Took a tour today and enjoy it very much. It was clean and smelled good. Had engaging staff that dress professional. The Rooms are spacious and feel warm and friendly. Overall, the community is one that I could see putting my family in.

[removed name] and [removed name] are amazing! I toured this facility to place my mother in a safe environment and the redwood heights staff are ever so accommodating in every way! I work in healthcare and it warms my soul knowing an assisted living facility Redwood Heights is safe, caring and is supportive to my mom’s concerns and needs at her age. Thank you to everybody who works front m the maintenance guy to Irma, moms favorite med staff! But especially Kris and Jenny who now feel like family! May these two never retire!

Absolutely perfect for my current situation! The staff, management and environment is completely perfect for healing needs and activities during idle time. I have enjoyed excellent food choices and look forward to each days food offerings. I am confident my family is comfortable with the choice we made for my happiness, safety and healing!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Redwood Heights. Our family member needed to find a place where they could receive care while also being independent. As soon as we toured Redwood Heights, we knew it was the place for them. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and welcoming. My spouse and I are both medical professionals, and we tend to be wary of care facilities. Redwood Heights exceeded all expectations with cleanliness, attentive staff, well-prepared food, and making our family member feel welcome and cared for. Our family member is now thriving after living in this community. They have independence and feel valued, but they have support if they need it. Our family member has made many friends and feels like they are "at home".

My dad moved to Redwood the end of August, just after his 105th birthday. [removed name] and the rest of the staff welcomed [removed name] with open arms. They hosted the most amazing 105th birthday celebration with special guests from military organizations, police and fire personnel as well as family and friends. As a WWII veteran, he felt so honored! They continue to go out of their way to make sure he is comfortable every day, and they have helped him meet new friends after outliving most of his peers.

Staff is very kind and caring for all their residents. They go above and beyond making sure their people are safe and happy. My F-I-L is always needing assistance with his computer, and the staff happily goes to his room to help no matter how many times a day he seeks help.

Very pleased with the welcoming of our 91 year brother. He’s happy and feels safe and cared for. And so are we. He likes the people, activities and food. Says everyone is friendly and helpful and he doesn’t have to worry about cooking, cleaning or driving. Such a relief to his family. Thank you.

My elderly uncle recently moved into Redwood Heights and the experience has been wonderful so far. It’s clear the residents are happy and well cared for. The energy throughout the facility is welcoming and caring. My family is thrilled to have found such a wonderful place for my uncle!

I visit residents and their families frequently at Redwood Heights. They always have plenty going of fore residents who want to join in but they are also very gracious when someone wants to be a little more introverted. I have had so many clients here over the years and they consistently provide great care. I love having a community I can highly recommend to my clients. And my litmus test is always whether I would want my own mom to move there. And that answer is a YES!

I moved my relative into Redwood Heights in September [removed date] from a different facility with huge care issues. Redwood Heights staff have far exceeded my expectations. The staff are happy and positive and very attentive to needs. The food is great and I have only heard positive comments on the food. The medication management has been far superior to the old facility. The communication is over and above what would normally be expected. The Executive Director listens and takes action to correct any issues. Always happy and positive and truly cares about the residents. This flows through to the staff. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Staff are always encouraging and engaging with my loved one who if left alone would never leave their room. Making this move saved over [removed rate] from the previous facility and we are receiving much better care and engagement. Great place!

I have been a Resident her for 6 years. I have been extremely happy with the community. With the new management team the translon was very successful and I am extremely happy the the changes. I plan to live her for the rest of my life. I volunteer in our community which keep me engaged and fulfilled.

The facility makes me feel like it's a family! I love it here, and they take good care of me. The holidays are wonderful, and this year I got to say the family Christmas dinner prayer. We had prime rib and homemade pies. The staff put us first everyday

The staff here is incredibly caring and always willing to help. Residents are friendly, creating a warm and welcoming community that makes everyone feel at home. Everyone in our family would give them 5 stars!

Made arrangements for my 85 year old cousin and he is thrilled. He loves the food, appreciates the weekly housekeeping and seems to be thriving. I've noticed the facility is extremely clean. They have quite a few activities. Very appreciative of the acknowledgement of our veterans. All in all I rate the entire experience a 5.

They are so caring. My parents have been there for two months. The caregivers and the nurses all take such good care of them. The activities make my 94 year old step dad happy as he follows along with the songs and keeps track of the beat. My parents just celebrated their second month at Bay Pointe. At first they were skeptical because of leaving their home of 50+ years. But it's been a great transition- they look forward to Happy Hour music on fridays. The Veterans Day celebration was very special since my step dad had been in Korea. So it's just been a wonderful experience all the way around. It's not perfect as we navigate the system but the staff sure makes it a lot easier for all of us.

I really love it here. The food is excellent, and I especially enjoy the variety we’re offered every day. The people are truly my favorite part—both the residents and the staff. I enjoy the simple moments, like chatting with [name removed] while she’s cleaning my apartment. I also like taking part in some of our activities. It all makes the community feel warm, welcoming, and like home. My daughters come to see me here, it's great!

I’ve been at Cogir almost seven years now, and it’s truly been good to me. Having lived in the Queen Anne area for years, it’s been wonderful to stay close to the neighborhood I know and love. I still swim at the Queen Anne Aquatic Center through their senior program, which keeps me moving and connected. The food here is really nice, with plenty of variety—this morning I enjoyed blueberry pancakes and eggs. I also like that I can choose which activities I want to participate in. Lately, I’ve especially enjoyed working with one of the physical therapists in our Wellness Center, as Im recoveringfrom surgery. All in all, it’s been a great place for me to call home.

I have only been at Cogir of Queen Anne a short time, but I already feel right at home. I love the meals here—it's such a treat to enjoy delicious food without having to cook or clean up. It gives me more time to read the newspaper and relax with the wonderful friends I’ve made. The activities are fantastic too. I like having a full list to choose from each day so I can pick what’s meaningful to me. I’m still very independent, and I truly enjoy the people, the staff, and the warm community here.
