Everyone has been friendly and attentive since the day my mom moved in. The services have been above and beyond what we expected. Every staff member has been cheerful and willing to help with whatever she needs.

From the moment we connected with The Terrace at Beverly Lake, we knew we were in caring, capable hands—and that is all thanks to [name removed]. She is an absolute gem of a human being. Her warmth, compassion, and genuine passion for what she does radiate through every interaction. [name removed] didn’t just answer our questions—she made us feel seen. She treated our family like her own, taking time to understand our needs, our concerns, and our hopes. It’s so rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do, but with [name removed], it’s undeniable. She lives and breathes this work, and her kindness and sincerity made all the difference during what could have been an overwhelming time. Because of her, we found not just a beautiful and supportive community at The Terrace at Beverly Lake—but also peace of mind and confidence that our loved one will be surrounded by people who care deeply. [name removed] did a great job helping me through the admissions process, she was in constant contact with me showing me that Cogir wanted my mom and was willing to make the process as seamless as possible.

The community is full of things to do since it's right next to the Vancouver Mall for shopping, with lots of restaurants for dining. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The facility is very well kept and they respond to repair changes quickly. The staff tries to be friendly but my brother is a loner and isn't very talkative. They are always kind and positive. The gal that cleans his room is really nice. My brother doesn't choose to participate in any activities but from what I can tell there is a good variety and if he'd give them a try he'd enjoy them.

Everything except the last two are five I'm told repeatedly there is not enough activities when I look it seems like there are enough, but she is not a joiner so and as for the value, you know, I was kind of under the impression if you're sharing a room you know that's like a 50-50 but that's not the case so we actually we're still paying 2/3 of the full rate we've been actually looking around. The staff are amazing all of them. They do keep me informed they take very good care of my mom. The food she says is very good. All the meals that I've seen look very good.

She is so happy, as am I! Thank you. What we like the most about Solista Yakima is The people, food ,and presentation of the facilities! Cleanliness too! Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on our experience

It's a very nice community, however, my husband was kidnapped from the facility by my step children even though it was in his file that he was not to leave the grounds with them. So if that is an issue with families that disagree about placement this is not the best placement. There is someone at the front desk, but they don't necessarily monitor resident visitors and follow family wishes.

What I appreciate most was the staff's training and knowledge of residents memory care needs: they way they calm the residence, and direct them away from potential issues. Overall, I'd describe the experience as extremely positive. Not having been in a situation like this, they was they kept me informed and helped walk me through the processes, and the treatment of the residence's is very reassuring, and gives me piece of mind that I made the correct choice!

The atmosphere or environment is great and very inviting. The staff is great also. Nothing comes to mind for improvements at this time.

The staff is amazing!! They all have found their calling. It takes a special kind of person to do their job and I'm so happy we found them.

I like the fact that it is still almost brand new. It's a beautiful facility in a great area. Your staff in the memory care unit are amazing. They are patient and kind and very attentive. The food from the in-house chefs is amazing and it has great freeway access.

Much of the staff has been there a long time. But they recently lost their activities director who was a real dynamo. So, that void remains. They have lovely buffets on holidays - tho pricey ($[removed]). But on some days the meals are very underwhelming. And many folks need more care than they get, but presumably the family has not signed up for that level of care - hard to see. I have to say the rooms are very nice, the grounds are nice and it is a nice place to visit. But they do need that activity position filled. And the team there is great, the head chef is amazing!!

What I like the most about Cogir of Sonoma Senior Living is the people, my apartment, the beautiful courtyard with all the flowers and plants, the food -- almost everything. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families

They were so helpful making our family feel comfortable and welcome. They answered all our questions and truly seemed to want the best for my dad. Response time was amazing for a large facility! In particular, the health aides, maintenance man [name removed], and nurse [name removed] are outstanding!

All 5s...but it is a retirement community. Will need an acceptance for CNA (Better@Home). They are friendly, to all of the residents. It is a great community. They have various apartment sizes. My loved one has a studio and they have 1 and 2 bedrooms.

Transitioning my dad to independent living was hard but not because of the location. The staff here goes above and beyond to help make the experience as easy as it can be. Dad’s apartment is great. Spacious and bright. Wonderful patio. [name removed] made the process so much better with personal touches and a kind heart for the residents but also for the family involved as well. She is wealth of information! I hope Dad loves it here for a long time.

Although in independent living they do verify wellbeing daily. they are reducing some benefits and residents are apparently complaining. The facility is very nice. Lots of activities. Everyone is very friendly.

We've been very happy with their care of my sister. Her ALS gives them extra challenges, but they've been very responsive when there needs to be changes or issues arise.

Communication is great. They take great care of my grandmother. They take her over to memory care everyday so she's not sitting alone in her apartment for no extra cost. When my grandfather was at the end of life they were there for the entire family. Bringing food and coffee to the room so we could all be with him as he passed. They really have went above and beyond
