[name removed], was the name of individual who I met with. She was most precise in her explanations the daily life of those who were already living at Cogir. Plus, she gave me a very perceptive view of exactly what I needed to do for my loved one. A person with a big heart and understanding [name removed] and I had a great talk.

Friendliness off staff is what stood out.

It's a very nice retirement community. We're very happy to be here. Large 2-bedroom, excellent food, service, accommodations. Glad we came, after looking at several other places.

Overall, the experience has been truly excellent. The staff genuinely care and work incredibly hard to create a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone. There are plenty of engaging activities that keep residents active and connected, and the sense of community here is outstanding. I would highly recommend this living home to anyone looking for a positive, comfortable, and caring place to live.

I feel the staff really do care about the residence, and since staff turnover appears to be low, the staff gets to know every resident and treats them as friends, with kindness and compassion.

I would give our experience a full 5 out of 5 without hesitation. [name removed] gave us the tour, and he was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond in every way to help make this transition smooth and meaningful for my dad, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. While I haven’t personally tried the food, my dad absolutely loves it. We chose a studio because it best fits his needs, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. It has far more room than I ever expected. The weekly housekeeping is a huge bonus, and the fact that they provide and maintain their own linens is such a thoughtful touch. Even though residents do their own laundry, there are two laundry rooms on each floor, which makes everything very convenient. Before moving my father in, every resident I spoke with raved about how wonderful Solista is and how quickly it felt like home. Now, almost a month in, my dad has said the same thing himself and that means everything to me. Solista of Wilmington has exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s warm, welcoming, and truly feels like a community, not just a place to live.

What an amazing community. I had such a warm feeling coming out of there. What is most important to me is how my mom is cared for and I felt like my mom would get love and great care here. Really liked the theater as well.

My life is much richer than it has even been. My apartment and all of the amenities associated with living here are superior in quality and in quantity. The food, the amenities, the services provided to us as residents, the friendliness of staff, the activities available for us, and the friendliness and availability of staff to be of assistance all combine to make living at Solista a wonderful experience for me.

The staff was very welcoming and answered our questions clearly. The lunch was absolutely delicious. The room options were comfortable. The residents we spoke with were very warm.

Room size is great. You can have a studio or 2 bd. Depending on what you need and costs. The housekeeping is good as well as taking care of your laundry, folding it etc. The ambiance is great. Very tidy, lovely grounds and nicely arranged. The staff is a 5. The director keeps her finger on the pulse. The head chef has an AMAZING crew. Not all meals are super special, but when they have a buffet you cannot imagine the spread - typically $50 for guests. The activities are pretty good? But they have new staff and the previous gal was a 10+. Those are big shoes to fill, but hopefully they will get better soon. They do have music, fireside chats, chair exercises, speakers, etc. So, overall Cogir is great. I went to 4 other places and came back 3 times before picking Cogir. Folks were always around and the size of the facility seems perfect. I do not know anything about Memory Care. Those folks get much more hands on.

[name removed] has been an absolute godsend. She made my mother in laws transition to assisted living a very pleasant experience and continues to help us in anyway she can. 5 stars. Excellent facility and staff.

We were greeted by friendly staff. The interiors were bright and colorful. The amenities were varied: gym, pub, theater, therapy, bistro, etc. The resident rooms were good -sized, kitchens well appointed, bathrooms roomy. Lots of safety features evident. Varied menu items in the dining room. Emphasis on resident comfort and convenience.

Cogir of Edmonds has been a wonderful place for my 96 year old mother with dementia issues. The management and staff are all very friendly and supportive. They offer plenty of activities and the food is very good. When I first brought her in, my mother was very angry and unhappy. I didn't think it possible, but because of the warmth and friendliness of the staff she's content there now. If your looking for a place for an elderly parent I highly recommend you look a Cogir of Edmonds.

A very nice facility with great services available, and very reasonably priced. Good library and exercise areas with a physical therapy room on site.

Everything has been excellent, and the marketer took great care of us during the admission process. The staff is extremely attentive, the building is always clean, we love the room for my nana- it's spacious. She enjoys the meals and going for walks to church.

The director and each member of the staff is AMAZING! Their level of care and devotion to each resident is evident every day! I am so thrilled we placed my mom in the loving care of Cogir of Brea!!! We couldn’t be more happy!!!
