The food is good, and there are several choices there. A bistro, a buffet, and a sit down main dining room. The people are very nice and they really take care of my mom. They do her laundry and clean her room, and are very good about her medications. And they do everything with a smile and kindness.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and building inside were clean and attractive. Thanks for the tour!

Everyone is nice and welcoming. They've been wonderful in working with me and my dad's unique needs. [name removed] is absolutely wonderful to work with! She is so friendly and kind and is there to help wherever needed. She has been the main contact person for myself and has helped every step of the way trying to navigate all the questions, all the changes and is so encouraging. She's an absolute gem.

I’ve had an exceptional experience with the staff here at Blossum Creek. [name removed] and [name removed] are two of my favorites! They have done an exceptional job accepting my father as part of their Blossum Creek family. And even as much as sending a picture from his birthday, or just texting me back personally when I ask how everything is going. [name removed] is truly a gift to her profession, and I am bust knowing that my father is doing well every day.

My brother is exceptionally happy there. Their medical staff is very attentive to his needs, the staff is kind and the food and dining times are great. Lots and lots of activities in and outside of the facility.

[name removed] took us our tour. She was very knowledgeable and showed us several units as options. She also showed us all the public areas and explained what the facility offered to residents. The facility was very welcoming and clean.

A place for mom helped me to not feel alone in my search for a perfect place. My mom has gone on to her final home in heaven and I miss her so much. I'm just happy that her last days on earth she was well taken care of. Thanks

Very detailed and informative tour. I was provided information on types of living options available and a tour of a cottage. Was given details on what is provided to the residents in the way of daily living.

My husband and I are in our late 70’s and decided we no longer wanted the hassle of keeping up a house. We have been at Solista Salem for 6 months now, and love it. EVERYONE is genuinely friendly and helpful. There has been some staff turnover, but none of the services suffered as a result. They have just painted the entire place and it looks great. All of our questions and needs have been addressed in a timely fashion. Our director, [name removed] has been great. He sincerely wants to make this the best place possible to live. We have no regrets.

I feel like[Name Removed] is very well cared for which makes me so happy and less worried. All of the staff know his name and they are very friendly.

Most importantly is the care that the care givers provide to my husband - it is exceptional!

Size (studio) was generous, with the best view in the city. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff was great, especially the Universe home health care staff (separate business, but housed in Solista). We did have to ask twice for a copy of the leases. They were very responsive to maintenance issues. They have an EXCELLENT relationship with Advanced Healthcare Hospice, a Colorado Springs business. Food was generous and it was fine. Comfort food. We did not participate in any activities.

I felt a strong sense of it being the place for me. The fellow who led me around did an outstanding job, better than any of the other seven places I visited. I appreciated the absolutely lovely artwork in the hallways.

My loved one has only been at Pleasant Point for a short time. So far I am somewhat fine the staff, most of them are great a few on the weekends not sure yet haven't got to know them. You can visit her almost anytime 7 days a week. The food is not bad, I have ate there few times. The cost is about average of most I checked out but not more than we could afford pay.

We liked the room. It was completely updated and modern. We also like the dining experience for the residents. I would recommend it. They have a very friendly staff and provide fun events for the residents.
