The care is excellent - the caregivers are helpful and friendly and having nurses available 24/7 is great. The dining room food is average but the availability of cook to order lunches and dinners is excellent. There are a lot of activities. The facility is clean. Her apartment has an efficient layout/size which makes it comfortable and perfectly adequate. Occasionally the front desk staff is not responsive to requests.

When we realized our dad could no longer live alone safely and needed medication management, we wanted a place where he would be cared for with dignity, kindness, and respect. Cadence has far exceeded every expectation. Clean, welcoming, and well maintained, the beautiful grounds create a peaceful setting for residents & visitors. The staff are consistently prompt, helpful, responsive, and genuinely compassionate. Not once have I felt like a bother when asking questions or requesting help. What stands out most is how much the staff truly care about the residents and their families. They make every effort to keep us informed and involved in our dad's care and activities. They've even helped personalize his room by hanging pictures and creating a space that feels like home. The activities are varied, engaging, and fun, giving residents opportunities to stay active and connected. Knowing our dad is safe, cared for, and treated with genuine kindness gives us tremendous peace of mind.

I got a warm welcome and all the residents looked happy. Clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by a lake, walking paths and places to sit and enjoy the views.

We looked around for a parent and this place is in a great neighborhood on the lake. It was so pretty. The reception was welcoming and kind. Residents were quick to tell me what a great place it is to live.

Definitely a five star facility! Excellent staff, best place we toured, great residents and my mom has already made a bunch of friends! Very welcoming, and amazing large balcony rooms! A must have for my plant mother. My mom has already fit in nicely with the puzzle group. And is looking forward to get started with the plant group as well!

[name removed] was wonderful, they invited us to lunch and had an ambassador [name removed] that dined with us and introduced us to other residents and showed us around. The entire time we were there we felt very welcome.

The sales/marketing manager, [name removed], went over and beyond to help us move my mother, [name removed], to Solista. Everyone there was helpful, accommodating, friendly and gracious during this difficult and stressful time. The facility was well cared for and clean and appealing. We appreciated how things were run.

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and welcoming environment! The only issue I had with the administrative staff is that they did not schedule a meeting with me to explain all the services. For example, the code to get in after 7 pm and where that back entrance is located. Or, can someone notify me when supplies are getting low? Things like that. The front lobby is very nice and provides an opportunity for people to gather and visit. The Bistro Cafe by the front lobby is super nice. They are dog-friendly!!!!

Cadence is an outstanding facility with assisted living and memory care, first rate. Staff are friendly and they have a welcoming ambiance.

I had a lovely tour at Cogir of Morrison Ranch. What a lovely community with happy engaged residents. The lake and grounds are so beautiful. I also had lunch and the food was delicious. All the staff I met were so friendly. I would highly recommend visiting this community if you are looking.

Beautiful community located in a lake front neighborhood. There are a lot of walking paths and outdoor spaces to enjoy the Arizona weather. The staff and resident are very friendly and the residents said they love the food here. Before making a final decision for your loved one, this is a MUST to check out first,

Mom is very happy with her choice. After many tours of other facilities, the moment she stepped through the doors of the Windham she said she had a good feeling and that has turned out to be true. Mom loves her apartment and has had wonderful interactions with residents and staff. She has had great meals and appreciates the housekeeping staff. She had wanted a 2 bedroom apartment and now that she has moved into the 1 bedroom she says she has enough space. She is just getting into some of the activities. Yesterday she did an exercise class for strength and balance and liked the class. So far her experience is good.

Beautiful, Clean, Fun and great food and hospitality!! The care is very attentive and well managed. There are lots of activities for residents to be a part of and feel included.

It always smells very clean when I enter the building. All the residents that I had encountered seem happy. [name removed] was very caring when I was registering my father in law. He really sees to care a lot about all of the residents. All other staff are friendly when I see the in the halls.

I love this community and the location. The residents and staff were so friendly and everyone I met genuinely seemed happy and engaged. The food was delicious and provided a variety of options. The care team answered all my questions and I felt comfortable knowing my loved one would be in good hands. Highly recommend!

They have a warm caring staff who treat every resident with dignity and respect. The food is outstanding. The physical surroundings are nice with lots of windows and a beautiful outdoor sitting area. They have taken extremely good care of my husband. Your organization was even more of a lifeline by guiding me through the entire extremely stressful process of finding a place. Every place I went to visit was exceptional. Your organization is truly a gift.

So far our experience has been great being about one month. We would rate a 5. What we like the most about the community is the excellent food, the cleanliness of the facility, the courtyard and everyone is friendly. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

It is clean, modern, attentive, and quality. Mom and Dad report staff and residents alike are very friendly.

After visiting other communities, we feel fortunate that your community currently has a room available on the first floor, located very close to the common areas. We think this would be very convenient for my mother-in-law. Its location would make it much easier for her to leave her room for short walks, participate in activities, and access the cafeteria. We believe this convenient setting would encourage her to remain active, engaged, and socially connected.
