique and smaller facility with only a few floors. Beautiful dining and event spaces on the 3rd floor. All the residents we engaged with were quite happy and willing to speak about how much they liked living there. We are actively considering a new home at this independent living complex.

After touring several options, Cogir became my new home. The eight years here have been rich with opportunities to try new things. I started the Cogir Players and produce plays with a resident cast several times a year. I'm learning to paint and have become pretty good at billiards. There are always gluten free options and daily exercise sessions. My garden in the Courtyard is a joy. I can see it out my window!

The staff is dedicated, kind, and helpful. The food is consistent in quality and variety. Cleanliness is great, and Dad's room is exactly suited to his needs. I have recommended Solista to other people.

At 81 in Oct 2025 I moved from my acreage home of 53 years to The Lofts 2 bedroom apartment. The staff has been kind and truly understanding of how difficult this change has been for me. The fellow residents have been welcoming and I've enjoyed the opportunity of accessible outings including a trip to Mexico! It hasn't all been easy, but The Lofts have helped me continue my independence while being surrounded by any help I may need.

Love the community. Great staff who go above & beyond for residents. Such a welcoming atmosphere. Right by the lake & quiet neighborhood.

The overall experience is good to excellent. Indoor common areas are clean and maintained, outdoor areas are being repaired. Clean pathways Staff and residents are friendly. This is strictly independent living. The food is. Excellent. Many choices. Many outings activities, enrichment opportunities. Great value. All inclusive. My mother is very happy here after 2 months.

[name removed] was amazing and answered all of our questions. He even offered to let us stay for lunch to sample the food. Activities seemed to be plentiful. We were also able to see a unit being flipped so we could compare the size. I would recommend them to others - I was impressed with the look how it didn't feel like a nursing home.

[name removed] the CR Director did an excellent joy in presenting the value of this facility. If I had to pick one Independent Homecare today I would choose Solista Charlotte.

Staff, facilities etc =5, very helpful and understanding. Move-in well coordinated and staff provides continuous support and communication. The Initial determination of total cost 4.5 mainly due to the time for the medical staff to fully assess.

The staff is friendly. The food has been good. The maid service once a week helps with cleanliness. And the apartment size is one of the biggest we have seen. All apartments include a balcony or patio

The person we met with treated my mom with great respect and support. The conversation was friendly and informative. We did not get to see the whole facility since during the intake meeting it was determined that my mom's memory issues were not to the level of the memory care that Orchard Pointe provides. They provided a recommendation for a local assisted living facility. My mom left there feeling like she had just made a new friend.

Very nice visit with both staff and residents. There were abundant amenities. I will be planning to return in the very near future.

Professional staff, friendly staff across departments, clean, dog friendly, outstanding warmth within the facility with smiles and resident hello and welcome.

We have been very happy with Cascadia Village. All the employees are very friendly and working with my sister who was not happy about having to move, to make her feel comfortable and encouraging her to come to some of the activities. Her studio apartment is one of the biggest I have seen in any senior care facility. Of course food is a complaint for her but she hasn't had much of an appetite for years. But they are always willing to fix her sandwich or something else. We have eaten with her several times and thought the food was good. And she always says "Let's have the ice cream ." She has a special needs son and they always make him feel welcome. I asked him recently if he thought his mom was getting to like it there and he said "Yes." So that means a lot for him to feel she's in a good place for her.

The gardens and in the planner boxes right in the corner at the very end. I like living here very much and the plants are a large part of my happiness and enjoyment in my life. Please continue to do the same things.

We recently toured Cogir of Morrison Ranch and absolutely loved it! From the beautiful surroundings and welcoming atmosphere to the friendly and caring team, everything about our visit exceeded our expectations. It was clear that the residents are genuinely cared for and that the staff truly take pride in creating a wonderful place to call home. We left our tour feeling excited and confident that Cogir of Morrison Ranch is exactly where we want to be. We loved it so much that we’re ready to move in!

Well, I enjoy living here. It’s very nice everything everyone is helpful. I have a garden bed and I enjoy puttering around in the dirt and we have wonderful activities. [name removed] does a wonderful job taking care of us and on trips he’s fabulous. Everyone is so kind even the residents are kind to each other. That’s perfect with each other and get along with each other.
