I would give Cogir West End a 5 star rating. I am very impressed with the staff who are always friendly and helpful. Would especially note [names removed] though I could give many other examples as well. Also i like the number of activities available for residents. I haven't eaten in the dining room but think the menu choices are creative and varied. My brother's apartment is perfect for him and has a living room, one bedroom, a mini kitchen, lots of storage and a large bathroom.

The marketing director was kind and gracious and very helpful. The facility looks wonderful. I am making a choice between the facility in Bellevue a facility in West Seattle and I also just discovered a facility in Green Lake.

Cogir of Brentwood is wonderful place. Very attentive staff, very clean, friendly with plenty of activities. Food selection good too. Really love the place. Apartments are nice too.

Quality of care so far seems to be a five. The cleanliness and friendliness are also a five as well as the administrative staff. The food itself is very good, but service is slow and not always responsive so a two and a half. Activities of five and value for the money a five.

The Director, [name removed] was knowledgeable, professional, kind and very gracious as she toured us through Cogir. The staff was engaged, polite and friendly with the residents. It had a really good vibe.

I thought the facility was great. The the residents were having happy hour during the time I was there and really seemed to enjoy the place.

Welcoming and very informative staff. Talked with us to get to know us and evaluate our needs. Clean, bright facility with happy residents. Lots of room outside to walk and enjoy the outdoors. Activities planned and posted for residents and their loved ones to see and plan for. Overall a very pleasant environment.

This was by far the most beautiful and well priced senior living facility that I have seen in the Puget Sound area. [name removed] was a wonderful, uplifting “tour guide” sharing her heartfelt joy that she had for the facility, staff and residents. I felt welcomed here from the moment I arrived until I finished the tour!

The apartments we toured were very nice, easy to move around and plenty of light. We’ve eaten several meals in the dining room which was pleasant and the residents being very friendly. The menu allowed you to choose from 4 different meals and each one we ate was very good. The management staff that showed us the apartments, building including all the public areas and the outside grounds. All the staff were professional and friendly. The office/leasing staff answered all our questions and asked us what our needs were and then showed us the units they felt would best suit our needs. They even considered our 2 puppies to make sure it would suit them too. I would highly recommend anyone to tour, have a meal and talk to the residents if you’re interested in this style of living in your retirement.

I loved everything about it and hoping that I can be a member of their community in the coming .days .They have every thing I could ever need and want especially to get myself somewhat back to where I envision for myself .. A special treat for a special lady. ME !!

It was a nice, clean place and the staff seemed very friendly. Cost seemed to be very reasonable with what was offered

The staff are nice, generally very receptive. My mom says the food is great. In the beginning she enjoyed all the activities it's just that now she's lost interest but I'm sure they are still good. It's very clean. From my research it's reasonably priced compared to similar. The other residents seem satisfied there as well I've never heard any complaints or seen anything negative.

The staff and residents were all friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and pleasingly fragrant. The tour went smoothly. They offered the available apartment options. We chose one that is perfect for my father, stepmother and two small dogs. It had just been renovated and offered outside access for the dogs. They answered questions and explained the paperwork beautifully. Maintenance and staff immediately addressed the maintenance and TV needs. Everyone was professional and courteous.

When we drove into the parking lot, we noticed that the facility's exterior was well maintained and attractive. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the receptionist and immediately got the same genuine feeling from our tour guide. The facility was clean and felt inviting. We weren't able to see a 2 bedroom unit, but the one bedroom gave us a nice idea of what it would look like. We were really pleased with the size of the deck and the view out the window with the trees. We met two residents and a few more staff. Everyone seemed happy to be at this facility. We appreciated getting a sample of their menu by having lunch there. The take-home folder was informative and a " special touch," that we haven't seen at other facilities, were several letters from the residents. Everything and everyone made us feel "at home."

I toured/visited five assisted living facilities before deciding. I looked at apartment size and appearance; food choices; staff friendliness; appearance of the residents; and of course, price. Harvard Square is clean and attractive and appears to be well maintained. I chose a one-bedroom apartment with a den for my dad and it is quite large. There are plenty of places to walk and get exercise indoors and out. They have a menu that changes daily plus an "always available" menu to choose from. Harvard offers the usual housekeeping, laundry and such. James needs daily assistance and they are able to provide that for him. He recently had to use a catheter and the nursing staff helped him with that when needed. The residents at Harvard Square are a nice group as I've talked with many of them during the move in process. They seem happy and participate in activities offered each day. The residents are all well-dressed, up and about, and aren't just sitting around in chairs as I saw at a few other places.

The staff and the grounds and condition the building building, very clean and up-to-date.

I am pleased to write that I highly recommend [Name Removed], Comunity Relations Director & sales associate for Cogir Park Terrace (CPT). I had always lived in a nice Condo setting & was unsure that CPT would be right for me. [Name removed] took the time to listen intently to the details of my needs & concerns. She was kind, attentive, courteous & professional & so knowlegeable. Patiently listening & addressing in detail each concern & need. She showed herself to be not only a highly effective salesperson, but also an awesome communicator & ambassador for CPT. Despite the many options available in this area, there is absolutely no doubt that because of her excellent detailed assistance, guidance, & follow through at every turn, it lead us to make a final decision to choose CPT. My family & I sincerly appreciate her expertise & gentle guidance this pivitol transition & crucial time of my life.

Everything has been excellent except the help with cleaning. 2 understnad the gals doing the job are only given 20 minutes to complete. Not enough time! I have not participated as of yet in activities but sound very interesting.

1) Staff is respectful and compassionate. 2) Lots of activities, church, hair salon, all in a nutshell. A nice cafeteria, good food, good company. Great holiday celebrations. Community friendly. Pet friendly. All in all for a place to be all in a nutshell very comfortable and welcoming.
