Overall Experience is 5 stars. Very pleased with caring, efficient staff. Excellent food, lots of activities of interest for residents. 2 lovely outdoor areas filled with flowers. Live music every week.

The staff has been very helpful as far as getting him things for his room, a desk and additional lighting. He goes out on excursions, also to movies. He is very stubborn and they keep him calm even when he has little fits of temper. They helped me get him on Medicade the first if the year. We are now divorced and he has no money. Overall I think they are very helpful and supportive.

We moved my friend to Cogir of San Rafael from another facility. What a difference! Actually, there is no comparison. She is living instead of existing. She is happy and has the freedom to wheel around the community in her chair. Thank you all for your passionate care and helping her to live fully. We are so very grateful!!

The community is so friendly and I would recommend it to everyone. I love it here! It's a lovely place to live with delicious food.

It seemed, clearly, a well run community. Clean, bright, and "open" feel. Appreciate the tour and definitely to keep in mind for the upcoming possible move for my dad... now [Age Removed]

Overall the tour was very good. We were shown a variety of different living options. Many were in a park like environment. The tour director did a professional job of answering questions. The downside of the living options was the physical location of most of them. Most are located on the side of a hill and present a potential falling hazard for people with balance issues.

Lovely visit, very professional, informative, helpful.....If I do decide to make the move to Virginia I would choose the Fillmore but I am also looking at places here in Ct.

My mom walked into the middle of their exercise class and started working out with them… while we were on a tour!!! Lol the ladies were so nice showing her the different moves. It is really nice and clean and the lunch was good. They have exercise groups every morning so my mom was sold on it!

[name removed] was very helpful. We were able to get the information we needed. We Like the facility a lot. Everyone was friendly. The most important part was my uncle liked it.

Very happy with the entire experience from staff, spacious living areas, dining both in quality with open table options and hours...feels more like a restaurant experience. The bottom line it is a place I would live and feel so comfortable knowing my parents are enjoying a great place.

I recently visited my aunt at Cogir of San Rafael Memory Care and had a very positive experience. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff were kind, respectful, and attentive, and it was clear they truly care about the residents. What stood out to me the most was how well the residents seemed to be taken care of. My aunt looked comfortable and happy, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s not always easy finding a place you can trust, but this visit left me feeling confident that she’s in good hands. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality memory care for a loved one.

I was touring Cogir for a family member who was looking at independent/assisted living facilities. Cogir looks like a wonderful place and my visit was really nice. Should my family member decide to go this route, I would definitely pick Cogir as their next residence.

Mom and my family had the best experience there. Clean happy full of life. Great entertainment and very welcoming and encouraging all of us in the family to participate. My mother was only there 6 months but the love and support was great. I still go there to say hello to staff and residents.

The facility is beautiful, and all the staff has been truly friendly. They seem to care about the residents, and have been very approachable and ready to assist.

I went and visited a friend at Where the Heart Is in Burlington, and what a transformation. I met the staff and was finally impressed. I was there about 6 or 7 months ago and from then to now, it is so much better now. The ED, Head Nurse and care givers are so much more on top of things and friendly. Nice smiles. Genuine heart for everyone. I don't exactly know what happened but whatever it was, was a good thing.

We toured Andara last month with my mother. It was our first tour in Arizona; she lives in Iowa so we saw some facilities there last year and they left much to be desired. The salesman made my mother feel at home and did a great job explaining the various activities and events offered throughout the week.

We had a great tour of Cadence. It was actually our second tour - we were looking at things a little more closely. [name removed] was excellent and answered all of our questions. We are in the process of applying for residence at Cadence.

We were received with a warm welcome, and are impressed with the staff and the facility and the way they explained their organization. They answered all our questions and gave us take home information.

The facility is very clean and attractive. The rooms are nice and functional. Meal was also excellent and service as well. I am looking forward to living there if a desireable room becomes available.
