Well, I enjoy living here. It’s very nice everything everyone is helpful. I have a garden bed and I enjoy puttering around in the dirt and we have wonderful activities. [name removed] does a wonderful job taking care of us and on trips he’s fabulous. Everyone is so kind even the residents are kind to each other. That’s perfect with each other and get along with each other.

Mom had a tough adjustment initially but felt like they supported her well. I still feel like we're figuring it out. But [names removed] have all been great. Mom moved from her big house where she lived for almost 40 years, so of course she feels it's small. But so far seems like it's good for her to be around more people, seems safe, friendly, forgiving to her if she gets confused, etc.

Solista is a great place, great people and I would recommend to anyone

I have lived here for a little over a year, and am quite content in my cozy one bedroom apartment. The other residents have been warm and welcoming and the staff is always patient, supportive and friendly. I find it centrally located, and the facility does provide transportation to shopping and medical services if needed.

We love our neighbors! So many nice people here, and we’re in a great location near the Mall. I have a real kitchen with nice appliances. We can enjoy access to activities and meals at our sister facility next door if we choose to. Happy hour twice a week with entertainment is a great way to meet your neighbors!

Very nice facility. Not a new facility but very well maintained! More renovations are currently underway which is great. Gives one a “homey” feel throughout the building. The rooms we visited were well-sized and very clean. Our host was well-versed into every aspect of facility versus our expectations and questions. Location of the facility is a plus, neighborhood was quiet and traffic does not appear to be a problem.

It’s home!!! That pretty much sums it up. I have made many real and genuine friends. I can always count on somebody. Especially [name removed] and [name removed]. My apartment is beautiful. I call it the tree house. My son moved me here from Sun City, Arizona 9 years ago. I’ve been so happy living at The Lofts. We just had a garage sale to raise funds for Alzheimer’s and I went around and beat my pot with a spoon to encourage people to donate. It’s such an important cause. The staff and residence are genuinely nice and kind people.

I live on the 4th floor and I have wonderful neighbors who are kind, and friendly. I particularly enjoy how quiet and peaceful it is in my apartment. I have a garden plot that i grow vegetables during the summer and I enjoy that very much. We gardeners share our bounty with each other, we tend to be an optimistic group with a healthy sense of humor. I would recommend The Lofts to anyome looking for a senior living environment.

The Lofts is a great place to live. I have lived here for many years and I'm very happy with my decision to move here. I like being able to come and go as I please, I have a garden, have garage parking, can swim in the pool, and participate in organized activities if I choose to. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and responsive. The price is right for what you have, compared to other facilities, that charge an arm and a leg or two. Highly recommended.

I have recently taken up residence at the Loft. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my time so far. I love the Staff and residents here. Everyone is so wonderful and I love all of the recreations that are offer. The meals are fantastic. I feel at home here.

This place it feels like home. Everyone that works here is so kind and they care so much about all the residents. The activities here are amazing we have creative classes in Bingo and drama classes and all kinds of things movies in the theater. One of my favorite things has to be the transportation. I don't like to drive but I love getting rides to my doctor's appointments the bank and all the different stores we go to during the week. Just a great place to live.

Everyone is so helpful. I’ve lived in senior living for the last five years. The last year has been at the lofts. I’m so happy that I moved here. The residents are so friendly and there’s always something to do. I love my apartment. It’s just perfect. The staff is just as kind and helpful too. I would recommend the lofts to anyone.

Great place. Residents are very friendly and are very hospitable to newcomers. Response to my request for apartment maintenance request was very good. Maintenance for a problem that involved the whole building was handled quickly. Easy access to mailboxes. Very comfortable with AC and heat. I feel very secure in this building as a code is needed to enter (very easy). Very easy to park and lots of space.

I have lived here 6 years and it is a great place to live. I would not want to live anywhere else. Great staff and so many activities to enjoy. I found this location on my place for moms. It is close to my family.

The staff are very friendly and efficient, they are generally quick when needed, the room is very spacious and clean, they have a lot of activities which my Mom really enjoys, the only thing slightly negative thing would be the food, we ate there a couple of times and it is ok, my Mon is ok with it, but it seems like they have the same menu items a lot, but overall a great place and my Mom is very happy there.

It is a beautiful place with lovely grounds. The staff was extremely accommodating. My in laws chose this facility from several that we visited. I would recommend the community to others.

I visited Solista before my brother moved in. I did a virtual tour of Solista first then an in person tour. The staff is absolutely amazing. They answered all of my questions. The entire facility was very clean while I took the tour and even after my brother moved in. We were shown all of the different areas with different things that were available for the resident to participate in as they have a monthly calendar with different activities for the residents. They have a restaurant still dining area where the residents can have their family come in and eat with them. The price for this is minimal. All you have to do is let the staff know. They are pet friendly. My brother is a Veteran. They have a community of Veterans which the facility will pair with another Veteran as the person while they are transitioning to the facility. Once the families decide to go with Solista then there is a sign welcoming the person who will be moving in to the facility. The cost of Solista is great too.

I have lived here for 9 years; I feel safe. Staff is caring. Many activities for residents. If something in apartment is not working, the maintenance people come and fix it. The commons areas are clean and attractive.

I have been very pleasantly surprised at how excellent the management and maintenance are. The housekeeping is outstanding. Every hallway, every common area is kept as neat as a pin. Food is not included in the rent, but is available in another part of the complex, and it is excellent. And because food is not included the lower rent makes the Lofts a great choice for my smaller budget.
