5's across the board. What we like the most about the community is that the staff are wonderful, they are so kind and patient. And the facility feels warm and welcoming, they do a great job keeping it clean and having activities going on daily.

Meals are great, everyone is nice , accommodate you easy location it was very clean the executive person was really nice and enjoyed my experience made us feel comfortable and provided whatever we wanted

If you all had not let us know about solista we would really being a pickle trying to figure everything out. I never thought I would find something that would work for our budget and still be a great place for my mom to live, but Solista proved to be the perfect solution.

I am looking at Senior Living communities in my area, and chose to tour Solista because it is close to where I've lived for 30 years. It is lovely, fairly recent construction, cheerful. The tour guide was waiting for me, and made me welcome. She knew the answers to my questions, was warm and personable. I am looking for a studio apartment, and she told me the cost, and compared it to larger units. When we walked through the dining, exercise, and other group rooms, residents greeted her by name, and she them. There were many small groups of residents in conversation, many smiles that spoke to me of their feeling of living among friends, of belonging. The guide showed me all of the types of units available, and costs of each. I felt well oriented and could imagine myself there.

Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff very accommodating and hospitable med staff are great Medicine given caretakers are good.

This place is a wonderful place to live. It is Vibrant, joyful, clean, active and did I already say joyful? I feel very lucky to be here. This is a great place to live and I feel lucky to have found this place.

It is easy to visit with everyone, staff and friends. I really enjoy the music and all of the musicians that come. I enjoyed my visit with the staff. Nice conversations about where I came from. They are all easy to talk to.

My stay at Cedar Creek has been extremely pleasant and Joyful, from the amazing staff greeting me with a smile as soon as I entered the door to the great friends and neighbors I have made here as well. I truly appreciate all that Cedar Creek has done for me here and recommend this amazing community to others looking too!

I had a positive experience visiting The Bellingham at Orchard. I was searching for a facility for a family member for short term respite care seeking memory care and this facility was one of the memory care places I checked out. I had a great tour with facility manager. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my questions and concerns were readily answered. I did take advantage of the respite care here for my family member, for two weeks and I am very glad he had that experience. The staff kept me informed of any issue that arose and if they had concerns or questions about the diet needs. I am very thankful for that. It is such a relief to know that your care wishes are respected and honored. I would definitely recommend short term respite care to see if any facility is a good fit for your loved one and for my family, The Bellingham at Orchard was a good start to this journey and possibly the next chapter.

They are all a 5. What we like the most about the community is the staff, they are wonderful.

We enjoyed the instructor in the gym. Fun! At lunch we liked the way other residents chimed in to give their opinions in an unobtrusive way. Bee was extremely nice - our tour guide. The financial structure appealed to us. Pay as you go for assisted care , memory care, etc.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The place was beautiful, there was a lot of activities. Everything seemed really good. But my mom has 2 big Rottweilers. The size was not the issue. The fact that they bark. They would not be allowed there. Other then that we both loved it.

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The apartments are nicely refurbished and they offer a lot of services. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. I think this is a very nice choice for anyone.

I like it here at Solista Charlotte. It has good management. And they are maintaining the buildings well. And refurbishing the apartments when someone moves out. About 2/3 of the meals are good. The rest are so so.

My friend lives here and she can never say enough how much she loves it here. She is always complimenting the staff, particularly [name removed] I had a wonderful lunch here yesterday and I like to visit often. The Christmas decorations look great too.

We recently visited this retirement home while looking for a place for my father-in-law, and we were very impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and happy to answer all of our questions. The facility was clean, well maintained, and had a comfortable, home-like feel. The residents seemed happy and well cared for, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We also appreciated how clearly everything was explained to us and how patient the staff was during our tour. Overall, we left feeling confident and excited about this being a great option for our family. We would definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a caring and supportive retirement home.

The place was very clean and modern. The staff and residents were very friendly. I enjoyed the visit. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable. The rooms were set weird but workable. There was enough parking. There was nice outdoor sitting.
