The sales staff was not pushy, upfront about pricing and informative. The dining and menu is amazing, lots of choices. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful.

I would give them a 5. They did all we expected, our Mom just wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities they had to offer. We found all the staff members to be very friendly and they accommodated all our Mothers needs in a gentle and respectful manner. The facility is not new or decorated in the most current decor but it is extremely well maintained and we found the feel to be quite comfortable and appealing.

Great place and location. Loved the facility and staff. Broad amenities and events planned. Professional meal preparations. Very accommodating for Preston Herald who wasn't able to come down for meals. Unfortunately, this location did not allow mechanical patient lifts, which Preston required. So he was confined to his bed and not able to take advantage of the facility. As a result this location was not cost effective for our family.

This community feels warm and homey from the minute you walk in the door. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the residents all seemed really happy. The dining room has tons ofwindows and amazing natural light! Lunch was delicious and teh portions were perfect!

Cogir has been a life saver. My sister in law has improved since we moved her to cogir. She loves the food and says all the ladies that help her are very nice.

No updates. The food is still questionable. The staff is super friendly. They do seem to have a lot of turnover (lower staff--servers, housekeepers, etc), but it's probably par for the course. The core staff has not changed.

All the employees seem genuine and eager to help you. I would recommend to others.

I have been here 7 months and it has been good. There have been a couple of minor issues, but those were quickly resolved. I was concerned about the food available because I have some food allergies. I found that my fears were unjustified. The kitchen staff can make necessary adjustments to most meals to meet dietary requirements. Also, aides can help with the taking of medications, if necessary. Including the administration of said meds. Or in setting up meds boxes. Aides are also available to aid in the taking of showers.

Totally give a 5. My mom is so happy there. And she is doing very well. I'd give a 10 but you said five was best. Actually my mom made the decision. I let her decide. She is of very sound mind and this is what she wanted. And seeing her so happy makes me happy

My Mom has been there for 7 months and is settled in nicely! The only concern she has had is about her food choices and her room being cleaned. I understand she is 90 and doesn't eat what is popular today and there is always going to be turnover when people work for you. Every time I visit I find ever

Upon entering the building we were greeted and provided information on the community. The time taken to tour the facilities and answer questions was outstanding. The actual rooms are spacious and can be made to feel like home! Thank you for the tour!

We toured Solista Charlotte on [date removed] and enjoyed the entire presentation. Our sales representative did a great job with the tour, showing us all while sharing stories about present and past residents.

Cogir at The Quarry earns 5 stars. When my 99-year old mother walks through the center, it's like she was entering Cheers. Everyone knows her name. The leadership team cares about the experience of their tenants. I haven't met a team member who isn't happy; that's the same happiness they show to their tenants. Amenities abound. There is a theater. There are exercise classes in the gym. The blackboard in the lobby shows the time for each of the day's events. Need your hair done? Try the on-site salon. Are you hungry? Try the Silver Falls Dining Room. Is it between meal times? Visit the cafe across the hall. Do you want to just sit and talk or read a book? The fireplace is part of a two-story common area. When we brought my mom here, she said, "Take Me Home." Now she says, "I am home."

Everyone was great there, you were great helping. Herb absolute love the place. It was a easy process.

The apartment itself very spacious, modern appliances, disposal, large stainless steel sink, nice stove, spacious counters, a sit up bar to eat bathroom bas Very adequate more than adequate grab bars, washer and dryer in each apartment. Bus with a lift. Very courteous and helpful front desk always on the ball. Call button I'm each room of our apartments where we press the button in the morning when we get up and if we don't get it pressed they call us. If they can't get us they come to our apartment to make sure we are all right a very nice safety feature, and it shows caring on their part for each one of us. This is a hustling bustling place people seem to have lots of smiles lots going on here with activities. The independent manager is very helpful and friendly our director is great she has a heart.

When we visited, we always felt like it was a very pleasant atmosphere and the patrons all seemed like they were happy. My father-in-law's apartment was always clean and he talked positively about the food. We never had any issues when we thought it was a very nice place for him to stay.

Staff very friendly. I left with a good impression of Harvard Square. I am new to this process so was seeking information and learning from the experience.

The sales person was exceptional. I would definitely recommend to others. The facilities are nice, calm, quiet, clean; there are so many activities and the transportation support is also very helpful. We really like that Corso Care is there and can help us provide additional support to our mum. Everyone was absolutely friendly and welcoming. We like the one bedroom apt for our mum too; the outdoor patio is so much appreciated. We also like the convenience of Solista's location.

Cadence is extremely well run. Like night and day compared to her previous facility. I highly recommend it!
