Mom and my family had the best experience there. Clean happy full of life. Great entertainment and very welcoming and encouraging all of us in the family to participate. My mother was only there 6 months but the love and support was great. I still go there to say hello to staff and residents.

The facility is beautiful, and all the staff has been truly friendly. They seem to care about the residents, and have been very approachable and ready to assist.

We had a great tour of Cadence. It was actually our second tour - we were looking at things a little more closely. [name removed] was excellent and answered all of our questions. We are in the process of applying for residence at Cadence.

We were received with a warm welcome, and are impressed with the staff and the facility and the way they explained their organization. They answered all our questions and gave us take home information.

The facility is very clean and attractive. The rooms are nice and functional. Meal was also excellent and service as well. I am looking forward to living there if a desireable room becomes available.

This is a very nice facility. It was clean and bright. The residents seemed happy and were busy with activities while I was there. Staff is friendly and engaged with the residents. There's a beautiful outdoor courtyard. Overall, I was impressed and wouldn't hesitate to place my loved one there.

Very clean, everyone couldn't have been friendlier. In meeting some of the staff, I sense the quality of care was top notch, and the value for the money was excellent. [name removed], the sales manager and I'm sure head of many other responsibilities, could not have been more helpful, professional, and welcoming. She fit the gold standard in my estimation.

The people were very inviting and kind. The residents seem pretty happy overall. My mom liked the place right from the beginning and is settling in well.

I toured for and with a friend. Everyone very friendly. The rooms ate very clean and grounds are homey. When it's my turn, for me, I would definitely choose Atria.

I moved my 93 year old aunt to Cogir 18 months ago. I'm very glad we did. The staff are uniformly warm and the place is always clean and well maintained. A special shout out to [name removed], a truly all star staff member who is dedicated and kind.

Was very small units for my budget. Have to go to a different building for meals. I just did not care for this place for independent living but look at it again for assisted living.

Very nice place. Clean and Sunny. Looks recently remodeled. Residents all look happy. Lots of things to do.

The staff is amazing. They know their tenants by name. They offer so many things for them to so. It is always clean, food us good, but the staff are the best!

[name removed] at the front was the main reason... she was the ultimate definition of excellence when it comes to customer service. She was patient, understanding, friendly, kind, empathetic, excellent at communicating the ins and outs of the facility and just all around wonderful to deal with.

What we like the most about the community is how friendly everyone is and the staff are prompt to answer any concerns we may have. We would absolutely recommend Cogir of Edmonds to other families.

The facility staff was the highlight for me. Everyone demonstrated genuine care and compassion, and forged a relationship with my mother. highly recommend Harvard Square. They provide an all inclusive plan for assisted living and their residents and friendly and engaging.

People are friendly. Activities are varied and plentiful. Food is great.

Overall, a very positive experience. They worked so hard to move quickly to facilitate a fast move-in for my parents. When a medical shift made the move infeasible, they worked just as hard and quickly to help me move out and return what funds they could. Through it all they were very professional and caring.
