I loved everything about the facility and the tour host. I would have chosed it but another situation sprung up. Still, I am looking forward to keeping in touch and very possibly returning th Atrium in the future.

Clean facility, nice apartments, great layout. Like the amount of activities offered and friendly staff.

[name removed] was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a good feel of the place during the tour. Not sure where my mom will end up with her level of care but good to know options.

What we like the most about the community is that they love my dad and keep him involved in activities even if can not participate. He is legally blind and almost deaf. Yes, we would recommend Cadence at North Raleigh by Cogir to other families.

5 star's all around! I honestly couldn't pick just one or two things that have been the "best". The administrative staff have been absolutely wonderful. The Executive Director, [name removed], the Sales Manager, [name removed], and the Finance manager, Warren, have been outstanding. They truly care for their residents and their families. They have worked tirelessly to help me and of course, my dad, with this new season of life and to help him with his transition into the community. It takes a lot of time to do tours, and talk to everyone; I had a lot of questions as this is the first time I've had to navigate this type of situation, and all of my questions (and worries) were answered with patience, care and kindness. The facility itself is very well maintained by a team of qualified maintenance staff. They are quick to respond to questions and needs. The dining hall is beautifully maintained and has a gorgeous view. The wait staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious and there is always plenty! I would absolutely recommend Solista to anyone looking for a safe, fun and friendly retirement community! I would absolutely recommend Solista!

We were meet by [name removed], who was pleasant, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic without being pushy. Cogir of Milcreek is well situated off the highway and is quiet. The facility presented well with large dinning area and other activity areas. Pool, exercise room, enclosed outdoor courtyard all add to the attractiveness.

Good looking modern facility. It is well maintained, but has the same issues as a long term hotel. Some things break and it take a few days for repairs to be accomplished. The staff is very friendly and learn you first name very quickly and almost always addresses you by that. The food is great if you have an experienced and varied palate. There are several activities available for the residents. Overall I recommend anyone looking for long-term multi-layered care should put it on their list to visit before they settle on a new home that provides multiple activities, great food, a welcoming staff and great access to the northeastern valley.

I have been quite satisfied with my stay. The lobby is bright and welcoming. The staff is amiable. And the facility is clean. The residents are in general very friendly. Occupational therapy is great, various activities and outings. The food is pedestrian but ok. There has been multiple people coming from the [community removed] to stay here. In all I give it high marks and recommendation without reservation.

Everyone at Palm Court is very friendly and outgoing. I met some amazing folks that live at Palm Court that said they are very happy. I just started looking at senior living but I’ll definitely keep them in mind. My tour guide was great too and very knowledgeable

Friendly caring tour guide. Studio larger than most places I have seen. Residents seem happy to live there. Lots of activities. Pretty outdoor setting. My sister wasn’t sure wanted to go to a Senior living community but after the tour she decided it would be best for her.

I'm currently looking for my mom and Palm Court is the third place ive toured. My tour guide, [name removed], was so cheerful and patient with me. I had so many questions about this process and she walked me through it seamlessly. The way she spoke about the residents and staff here really put me at ease when thinking about moving my mom out of my childhood house. I met so many staff members that were so kind and enthusiastic about the community. Truly impressive!

[name removed] and staff were very accommodating and attentive to every detail. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. Showing genuine care for my mother in love through [name removed] made an impact on her, and my wife and I.

This is such a gorgeous community with amazing and attentive staff. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for senior living. Just started looking for my aunt and will definitely keep Palm Court in mind for the future!

(It's hard to communicate with non-English speaking staff). When it comes to the activities...still waiting on physical therapy. (To be fair ...my dads dementia has progressed significantly over last two months-unexpected care. Dad finally getting some normalcy with health and care. Dementia stinks!! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families...but be proactive with care

Cogir is very nice in a good location. Apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Facilities for activities, movies, exercise, etc.. The only downside is the residents have to move apartments once they gravitate from independent living to assisted living.

Friendly, respectful, easy people to be with. Modern décor very clean and pleasant to be in. I'd recommend to others.

My sister is as happy as she can be, for a fundamentally unhappy person. The facility is clean, the staff has been there a long time. Yes, we would recommend Solista Longmont by Cogir to other families.

I visited here last summer. That was an unannounced visit. Then, due to receipt of an email from this community six months later, I scheduled a tour and visited again with the Sales Director. I think it pays to schedule a tour and visit again. An entirely different and better experience. I’m looking forward to moving in next month.
