I chose to move into Solista Milwaukie. I am happy living here. It's a clean, well-operated facility and the other residents are friendly & kind.

It's more like a neighborhood than a high rise. I Really like it. In fact I'm moving in [date removed]!!! Great place for my dogs and me.

Very clean, friendly and comfortable. Hostess was dynamic and everyone seemed to know her by name, and she knew their's.

5 stars. And it gets a 5 stars for price alone. There's nothing else anywhere close to it. It is independent living but I have all of the peace of mind that I would have if she were at an assisted living community. She wears an alarm that gives her 24/7 assistance if there is an emergency. And the activities really keep her mind and body active. And the staff really seems to listen. When the residents were not happy with some of the food options, they listened and made improvements.

The staff, particularly the move-in coordinator, carefully explained the facility and the steps for moving in. They were very accommodating to needs during the pre-move in and newly arrived period. A Place for Mom did a great job in determining alternative facilities and coordinating visits, as well as providing post-visit information.

The best thing about Solista is the staff. They are all friendly, nice, and caring.

We had a couple of issues with admin. Staff- also some staffing issues resulting in less than promised care/ the apartment is more than enough for my mom/ she is very happy there and likes it better than another Cogir she was at

Andara by Cogir has been a great experience for me. I love my apartment and the food has been great.

The whole facility is awesomely clean. Staff has been very helpful when we have needed to call. Love the library and the dining room, just gorgeous. Individual rooms are also very nicely appointed. A single is so perfect for my mom. Additionally, they have been able to have a Catholic priest come weekly to do mass. I know my mom has enjoyed the activities when she participates. I just wish she would participate more! I think that Solista is a great facility. I would have moved in if I lived in Yakima.

I love everything. The food is great, clean. The only problem is resident parking. There is not enough parking for staff, residents and nurse helpers.

We have had nothing but a good experience with Cogir. My mother is very happy there. They have had several management turn overs but it seems to have settled down as of late. They are clean, attentive always very nice with their occupants as well as with us when we visit. I have no complaints nor does my mother.

5 for all! The place is wonderful!! ALL of the staff are wonderful and very caring. They are absolutely the best! Regarding care, they are johnny on the spot. The food is delicious. There are a lot of options for food and they accommodate whatever you want. Cleanliness is an A+throughout the facility. Lots of activities and entertainment. They go overboard with the entertainment. It's absolutely awesome. There's no reason to be bored. The room is just like living at home. Beautiful balcony, has a washer and dryer in the room. Nice square footage. Very well kept up. Has a storage room on the balcony which is perfect. The staff hang your tv on the wall at no additional cost. They are always there and available for whatever your needs are.

My uncle has been very happy at Cogir. After only two months, he already feels at home and is receiving wonderful care from the staff. His studio apartment is surprisingly spacious, with a kitchenette, a large bathroom, and windows on three sides that provide plenty of natural light. He especially appreciates that the apartment is fully ADA compliant. After recently having a stroke, he needs to use a wheelchair whenever he becomes fatigued, so the accessible layout has made a significant difference in his comfort and independence.

We have had a great experience there. My mother in law has been there almost 2 months now and it is going well. It's a great apartment. She has plenty of room. Completely remodeled. There are plenty of activities. Nice dining room and the staff has been great.

Facility was clean and appeared well organized. The marketing personnel were friendly and well knowledgeable on facility, and value of respite care. Enjoyed the tour.

The community is so clean, bright and beautiful! You can get the vibe of the place as soon as you walk in. The smiles and the way the staff treats the residents with love and respect is not just for show. They genuinely care for them. I highly recommend this community!

Beautiful community, amazing staff. Activities happening daily, a lot of variety. Huge events. Incredible food selections. Clean, looks like new. Location, location, location. Morrison Ranch is top notch. Would refer to friends and family in a heartbeat. Residents praise the staff and all they do for/with them. Team morale is very high as well, a lot of long term employees.

I have toured several facilities and Cogir Vancouver was far and above the best place for my mom. The staff is friendly, the residents seem happy and the facility is updated, bright and has a cheerful atmosphere. Mom hasn't moved in yet so this is my first impression.
