Cogir Senior Living

Very pleased with the cleanliness and the residents were happy all three times that we visited the facility. The apartment style room fits our mother's needs nicely and family was also very welcomed.Nurses on hand at the facility is exactly what we were looking for. Our beautiful 92 year old mother will love the warm, safe and comfortable environment. Dropping off a loved one in an unfamiliar area is very worrisome however after repeated visits, we her children and grandchildren would live there ourselves. We are very happy.

I have lived at the lofts for 3 years now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer many activities. The staff activity people are very helpful. And make you feel wanted here. They also take you to medical appointments and bring you home. The staff who take care of the lofts ,their always helpful when you need them.

I took my father to tour this facility recently and was very impressed. The inside and the grounds were both clean and pleasant to look at. The staff we encountered were friendly and positive and greeted us with a smile each time. The residents we saw were all happily engaged in activities or conversations. We even stayed for lunch and enjoyed a lovely meal and more wonderful service by the staff. My father is looking forward to being a resident here and making some new friends.

Enjoyed the visit. Very clean and the tour was very refreshing. [name removed] showed my brother and me the entire facility. I was so impressed with the staff, the amenities and the offerings for the residents. I’m totally sold and am waiting for my brother to decide whether or not he wants to move there.

The service and staff were great. They were so good with my mother. They took good care of her and went above and beyond to hep her. The facility is beautiful and very clean and eye catching.

When visiting Cogir, three things were apparent: 1. There is joy and laughter among the staff which tells me they like working there. 2. The staff knows the residents by name, seeks them out for a friendly chat, and cares for them with respect and compassion. 3. The facility is cheery, welcoming and well maintained.

Everything was great, solid tour and breakdown of the facility and services. My Grandmother was a resident about 18years ago and she enjoyed it. My past experiences were positive, as was this one. We are still in the waiting phase on the final decision. WSL is definitely a possibility.

Everyone here was so welcoming and kind. The friend I visited seemed well taken care of and seemed to have made a few new friends too. Everyone we passed said hello and introduced themselves and took a moment to see how we were doing. I enjoyed lunch with my friend and the food was delicious! They had a few different options to choose from and all of them sounded good! I enjoyed the Pot Roast. The workers were nice and friendly to everyone. They seem to genuinely care about everyone in the building. I look forward to my next visit.

The staff were friendly, helpful and are problem solvers. The layout of Bellingham at Orchard is spacious, honey and they have three courtyards! It seems that there are activities both indoor and outdoor with new ones being tried.

Cogir of Morrison Ranch is a beautiful community with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The lakeside setting is peaceful and inviting and the team truly cares about creating a place where residents feel comfortable, valued, and at home. It's a wonderful community with a strong sense of connection, compassion, and genuine care.

When I toured Cogir at Glenwood I felt immediately that this was the place for me. The facilities were clean and inviting, the apartment we toured was spacious and well appointed. Several if my criteria were met. I wanted an in unit washer and dryer, a complete kitchen and some outdoor space. These needs were met. I ate lunch at one of the three restaurants and my meal was tasty. As I’m a movie fanatic, I appreciated their good sized movie theater and that there are eight movies shown each week. They have a ton of activities a week also that should appeal to anyone interested. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move into Cogir at Glenwood.

Cogir at The Narrows is a beautifully decorated and landscaped facility in a walkable neighborhood very close to the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. The staff is friendly and responsive. My father-in-law is in Assisted Living and his unit was recently updated, so it looks almost new. Everything is accessible to him, which is important because he has limited mobility.

We moved our Mom almost 3 years ago into Cogir Mill Creek. A Place for Mom was a blessing in helping us to find a safe and top notch new home for our Mom. Cogir has really worked out well. Mill Creek is a great location with a fun town with close by amenities./services. Cogir has recently spent a lot of time and money on improvements and the planned activities keep the residents engaged. The food is good with some really good. Soups are outstanding and the daily salad bar is diverse and fresh. The assisted living staff has high turnover but they are doing the best they can and it appears to have improved over time. The rest of the staff is friendly, efficient andI overall great. I would definitely recommend Cogir. My Mom is happy there and that’s what’s most important.

I moved to Cogir Mill Creek almost 3 years ago. I started out on Assisted Living then transitioned to Independent Living… I could not be happier with the transition. The facility is very well maintained, staff are helpful and nice, food is good, activities are fun. I would definitely recommend.

As a caretaker for my husband of 33 yrs, I had to make a difficult decision to place him in a retirement community that met his unique needs. It was very difficult and, at times, overwhelming because there are so many issues to be considered. Having [name removed] hear my needs and concerns, provide comfort and much needed education was instrumental in me being able to find the best place for [name removed]. I'm eternally grateful!

Facility is well run. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Residents are warm and friendly, by and large. Only drawback is the Wi-Fi., it slow down hard to connect to.

My sister and I really liked this facility. Nice rooms, busy activities calendar, nice amenities. Due to ongoing construction parking was a challenge.

My Mother's experience has been great so far. She really loves her stay at Solista. She's has her own community of people in her age group. I would recommend to others.

All 5s (fives) - I'm very happy with the placement! The staff is caring, communicative, and helpful. The clients seem happy and engaged. I feel very lucky to have my Mom in a safe and healthy environment - I never worry that she isn't being taken care of!
