That was a awesome place for my mom. My mom lived there for 3 weeks, and then she passed away. I will write a review, the caretakers we're a blessing I never had to worry about leaving my mom. Very clean, everyone took great care of the older people, treated them with love and respect!! Very clean, loved how they could leave their doors open in their rooms, food was delicious, activities we're fun, memory care director and team we're awesome!!

I would highly recommend this community to anyone who feels it would be a good fit for their family member. One of the biggest positives has been hearing directly from residents about how happy they are living there. It is reassuring to see people genuinely enjoying the environment, activities, dining, and overall atmosphere. The staff has been consistently kind, pleasant, and helpful throughout the entire process. The dining options are excellent, with flexible choices and convenient hours that make daily life easier and more enjoyable. Little details throughout the community also stand out and show thoughtful planning for residents’ comfort and mobility. The community offers a wonderful variety of independent living options, along with the ability to transition to additional levels of care if needed in the future. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and we are extremely pleased with the decision.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The community is bright and beautiful. Apartments have been recently remodeled and are very nice. We ate lunch and got cheeseburgers which was very good. They answered all my questions and even offered to help me find the right home even if it wasn't them.

The staff is kind and responsive. Things that stuck out to me are the hominess and renovation of mom's room.

We worked quite closely with the sales manager, [name removed] We made several trips. She was always available for us. She took the time to help measure spaces for furniture and suggested ideas like removing closet doors to accommodate dressers. We were introduced to the chefs. We were invited to a happy hour so we could meet residents. She worked with us so there was a clear understanding of the rental contract.

The experience that I have had with Cadence and their staff have been positive and supportive. My aunt has been nurtured there and well taken care of. I am completely at ease to leave her wellbeing in the hands of the staff at Cadence of Clemmons.

The facility is clean and employeed friendly. I will be moving into this facility at the end of may.

They’re kind. They’re engaging. They genuinely care about the residents and their well-being. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do, and they make an effort to make residents feel comfortable, valued, and cared for every day.

I've lived here for a few years and it's been really fun. I have to move to be near my son and I'm sad to leave because I've loved it so much here but I should be near my son. Thank you for helping me so much!

We were very impressed the the facility and staff, they were friendly and the building was well cared for.

A very nice , clean and pleasant facility. Very friend staff who are very kind and willing to help. Has various sizes of rooms.

It was a very comfortable atmosphere people genuinely seemed happy there easy to get around all floors multiple size rooms to fit anyone really a nice experience!

The staff is really great, the food is really good, her room is pretty small but still nice and big enough, she has a one bedroom. It's very clean also.

ALL Staff are outstanding. Very conscientious and friendly. Medical team is exemplary. Really focused on how to help residents in assisted living.

My mom and I were quite pleased with Solista Milwaukie. We visited because she was considering other places to live. We were both taken by how the grounds and the building looked, as well as by the friendly staff. We viewed a one-bedroom apartment, and my mom fell instantly in love. It was comparable to her present apartment; however, it had way more light and a cheery atmosphere. We visited the restaurant for lunch and found the food to be very good. My mom interviewed numerous tenants and found that most had very good things to say about living at Solista Milwaukie. My mom signed papers and moved in shortly thereafter.

I would give Solista a 5. Our family had an extremely pleasant experience with Solista. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a place for a loved one

The sales staff was not pushy, upfront about pricing and informative. The dining and menu is amazing, lots of choices. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful.

I would give them a 5. They did all we expected, our Mom just wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities they had to offer. We found all the staff members to be very friendly and they accommodated all our Mothers needs in a gentle and respectful manner. The facility is not new or decorated in the most current decor but it is extremely well maintained and we found the feel to be quite comfortable and appealing.

Great place and location. Loved the facility and staff. Broad amenities and events planned. Professional meal preparations. Very accommodating for Preston Herald who wasn't able to come down for meals. Unfortunately, this location did not allow mechanical patient lifts, which Preston required. So he was confined to his bed and not able to take advantage of the facility. As a result this location was not cost effective for our family.

This community feels warm and homey from the minute you walk in the door. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the residents all seemed really happy. The dining room has tons ofwindows and amazing natural light! Lunch was delicious and teh portions were perfect!
